I went here for the first time today for an oil change, and was blown away at the phenomenal customer service. Everyone was so nice, and service was super quick! Also very reasonably priced compared to where I have always gone before. I will definitely be back.

I pulled in when there were no one in line for all 3 lanes (however each lane was having a vehicle in service. I just picked lane #3. A staff came right away to greet and took info of the car, which was nice and I got immediately positive impression. Soon other cars pulled in filling up lane 1 and 2. Then they both got services while I were still in line. I then started to observe the car in my lane in front of me which was in process of getting services. While about 6 employees running around with vehicles in lane 1 and 2, there was no one at lane 3 w the car in front of me. I then called out to the staff who greeted me, I believe his name is Nathan or Ethan. When he came I asked how come there was no staff working on lane 3. That was it. It was like I pressed his button, he shouted loud that the vehicle was serving, the vehicle had add on services and that nothing he could control. The explanation was simple as that but he repeatedly the same info over and over with that tone for 3 minutes (I looked at my clock). And if you ever notice time, you know how long a minute is, and it even would be longer when you got yell at in the face. The whole parking lot could hear him. All I asked was that how come I saw no staff. I also did not know they offered other services on top of oil change as this was the first time I used Valvoline service, I had no idea. He could have just tell me that the car might get other services. I found it was very unpleasant experience. I wasn't there to make a scene so I didn't argue nor yelled back at him; the way he yelled in public was ugly and I didn't want to appear same ugly manner.They didn't reset my maintenance light even though I asked 2 times. Both time they said they would do it at the end. As I drove away, I noticed the light was still on and the oil was at 15%. I had to turn around and got in-line to get it reset.I will not go back to this location for any kind of service.

I took my vehicle here for a radiator coolant change. I asked questions before they got started and they answered all of them. The employees were thorough and took their time to do the job well. They went the extra mile by making sure all of the old coolant was removed. They checked my battery as well. Price was reasonable. On top of the excellent service the staff are friendly. I like the team work here and the communication with the customer. I will be returning.

Nathan is the definition of professional, customer service. Every time I've went to their location, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the entire process while my vehicle is being serviced. He has even found coupons to help me save a few bucks. You can tell the team works well together and the processes in place keep them from making potential mistakes. Great job!

My experience here at Valvoline was exceptional! Daniel (manager) was phenomenal, knowledgeable, efficient, and very kind. I needed a lot of service done to my truck due to getting ready to head out of state. Daniel was knowledgeable on what needed to be done on my truck and went the extra mile to make sure i was informed and his customer service was beyond great! Offered us water while we wait to get 3+ services done to my truck. Overall i highly recommend coming here to get your vehicle serviced, and you will not be disappointed.

I have been to the NB location multiple times and will continue to come back - regardless of the wait. They have fantastic customer service and always provide email coupons! The employees are pleasant - they suggest additional service to your vehicle without being pushy - which is appreciated. They usually have a wait due to their popularity, HOWEVER, they make sure to acknowledge you within a few minutes of pulling in line. Great place!

I have never once had a bad experience at this valvoline location. Every single individual who works at this location is amazing! I come in at least once a month for services on vehicles and every time it s quick in and out always done right! Would highly recommend this location!

My wife received a coupon for $25 off a full synthetic oil change. So I wanted to call and see what the price would be without the coupon. When I called to ask the guy the price I let him know I understand there is a cost for any additional quarts of oil as with any other place. I just wanted to price for the service before any additional fees. He would not give me the price without vehicle information. I've never heard of this. There is no price to quote before any additions? How do we know we are getting $25 off if they refuse to give a price? I would be interested to hear their response since they seem to respond to most every review. When you do respond please include the price I am looking for.

Two things that will not bring me back to this Valvoline.1. They recommended a bunch of services at mileage levels that were well below Ford's recommended service intervals. They wanted me to change the differential fluids, flush transmission, flush coolant, power steering etc at 70,000 miles, when the service manual calls for 150,000 miles as the recommended service interval. The guy helping me said he is just paid to offer these services whether they are needed or not.2. I did get my oil, air filter and fuel filter serviced this day. The day after service I noted that there was fuel leaking on the garage floor, so I drove it back into town to have them fix it and they were pretty busy. I stood and waited for about 15 minutes for someone to ask me for help and told them that I wanted it fixed asap and did not want to wait in line for them to fix their mistake. Another 10 minutes goes by and the service manager walks up, without even asking what the problem was, says they cant get to me right now and that it would have to wait, then abruptly walks off in mid-sentence without me even getting a word in. On the way home it started running poorly and there was clearly air in the fuel system at this point. Got it home and got it fixed, but would expect them to at least try to correct their mistake. Pretty bad customer service IMO.I will not return and hope that they service others better in the future.

Last week I too my black GMC dually into Valvoline for an inspection and oil change. I was immediately greeted by Nathan the assist manager who began gathering all of my information. I then pulled into the bay for the inspection and was greeted by Kristopher the manager. Kris went over my reason the for the visit. During my visit they noticed my battery was not installed with the safety strap and my tires were low on air. After the inspection and oil change both of them thanked me for coming in. Just wanted to thank them both for the professionalism, excellent customer service and attention to detail. Kristopher and Nathan thank you for leadership and caring for your customers!

First time here, and I was not disappointed. Better service than I ever got at a dealership. The whole staff was great, but Nathan was amazing!, just so happy and friendly Valvoline got lucky with him.

I usually get both vehicles oil changes. I came on Feb 8th 2024. for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given a sticker that not only has the incorrect mileage for my vehicle. It also had the incorrect mileage one to come back as well as the date was wrong. I told them I needed an accurate sticker, so I knew when to come back. he proceeded to give me another sticker, which still was incorrect. they told us to wait in the lobby while they do the tire rotation. We were the only car in the bay so we could see everything that was happening. It was three guys trying to remove my tires with the lock that I provided them. When we went outside we could see them watching YouTube trying to figure out how to remove the tires. They never actually took any of my tires off and when I confronted them about them, they insisted they did even though I was watching them the whole time , once leaving, I realized that on two of my tires they never put my caps back on the values. I took my vehicle to a different shop because I m going based off of the sticker they gave me and they checked my oil and said you don t need a oil change for probably at least another 2000 miles . Do not bring your car here. Just don t.

Went in for an oil change to see if pricing was better than other places, came out to be about the same. Still too high, but what isn't. Not particularly impressed with the knowledge of the technicians but they did fine for an oil change. Needed to pry a wiper off because the latch was stuck, decided to beat it with their hands first. Felt like they were trying to upsell me at every question though while competitors usually aren't. I'll opt to do it myself or take 5 next time before I come back here.

Went for an oil change. They worked quickly and gave me tons of info about services for my truck. Although prices are high, the quality matches the service. When you are in a pinch, it's quicker and cheaper than dealership with quality that rivals any dealership services.

They were fantastic! Professional, quick, attentive to needs of my vehicle I wasn't aware of but weren't trying to pull a fast one on me. I appreciated their thoroughness and fantastic attitudes.2nd visit and same great experience! Make sure to "make an appointment" because Valvoline will text you discount coupons for your visit.

Had oil changed on a Saturday. On my trip back to Houston the oil light came on, it ended up being a sensor. Monday they had a location from Houston come out to me and check it. Thank you for great customer service!!

The actual service was good. What I did not like was the lack of clarity in pricing. First they told me it was going to be $99.99 for an oil change, having already scanned my truck and knowing that my truck takes 8 qts of oil. After I got my final bill, they ended up charging me an extra $28.97 for the extra oil charge . They told me the extra charge oil was because the quote was only for the first 5 quarts of oil. But when I looked in my final bill, it said it was $99 for 7.9 qts of oil (in the same line item), and they added an extra line that just says Extra oil charge for $28.97, but it doesn t specify the amount added of oil. These are very confusing and deceiving practices that makes customers don t want to return.

My vehicle needed new fluid for the transmission and the differential and this place delivered with ease and kindness. I m glad the men here advised me to do it because my car has never ran better. I m happy I came here and intend to do business here for as long as I live in Texas.

DO NOT EVER GO THERE. Completely unprofessional. I had my bosses Ford F150, and he said he prefers Valvoline. I was told they only service Diesel Trucks? Told me to go somewhere else. My boss is now going to Jiffy Lube on S. Seguin. Ask for Tyler.

These guys are great. They are always honest with the services they offer to you. They call it like they see it and they aren't pushy if you decline. They have always been polite and they are quick. Prices are very reasonable here and on par with other places. I will continue to come back.

My wife went to get an inspection. Lied to her and said they wouldn t pass her unless she bought new windshield wipers, because hers were dull . I had just replaced them and they were perfectly fine. Stop lying to women to try and make money off their lack of knowledge.

I was on vacation and needed a oil change in my motorhome. Its just a class C on a Ford E350. I went to 2 different oil change places who told me they do not do motorhomes. I called Valvoline, who told me to come on in, we are glad to help. The whole experience was great. I will do Valvoline from now on.
