Whoever preformed the headlight restoration on my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan at the New Braunfels Walmart Auto Care Center today did a fantastic job! The yellowing and fogginess are gone. My headlights are clear again and look brand new. So happy with the job they did!

Seriously do not go here. Ridiculous. It took two and a half hours just to put on two tires and I had an appointment. Not only that the staff was all chatting about instead of assisting the long line behind me. Thank goodness my husband checked the tires, they were over inflated and the lug bolts were barely on to secure the tire. Do not go!

Discovered a nail in my tire while traveling through town. Called and they said "less than an hour." Arrived and stood at the desk for 5 minutes with no one around. Stopped a mechanic passing through and he went to the back office to bring someone out. Was to "pull up to the tire lane and someone will come to you." They did come after I sat there for 5 minutes. There was one car in the oil change and one car in line for an oil change . . . No one else around. Mechanic comes up and says "Everyone is going home so it's just me and another guy. It will be 2 1/2 hours." 2 1/2 hours to do one oil change and one tire patch?!!? Who is going home at 3:30pm? I went to Victor's Tires across the highway. Victor did it by himself in 10 minutes.

Went in to get my oil change last week and they LOST MY KEYS. Not only did they lose my keys, they also said they couldn't do my oil change because the plug was stuck from the last time the seguin walmart did my oil change (RIDICULOUS!!!). I had to wait, with a basket full of groceries for almost an hour for them to find my keys. At one point I thought I might be leaving without my car, which is not something you should ever have to worry about when you go in for a simple oil change!!Took my car to take 5 next door and they had it done in less than 30 minutes with no issues!! Bottom line, Walmart Automotive is extremely unorganized and unprofessional! I have given them chance after chance and they always mess up!! DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE!

Avoid this place. They do not tell you there will be hidden charges/fees. They tried to remove them 3 times. They didn t seem to know what they were doing. After waiting 2 hours I ended up paying the services I didn t ask for (or get) because I had to get to my daughter s volleyball game.

I came to get an oil change. They did a fine job. The wait time was a little rough but I was able to do my school supplies shopping while waiting so that was an added benefit.The staff was very friendly and professional. I always get my oil change here.

They were very friendly and helpful. I went to two other places before coming here and both places wanted to sell me battery s for $300+ and that they wouldn t be able to replace do to not enough man power. Called them and they told me they could get it done the same day for a lot less, Matthew did an amazing job and I really appreciate all of Walmart auto center associates.Service: Battery

first of all it states that they open at 7 AM which I've been sitting here and it's about to almost be 8 they have not opened so maybe they might wanna change the time frames because that's false advertisement this is not the first time it happens suck because I work at 8 thinking i can make it work but walmart oil change department sucks

Juan was exceptional. My car died in the parking lot and I was having trouble jumping it. He came out to help and spent time in the hot sun to ensure I was able to get up and running again in order to get the battery replaced. Let me start with the good. Alfredo, the guy who works inside is VERY friendly and customer service oriented. So big plus for that! However... The few employees that are outside, and believe me I have had 2 and a half hours to watch them do the 1 car's oil change in front of mine, the oil change employees, not only are there not enough of them... They have ZERO sense of urgency... They don't hurry, at all! The lady from outside, I would rather not mention by name, walked around and did zero work for 30 straight minutes... She wasn't rude in her interactions with people but she also was in no hurry to get the vehicles serviced either. I know Walmart is a cheaper option for oil change but IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

I'm sitting in the waiting room with my car untouched at 11:30 am. My appointment was for 10am, I sat in my car for 30 minutes waiting to get service. After I handed them the keys the price of install on each tire went from $25 per tire to $34 even though $25 was written down when I made the appointment and their website claims their hazard warranty is $25 with install. Now I'm being told that the 4 viva tires they had in stock miraculously got stolen this morning and are now trying to upsell to the $84 assurance tires. This is the literally the worst customer service experience I've ever been apart of. I'm just trying to get out of here and never look back... Makes me worried about whatever tires theyre going to install, we will see I've been left in the waiting room again so there's that too.

I don't really use the walmart Automotive but I recently purchased a battery for my vehicle because of the low priced they offered. I.needed help changing the battery so i asked the guy at the desk which wasnt very customer service experienced so he said its included in the purchase and to go tt one of the guys in the garage so I did and the guy says, yeah we can change it in about 2 hours or longer and its 6 15 pm and they close at 7 as there was one guy pulling in tires and another guy doing nothing but talking and the guy I spoke to was just walking when i stopped him. He said the other cars were priority cause they were here first and as I looked into the garage there was one vehicle with an open hood but yet they couldnt change my battery which h takes about 15 maybe 20 minutes . It seemed like he just didnt wanna do it..as I was lvg the other guys were still doing nothing so they put a bad taste in my mouth and if you dont want to change a battery then get another job....really disappointed in the auto dept....

Called at 6pm to ask if they were available to switch some tires, they said yeah they only have one car in so it ll be quick. Got there around 6:05, they told me they couldn t do it cuz they re were about to close? Told them I called and he said they just decided they weren t gonna take any more cars. They close at 7pm. Ok.

It took them 30 minutes to just try to get me signed up for an oil change (the man who worked there kept having problems with the tablet)....And then it took them about 2 1/2 hours to change my oil when there was only 1 car ahead of mine.For the oil change, they didn t even do the complimentary vacuuming that all the other Walmarts do. Additionally, they didn t turn off my oil change alarm.The same thing happened when I went here back in August; however, I thought it was going to be just a one time thing.Also, the waiting room is extremely dirty.Please improve, ya ll.

Showed up right at 8, first car there. Just needed a new tire put on. Again first car there, it took 2 hrs just for them to pull the car in. Then I watched it sit there for the next hr and a half! It took 3 1/2 hrs for them to put a tire on. I saw alot of lazy walking around by the employees! Guy at the counter is just worried about going to lunch, and talking to other employees about it, and not helping customers! Jeez man!

I got off of work late and went to get some badly needed tires. I was told they may not be able to help me because they were going to close. The Automotive manager looked at my tires and stated that he would stay late to help me be get some tires since he felt it wouldn't be safe for me to drive. I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra hour. Thank you again.

Friendly staff. Very prompt response and very helpful.Professional staff with smiling faces and a nice experience. Glad I came here for my tires. I will recommend you all to everyone who has tire needs. Thanks for all the help and advice.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

When I stopped to get a tire changed after a nail getting stuck in the tire and starting to go flat, I was basically told they did not have time to change it and no one was there to do it. This is even after seeing a worker rotating and balancing tires. I was then recommended to go somewhere else in the morning with complete disregard and they could have at least checked the tire. Never going back...definitely lost my business!

Bought a set of tires at Walmart-Spring Branch and my Tacoma started to vibrate at 60mph. After they re-balanced them 3-times (and many wasted days & weeks), the p/u was still vibrating, so they asked me to take it to a different Walmart...Bradley at Walmart-New Braunfels fix the problem on his first attempt!!!He was excellent, very meticulous, he re-checked the torque twice, aired up my tires to the specs on my door (the right way), many, many kudos to Bradley - very personable!!!Service: Tires

I get all my oil changes at walmart 901 plus had two new tires put on they do a great job! Good friendly kind people like down home here in Seguin!

This Walmart auto center is a joke! I've came here to Automotive care center for the 3rd straight day and the previous day's I have came here the associates told me that they were booked until close and it was 3:30 pm on both previous days and now it's Monday and I was the first one to come in to just balance and rotate my tires and now that I'm here it took 2 hours to finish my rotation and balance... The Walmart in Shertz is my fav place to go but since I work in New Braunfels this is my only option.

2017 mitsubishi. they told us the oil was coming out hard and they wouldn't do the oil change. I took the car to our mechanic and they said the oil was fine and drain plug was fine. what a pain to get oil changed at Walmart with either confusion as to which car they were talking about or mis diagnoses. What a pain and had to take the car to a shop and have money out of pocket for nothing and a waste of my day for scaring us for no reason and wasting our day to take the car to the mechanic etc. thank you! DONT COME HERE!!!

I took my car there to get a set of tires mounted and balanced. While re installing wheels one of my lug bolts snapped off inside the wheel. My technician, Matt, informed me of this and assumed responsibility rather than trying to hide it or shift the blame. I was told to have it fixed elsewhere and that I would later be compensated for the cost which they did. I cant speak for everyone there but Matt is a great guy

the service guy who answered all my questions regarding the problems I was having with my cars alignment and needing rotation etc ...was so great so down to earth and so caring and HONEST I felt ....I really appreciated him and will definitely take my car there in the future to get it fixed when I can afford it..I couldn't go that day because I had just got laid off from job and was asking pricing ...so waiting for more funds.... but very impressed by the young man who's name I feel ashamed I didn't write down....so I unfortunately forgot

Had to get 2 new tires and they were fast and efficient. Very good price. They were actually pretty nice too. Sometimes that is hard to find there. I highly recommend them for tires.

We sat and waited for one hour before someone Came and wrote us up we had previously gotten our oil changed so we were already in the system. The guy informed us he could not change our oil because the rules had changed and tried to up sell us on a more expensive brand. Oh and he coughed in my face. Would give zero stars if it let me.
