DO NOT RECOMMEND. Went in to view a Ford Focus, and was happy it looked good. Car well selling nearly half price compared to other focus' being sold in the area. We went in, it drove perfectly, and we were given the price and were amazed, so we immediately bought the car. THE NEXT DAY we were faced with a poorly shifting transmission (dry clutch DCT Powershift), but we kept an eye on the vehicle, as we couldn't bring it back to them. I used the car as a daily, as it was my only choice, to travel to and from work, with little to no issues (aside from transmission). After EXACTLY 2 MONTHS, TO THE VERY DAY, the car broke down, and we were faced with highly delayed fix dates. This car is still in the shop and I have been forced to look for and buy another vehicle, as it broke down July 10th. On top of a now 12k in the hole on one car, I now must push another 15-20k+ in that hole because they sold me a very horrible lemon car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! THEY LIE ABOUT THE VEHICLES HEALTH!EDITED FORRESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY:You sold a white 2016 Ford Focus SE hatchback 4D to me. You claim to put warranties on your vehicles, but we were told in person that all of your vehicles were AS IS ONLY. You have sold to me, as I was in there between 1-3pm on May 10th, 2022 buying that specific car with exactly 100,551 miles when I left the lot. I will NEVER recommend your "dealership" to anyone looking for a vehicle, even if they're incredibly desperate. I will provide a picture of the car which has YOUR company cover plate on the front.

I bought a extremely nice GMC Sierra from them back in February. I can t say enough how impressed and happy I am with their kindness willingness to help. Don t get me started on how happy I am with the truck I wouldn t take nothing for it.

Unfortunately these people are great scam artists. My grandpa bought a car from here that drove great and looked amazing, but within two months it had transmission problems and now he is out 12k with a car that has been in the shop since last year with no hopes of repair. We highly advise everyone to look somewhere else for a vehicle and not to follow in our footsteps.

I love this place,bought from them 30 years ago and now I am 68 buying from them agin.great service,wonderful staff and you can t beat the convenience of getting a vehicle from them,every vehicle I got from them was great,so if you got a down payment go to Quality Used Cars .you can pay their or on phone

Got a car from this place. Was a nice one I won't lie. As far as customer service and them working with you well that is a load of bull. We never missed a payment and we even payed in advance a few times. Ended up getting hurt and was out of work for a few weeks. Called them and explained the situation and they said they would work with us. Called and told them I was going back to work and planned on catching up on payments they said ok. Next day they repossessed the vehicle and didn't give us a chance to get our stuff out. My wife called and asked about our stuff and we were told we had 30 days to come and get it. We currently don't have a vehicle and live 2 and a half hours away. We made arrangements for a family member that lived in New Caney to pick up our stuff and was told that we can't do that and if we didn't get our stuff in 30 days it would all be thrown in the trash. Very unprofessional to say the least. So no I wouldn't recommend this place. They will screw you out of your money. We put $3000 down plus our payments on a $11000 vehicle and we were told we still owed $9000. trust me when I say go to another dealership!!!

Very friendly service. I am on my 2nd vehicle purchased here, and i am pleased with my current vehicle. Vehicles here are used and do have miles on them, but they will work with you on financing, and keep payments affordable for you. The only bad thing i have heard about this carlot, is that they will repo. To avoid this...pay your payments..easy fix.

I HIGHLY advise no one buying a vehicle from here..... biggest mistake of my life.... I bought a truck from these people and it had over 200,000 miles on it about to be at 300,000 miles and well I got messed over. They charged me $16,000 for a 2008 F150 crew cab and man did they mess me over I was not aware that the truck had close to 300,000 miles on it and they are charging me that kind of money??? Really???? What a huge rip off not just that I ran a day late on my payment and they tried to call my references and family members and tell them i was behind on my payments ( when in fact my bank statements said other wise ) they even went to the extent of telling my references and family how much I owed on the truck and as to what my monthly payments were..... they broke the law releasing information of that such between a private contract between me and the dealer. Me and my fianc� have decided to take legal action due to us having recordings from my references and the dealerships phone calls releasing details of the finances involved and plan on pursuing legal action. We also bought a dodge from them and man oh man did they mess me up too. They gave a truck that had a bad transmission and not just that they kept pulling fuses in order to shut off the codes so they won t have to fix it. Finally one day I was driving down bw8 and the truck locked up on 2nd gear and they said we fixed the problem not our fault over all I promise this will be the biggest mistake of your life. DO NOT GO HERE BIG BIG MISTAKE!!!!

They are a great dealership, they have nice cars and are very friendly. I bought my car from them and have never had a problem with it. They will work with you. They re definitely the best dealership around.

Spoke with someone there and explained my son and daughter in laws situation and how much they had to work with on down payment. They said sure come in and when they got there they said they needed more down that the $1000 they had. They should have been honest from get go instead of wasting peoples time who took off work to go by their word.

I bought a car from them before. Paid it off no problems. It seemed like they didn't even want to try and work with us.. Very old vehicles very high mileage and way over priced...

BUYER BEWARE!!! (I wish there is a 1 star option)DO NOT get a car here. This is quality used cars in New Caney. They say they are the "#1 dealer in town" but they are the #1 crooks in town!! They doctor up the cars just enough to get them sold and then you are broke down with a bill and a car note! On top of that high prices for JUNK!! I am warning you.. dont come here. I'm not the only person who knows about these people.

Great service family owned and opperated for 35 years !also works with you on repaires trade ins and will give u a full tank on purchase if mention on thier web address... Also give you perks if refer folks to lots of local people used this place for years mention Larissa... Need my payment perk thanks

They are crooks. They doctor up their cars just to make it off the lot. Bought a vehicle from them and the transmission and computer both went out within 2 months of buying it. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
