I take My vehicles to EMC for Oil Changes and Inspections.. there's a big waiting room it's kid friendly, A.c . they have a Restroom. I've never waited more than 45 minutes on a Busy Day for Service at EMC . They move pretty quick and do a Great Job!

Greg is amazing! He had a fast response time and great customer service , I wish every tow truck company was like this. Thanks again Greg and EMC towing , I Would give 10 stars if I could! I will give you guys a call FIRST anytime we need assistance!

This was a great place to go in and get a quick and fast car inspection done.Their waiting area is beautifully decorated to give you a woodsy/outdoors type feel.I only had a little bit of interaction with the employees, but from I experienced, they are very nice and accommodating

Previously gave this place five stars when I brought my last vehicle in. I go in today and wasn t welcomed at all by anyone. The inspector just stared at me then blew the horn for me to move my car. At that point I assumed i should just go in to make an appointment for an inspection. Nope, no receptionist in site at all. The inspector came in the building looked at me once more and DID NOT greet me or offer any assistance. So i then called the phone number and where i was greeted by a receptionist how funny ?!!! Still no receptionist in site, the guy on the phone tells me oh just go in and he ll put you on the list. The same guy that never spoke to me ? Y all performed very awful today. Hate to pull the race card but you and some of your customers made me feel like the elephant in the room! Thanks for nothing

They did my inspection for 2 cars, in and out, love this place, they take care of business period. Other places try to take advantage making you think you need more work done to your car.

So friendly, helpful, awesome! Got my truck inspected and oil changed in 30 minutes. Will definitely use them in the future. So, 1 year later from my original review just used them again today. Very friendly and kind people.

I had an issue with my truck on the highway, and limped it to EMC on a Saturday. He immediately ran the codes on it, and referred me to a transmission shop nearby. Thank you so much!!

The gentlemen I've dealt with are friendly, honest and forthright.Usually no wait for acknowledgement - but if there is, it's because they are dealing with another customer.The waiting area is comfortable and clean with separate restroom access, of which is also clean.Service is exemplary and the pricing is reasonable, whether you're in for tires, an oil change or a vehicle inspection.Definitely recommend this local business against the chain business any day.

These people are a God sent. Not only did I get a same day appointment. They were able to find my part and install with an oil change. I will definitely use them again when I'm in town.

Nice place. They even have a massage chair for your enjoyment! Friendly. Been going past few years. Short wait time. I like their policy if vehicle does not pass inspection they do not charge you.

This place right here! Top notch service and customer care! Don't forget to have a few minutes in the free massage chair while they change your oil I recommend these guys to anyone!
