Valmark was amazing! They were so helpful and walked me through buying my first car also didn t try to run up the price on me and were super respectful to me even though I m younger! Donald was amazing and so helpful throughout the process! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

My appointment was on a Saturday morning at 7:30. I arrived on time and was greeted by a pleasant associate, who was helpful and informative. She educated me on the nuances of my vehicle, and informed me of a Carfax that I could use to show all the work that has been done on my car. She kept me up-to-date as far as how long it would take for my vehicle to get done, as well as the recommended services that needed to be done on my vehicle. She was very helpful knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Average time spent at this dealership was an hour and a half.

I had to bring my Equinox in to get serviced for a brake problem. Of course, the tech fixed it and the brakes are perfect now, but I was so impressed and satisfied with the customer service here. Throughout the entire process (from drop-off to diagnosis to quoting to pick up), Kody the service advisor was very knowledgeable, had excellent communication, and was very responsive to my questions. At one point I text him with a question about my quote, and he responded not even 5 minutes later with all the information I needed. I ll continue to bring my vehicle here for servicing simply because of the customer service. Excellent!

This is the second time that I take my vehicle into Val Mark Chevrolet. Both experiences have been outstanding! The scheduling process was super easy. I was able to drop off my vehicle and return to work, in a very quick manner! The shuttle service is amazing! Efrain shuttled me the first time and Raul on this past time. Both were on time picking me from work when my car was ready! The service advisor was also very professional and explained the process clearly. He was confident and delivered on his commitment to have my vehicle readyin a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Val Mark Chevrolet to everyone! And I will definitely be returning for all my future vehicle needs!

Went to Valmark this morning to get an oil change, an alignment, On a 2022 Traverse. They were also supposed to check on a smell coming from the converter located right in front of the fan, this smell happens when you excelerate to pass, and then back off as you compete the pass. The appointment was made a week in advance. Today, no alignment done, They would not check on the smell unless I left it for 3 days. The oil change/tire rotate was the only thing completed.Bill $145.45I got home and took a closer look at the bill, I was charged $40.00 for "cleaner"! I called Valmark service, yes the did add a cleaner to the fuel, and they claim Chev mandates this.Valmark should have stated this front. If they had told me ahead of time, I would have told them not to add anything, just change the oil and filter. $40 for cleaner????? Sounds like money grab to me. I think I am done with Chevy!!! Toyota, here I come,

My experience with ValMark was great! Mr. Ray Reyes helped me look for used vehicles but found a new vehicle that we liked. Mr. Reyes was quick to respond to our inquiry and had follow up calls and texts after our purchase to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely let others know about ValMark. Service was excellent and friendly, my issue was satisfied and now I feel safe to drive. The dealership was very clean and the fresh coffee and snack items including FRESH fruit was so welcomed! Mostly for us customers that were dragged outta bed with no time to eat or in need of that first cup of coffee!! I am one happy customer!

Everyone at ValMark was friendly and engaging, especially Chris and Ray. I felt welcomed in the dealership and they made me feel my business was appreciated. The ValMark team explained my new Chevy's features and clearly demonstrated their operation. I was introduced to the service management, which I feel is a very professional gesture. The process was concise and respectful of my time, without feeling hurried. I feel the pace of the transaction was perfect. My previous Chevy truck was 18 years old so it's not every day I'm buying a new truck. This purchase was a milestone for me and they made the day special. I would say ValMark exceeded my expectations.

I don t normally right bad reviews. I would usually never go back. I ve had the worst experience with these guys. After spending more money on parts, and $1500 + my truck was doing the same thing I night it in for. These guys obviously lost their good mechanics to ATS , and CenTex diesel.Do yourself a favor, and bring your vehicle somewhere else to get serviced. What s these guys couldn t figure out in weeks I had a guy name Steven Gomez figure it out within an hour. Maybe they should hire Steven to train some of these parts changes they call master mechanics. We also agreed to $1000 and they up the price to $1500 plus. They also split oil in my middle console. Think twice before you take your vehicle hear. These ratings must be from family, and friends. Everyone I have talk to has had a bad experience with these guys.

Pretty much was just finding any little thing , trying to charge for something that should have been fixed the 1st time around. We were told it was fixed then when brought vehicle back they said oh yeah it wasn't fixed so I wasn't gonna pay for that service again on top of that the manager said the 1st time the vehicle was not in for the camera when it clearly was but she said something that it was in for GPS and that it was fixed when I never mentioned anything about the GPS needing fixed and apparently it never got fixed either cause it still mess up it takes me off route and off road when I make a turn. Then the car wash was horrible didn't even look like it got washed, my 3 yr old does a better job a washing cars after all the money I spent you would think the complimentary wash would be looking good but I'm hoping I never have to take the car back and if I do ill probably go to another dealership

I was referred to this dealership for transmission issues shortly after buying a Silverado from Steele Hyundai. Shelby was truly amazing, and made the whole process fast and effortless. Everyone here was so kind and gave me updates the whole way, and within 2 weeks I had my truck back. They did outstanding work and I will definitely be bringing this truck here for future service. From the beginning of the process Austin was right there for my wife and I. It took a few days to decide what we wanted and Austin helped us decide. From his suggestions to compare, do more research as well as his knowledge of each models features was superb. The night we purchased our truck I called Austin, told him what time we would be down, he had all 3 models we were interested in pulled next to each other. If only buying a vehicle was this easy all the time. Due to Austin we have a great new truck for our family.

Maritza has always been amazing every time we have bought a car from Valmark. Chris (the General Manager) also is just as awesome. We purposely drive an hour and a half to this Chevrolet dealership to buy cars because we always get great service, a great selection of cars, and never feel harassed when we are looking at cars. We have been to other Chevrolet locations closer to our house, but none of them are as great as Valmark.

Had a vehicle come in for an abs light on caused by hitting an object in the road. Turns out it needed an abs module due to a broken connector and multiple wheel speed sensors that failed and shorted. When insurance called to ask about the job the Service Rep told insurance it was normal wear an tear and we were then stuck with a $4000 dollar repair bill. The service advisor was made aware of the insurance claim and the situation but screwed us out of the insurance claim. We have removed our vehicle and will NEVER be back.

Shelby was great busy when we picked up the truck , the ac came on and we have no control over to turn it off at all we definitely have to bring the truck back so that can be fixed and hopefully we don t have to pay any diagnostic because it wasn t doing that at the time we took it I. The first time !! Over all she was great help!!!

I had told the salesman, Jeff, that I wasn't ready to purchase that day and that I wanted to see a certain type of car. He didn't JUST show them to me. He took lots of time with me explaining all the new features that I was not familiar with. He spoke honestly with me. I felt like I was not getting the typical "salesman pitch". Then, when I came back to see him, I asked to see something else. Again, he took time with me. I liked being treated like a VALUED customer. I purchased from JEFF because he had the product I wanted and he treated me with respect and honesty.

I visited Valmark to look at a Mercedes. My salesman was Ken Eaglehouse. One of the most professional salesman I've known. It's unfortunate that the Sales Manager refused to budge on a high price for the vehicle that has been sitting on their lot for 6 months. Ken was most understanding when I took my business elsewhere. Needless to say I found a Mercedes at a dealership in Spring, Texas that was willing to work with me. Ken is the best. Use him at this dealership!

This was by far the fastest and most pleasant car buying experience. Rosario (Rosie) made sure the car was detailed when we went to pick up, she sent us a card after our purchase, and was just awesome overall.

With the exception of the $145.45 oil change, nothing I went there for was even looked at. Oh, but they did add a $40.00 cleaner to my gas, that I did not ask for. Valmark, told me General Motors, makes them add it! If that's the case GM, should pay for it!! I won't go back to Valmark again.
