Don't come here!!!! I recently got a tire swapped here and alignment. We'll they only ended up stripping the tires lug nuts. The guy literally kept pressing the gun, as I'm watching. It was until the owner told him to do it manually. Then my two back tires are now left with no thread, due to there terrible service. Things are costly enough as it is and then to pay for service to only mess up brand new tires. I added pictures from TWO dealers as proof. I'm sure they won't make it right by replacing my tires. Just hope this save another mother losing her hard working money. My vehicle wasn't even safe to drive let alone with my kid.

I went here because I thought I needed front end alignment on my truck. The guy was honest with me and said it was the tires. Would definitely recommend this shop

Had all new ball joints, bushings, shocks and tires replaced. Mo and his crew did a great job at a fair price. I am very pleased with the work.

Been going to New Caney Tire for over 15 years first review of the guys, they are my go to guys on tires and suspension repairs. They make you feel like family, always welcoming you no matter how busy, I'll be going back as long as they are here!

Went in to get two rear tires replaced. I brought my own tires and tpms. The guys there were awesome. Got me in and out in a timely manner. No issues what so ever.

Trash. I bought 4 used tires and one of them blew out yesterday. Literally ONE WEEK. I went back and he said I had to get another tire. Sir! You sold me a bad tire. Yes it s used but one week?? And I was polite and he was so rude. DO NOT BUY used from here.

If I could rate it a 0 I would worst customer service ever. If you need an alignment don t bother coming they don t know nothing about it do it in less than 10 minutes and don t know how to properly do it. Leave your car worst than it came with.

was told about this place by a neighbor, said that they took good care of him. I went there to get a replacement tire. the service was excellent, they are very friendly. even offered me cold bottled water while i waited which was not a long wait. prices are very reasonable as well. i will definitely be returning when i have another need for tires.

Had my Jeep alignment done there it pulled to the left side so I brought it back and one of the employees said it was my tires and rotated the tires. It stopped the pull until that tire started wearing. I went back and they refused to do anything about it. I took it to a shop with real mechanics and they repaired it correctly. I will never use New Caney Tire again

I got a pretty bad hole in my tire driving down the highway and my pressure was dropping pretty fast. I went to this tire shop and as soon as they opened, he got me in and patched my tire quickly. It was $20, and it only took them 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this tire shop.

Came in with a slow leak to my right front tire. They found the leak, fixed it, and I was on my way. Reasonable price. Reasonable time

The people at New Caney Tire have always done a great job on service and mechanical work. Attitude is good and the staff strives to give good service. Keep up the good work. Value for cost compared to work performed is exceptional.

Great family owned tire shop. I've been coming here for 10 years now and they are honest and fair. New tires ran me $345 otd for a set of 4 and usually last a few years. Their used tires (which I have purchased several times over the years) are usually around $40 and last a long time. Joe & Moe are great.

I took my truck in for a front end alignment and it drove worse than it was,I brought it back in and they told me I needed an additional $150 to drill holes for adjustment. I took it to another alignment shop and they said that they wouldn't have even done the alignment since it needed some front-end work. So instead of fixing my alignment, my tires will now wear quicker than before. They said that they worked hard on it and did not give me a refund!

Helped me get one of the sensors fixed fast and easy. I'd been to 5 other places who had long waits and couldnt help me. Spent no more than 25 minutes here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend

This is the only tire place I will ever use. Located not far from my house, they always have amazing customer service. Prices are always right and fair.I've never had any problems here.

I have been twice for two different reasons, and they have provided me nothing less than their best. Prices are fair and their service is very quick. I have come across very friendly staff and I highly recommend this location.

I have been there before. The prices are fair. I thought I needed new brake pads, but they said they were still good. Some places would have changed them anyhow for the $. I appreciate their honesty!

I'll never have brake work again here. Tires are the only thing I've never had a problem with. My brakes have air in them and they know I have children because they're always with me. I will get someone else that I trust to fix this. If you want tires then this is the place to go, anything else... Go elsewhere!!!
