I am happy to say my big ol'silver beast had an oil change here and they gave me no issues whatsoever!!!They took care of my 15+ year caddy without ever setting eyes on it before in their life.I called another dealership that seemed to have good reviews, but they refused me before even driving out there....BUT NOT VALMARK CHEVROLET!!!!If you're on the road, make an appointment and talk to this knowledgeable service staff... they will help you out if they have the parts in stock.11/10 if Jesus walk walking through Texas for 40 days, he would have stopped here.Bonus points was for their super clean waiting area...They even had a left handed desk/chair thing....THESE PEOPLE EVEN CARE ABOUT US SOUTHPAWS!!!!!!!

Had my Tahoe towed to ValMark; received a call quickly from Kody. Every time I needed to call Kody about my car he answered quickly and was very patient when explaining the issues and repairs. Once a new transmission was installed, my car feels like new with no oil smell or finger prints and the outside was cleaned! Very happy with the service.

See Kody in service. He will treat you as if you have a 2024 Corvette even if you have a 2011 Equinox. Very honest, and great follow-up on what you need without selling you a bunch of stuff you don't.

I took my 2019 Traverse in for an oil change and tire rotation and because this wasn't the first time the service tech checked off everything was completed, I started marking my tires and taking pictures before service and once again, mind you not the first time the tires were not rotated and now again not rotated. I called and spoke with the service writer and let them know of the issue and was told I could bring it back up there that day or on Monday, well I had plans due to it being a Saturday and I work during the week, I asked if they could come pick it up since it was there service tech who didn't do his complete job and lied about doing so, I was told no the only options where as stated above. I was not happy to say the least because now I must take more time out of my schedule because of their service tech not doing it correctly the first time. I got a call from a manager, and they offered to come to my work and get my car, the only problem is I work 30 minutes away, which means racking up extra miles on my vehicle and my gas. I ended up taking off work early to have this completed, so my time and money once again were affected! I still haven't heard back from the Gen manager over this either.Service: Oil change

They haven't forgotten what good customer service looks like. We were treated professionally and personably from the moment our sales rep, Charley, greeted us to the moment we drove off in our new vehicle. If I knew 10 people looking for a new vehicle, I would send all 10 to Valmark!

Always check your vehicle after service with this dealership. They will put that they did certain things on the receipt but they didn't do.1.They said they topped off all fluids which they didn't. I took a picture of the washer fluid before and after. Never touched.2. Said they checked all tire pressures and made adjustments. The dash still had the same back tire low on air pressure just like it was when I brought it in.3. Car wash with oil change wasn't done. Said they couldn't do it because of body damage. A mud flap clip was done and they consider that body damage and wouldn't wash the vehicle. REALLY!4. Multi-inspection reported done but I don't know anything about the vehicle condition. No report or discussion on how my vehicle is doing.I time before they brought the vehicle out from an oil change saying it was done. I opened the hood to check and the oil cap was off and just laying there!The only reason I go to this place is I made the mistake of buying a vehicle from there and they gave my a lot of free oil changes. So I am using all of them up as I can but I will never buy from a small dealership again. Always go to the bigger dealerships for the best deals and incentives. Had the vehicle worked on two times within 2 weeks, went in with 2 front blinkers came out without 2 blinkers, 300 later. Had a misdiagnosis came out without the cover around the steering wheel. Complained, they gave me back a service contract fee and said they would replace it now they can't get the part, but I am still waiting 4 wks.

Took vehicle in for recall and was promised shuttle service. When I checked in, left stranded. NO SHUTTLE SERVICE

Valmark did a great job with our oil change and repairing our A/C system in our Traverse. James was our service rep and was communicative and on top of everything, including refunding my Uber ride over to pick up the car (the shuttle had stopped running for the day). They also beat a couple of local shops on pricing. Would definitely say this is one of, if not the, best experiences I ve had at a dealership service department.

Because they are the closest we have to use them for convenience. The service is terrible. A few of their service writer are rude and you get a different story depending on which one you talk to. Your car is never finished as promised and communication is a joke. For this particular issue we were told there was a 2 year warranty for the issue but when we brought the car in that changed and it was only a 1 year. Of course they conveniently found a new issue. Had a 9 am appt., dropped off the night before and did not here from the till 11:15. And then we're told they were not sure they could have the car ready by end of day. I will be reporting to GM. They need to investigate this dealer.

Go to Gunn down the street! They re way way so much better. Don t waste your time here. Have taken my traverse here for oil changes and an accident repair. Within 7 months of the accident repair I ve had the exact same issue occur 3x which makes my car not drivable. The service department claims every time they can t take my car in because they re busy and it s 2+ weeks before they can is just ridiculous.

Took my 2002 Chevy Avalanche to Valmark Chev. in New Braunfels TX. Transmission had only 1st gear and reverse. Had it towed there. Told them I thought it needed flashed as well. They put in new battery and it was drawn down by a short in radio. They said flash was not necessary and supposedly reprogrammed anti-theft system. They also replaced feul pump and filter. ( feul pump worked fine last time I started truck apx 4mths prior to service). I was told it needed injectors serviced, and they said they installed SL-*-N-module kit (03107-CT).This plus tank cleaning cost $1207. Really. On top of it all, I was charged$1062.12 ($200. of which is for parts. What parts?) Total $2888. And what I brought truck in for, mainly transmission, not addressed until after $2888. worth of supposed work was done on my trk. I we as told that transmission was too old to mess with, but they wo I ld install a new one for an additional $4200. "FOR REAL VALMARK " I DECLINED. Took truck to transmission shop that I done business with before. They rebuilt and fixed rear main seal and replaced gaskets that were reused by ValMark. They also had to replaced valve cover gaskets. My anti- theft, check engine light and abs light and low feul light and check engine light and security light, as well as speedometer and ram and gas gauge go on and off at random while driving. This may be the worst service I have had in all my 61 years. I think ValMark New Braunfels, needs to address my issues.I look for a responseSincerely,Tony Kendrick

Danny hHad vehicle for 4 hours came back to pick it up and they gave it back to me. They said they would not have time to change the oil before they close. I had been there before to get oil changed and each time before this I was turned away. I will not and would not use them if I was you. The manager was short with me and angry at me like I was the problemService: Oil change
