Came here to replace all 4 tires on my truck. When I left I stopped at the store right down the road because I heard some popping sound, thinking it was a ball joint or something so I drove to Hollin car care right next to the tire shop and asked for the truck to be looked over. I was told that ALL of the lug nuts were loose (finger tight) on BOTH front tires!! How do you forget to tighten all the nuts on both front tires!? Thankfully I didn t go far or fast before I realized something was wrong. My 3 month old baby and/or I could have been seriously hurt in an accident because the careless employees of this shop!!!!! Also one of the guys that was putting the tires on the truck told the wonderful mechanic at Hollin car care that his impacts were going out. If thats the case GO GET NEW ONES! Stop working on peoples vehicles with bad equipment and endangering their lives!

Stopped by on a busy weekend and Marlon was able to get me looked at right away. Turns out the power steering pump was going out and after dropping the car off Monday evening, they had it ready for me the next day.Excellent, no b.s. experience that didn't cost much. Quick turnaround was a requirement, as this is my only vehicle. Will definitely be back if ol' Bessie acts up again.Thank you, Marlon! We're glad you made it here to TX!

Tire Kingdom in New Caney was great! I saw some tires on Facebook Marketplace they had listed. I walked in without an appointment and they got me taken care of quickly with friendly service. I will use them again
