Like many of you, I strive to support the little guys whenever possible. I got a referral for TW's from a coworker and will never look back. They are as honest as the day is long and very fair with their prices. They keep you informed and get you back on the road in a timely manner. They may not have all the fancy things the other places do but they work for me.

They completed PM work on my Ranger in a very timely and professional manner. Pricing was very good, and Jay's recommendations were right on track with my thoughts. Will definitely have these folks do my next maintenance work.

These guys are the real deal. �Honest, hard working & personable. �They will diagnose, give an estimate, reach out to communicate w you, (without being condescending) & repair without overcharging �I am so impressed with these mechanics, I feel like I stepped out of the early 1980"s when I remember being able to trust others & feel great about doing business with them & therefore feeling sure they should be recommended. �Thanks TWs! �You honestly saved me from so much potentially unaffordable problems, & time I did not have to spare. �I pray your business thrives continually. �Appreciatively,(confused lady) w the Crown Vic & nice Dad.

It was an awesome experience.I have been here before and as always they do not disappoint. They diagnosed the issues offered suggested repair and at a very reasonable and affordable price. My wife took her jeep there to get fixed. they were wonderful and very professional, from the minute she walked in. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone in need. Don't waste your time any where else, just go here!

Took them A whole day to diagnose the problem with my Car overheating but they found it and the part was only $14.99And they only charged me the diagnosis fee and the part, they didn't charge me for a single hour of labor, they kept in touch and finished around 4pm, instead of asking me to come get my car they suggested I allow them to keep it so they could test drive it the next day to make sure it was fixed. They are friendly and honest in my opinion. Thier hourly rate is way cheaper than the last place I went. I will be taking all my vehicles here.

I went in this morning for a mechanical issue. And working with a customer service representative. Jay. I had to return an hour later for another mishap. The issue was resolved in a timely manner. And all of the employees displayed nothing but professionalism. I felt a bit conscious because my car hasn't been cleaned in a while. It's especially a rolling garage can. But all the staff remained professional. I highly recommend!!!

I visited TW's twice for repairs on my back and front brakes on two different trips. The first time they allowed me to schedule a few days in advance which was great for my work schedule. The got my car in at the appointed time and got it fixed same day at a reasonable price. The second time I was unable to secure a ride home and the owner gave me a ride home and back when the repairs were done. Great place, people and reasonable price both times.Service: Brakes

After reading their reviews about a year ago I started taking my car for oil changes there. My experience is that not only where they fast but also at a fair price. Much better experience than "fast" oil shops. They also check other items such as my filter. When I refused their offer to replace my AC cabin filter they were cool about it and did not try to pressure me. I ordered online and installed it myself later.My best experience was when I took my Accord for some front end noise. They checked it and found out there was a service bulletin explaining why the noise. They did not try to sell me something I did not need and even though they had done some work to inspect the issue, I was not charged a dime. Honest mechanics are hard to find.I also took my Nissan Z and they changed my belts again super fast and at a reasonable price. I appreciate good local small businesses and feel the good ones deserve public praise.

There aren t enough good things to say about TW s. I took my vehicle in to get the AC and window fixed. When I got it back, a few electrical things were malfunctioning. I took it back and TW s went above an beyond to find and correct the mistake. They even took it to a dealership to have it further diagnosed. They didn t charge me for any of it. The whole experience could have been a nightmare, but Jay was so sweet and professional, keeping me up to date with everything. Then to top it all off, I receive a letter in the mail thanking me for my business and offering a discount on an oil change. I will exclusively use this place for any future car repairs and I will recommend to anyone and everyone!

Went in to get a quote for brakes for a kia soul. Was quoted over 800 to replace pads and rotors . Auto parts stores want 200-300 so they want about 500 for labor for about 2 hours of work. I can go to the dealership for less and get oem parts

Went in for check engine light and possible repairs. Their estimate seemed pricey so I asked if I could get my repair done when I got back to Denver Colorado. He said I would be good to go home. Not driving for long when my brother noticed a loud noise so he pops the hood and find they didn't connect the air intake cover or the engine cover. No telling what has possibly gone into my engine. I call them and they pretty much say they they couldn't have forgot to reconnect... So does that mean they think I went in and unhooked things that I don't know about!?? The customer service was horrible when I called. I guess what they say about being with woman and going to repair shops is true. They try to take advantage of you. LADIES I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU OVER!!!! I understand people make mistakes but to not want to even help me figure it out. They won't even give me their insurance information so I can talk to them instead. Horrible ethics.

Great customer service anyone looking for a fast part fixed, this is the place. Very friendly and helpful. Work with them they work with you. There is no dumb questions if you need your options. Ask they will provide. This is the first review I ever left. That saying something. Don't let other auto dealers scam you out of money.Best shop I ever been, quick and no bs arguments!

Absolute best auto care to be had in New Braunfels, the staff are super polite and very helpful for people who dont understand cars that well. Their prices are very reasonable and they will work with you if your able to pay everything up front!! And if they cant provide the service they are more than happy to recommend you to another shop that is able to perform the task !

Had a master cylinder replaced here less than a year ago. Called and spoke to Danny who advised me that my warranty will be out in June, today is May 20th.Great. So I asked him when can it get fixed. Told me Monday, he's busy. Well that's great, but my brakes are bad and I already paid them $300+. My experience here was not good. I would look around before coming to this location. The sad part is, this was my go to place. I have used them multiple of times. Bad deal.

Called a day ahead for a brake fluid flush. I was told to come in right when they open at 8 o'clock and they would get it done. Took only about 30 mins. Very nice waiting room. Good price and fast service. I would recommend.

They changed my oil fast! I took it in praying for a quick oil change but when I saw the parking lot full I didn't think it was possible. Danny was able to get me in right away. The price was awesome even with an additive it came out cheaper than anywhere I've been in New Braunfels. Go see them!!!

The representatives did not call me back when they said they would, they were unprofessional and gave me a brake quote without telling me what it was for. One representative told me it would be disc brakes, and the other said it would be drums. They also told me it would take 4 hours to get done, which is fine. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be there all day. And I asked them to order the brakes ahead of time to make sure they had them and I wouldn't be without my truck for days, and he told me that he wouldn't do that, I asked why, and he said "For starters I don't know you" While I appreciate that statement because we don't know each other, he can always send the parts back that he won't use but we all have to agree that our time is valuable. I explained that to him and he copped back a condescending attitude saying "It's my way or no way" like I am a child, now I understand I am a woman, but I do not need to be talked down to like a child. I don't appreciate this type of treatment.

Toby and his crew have been taking care of my cars for over 20 years. TW is honest and fair. I recommend this place to anyone who asks about a mechanic.

I left my 2010 camry with these guys because i was having a vibration problem upon acceleration. Toby told me it would be monday at around 1pm before it was ready, which was fine because i had a rental car. I got a call at 11am on monday morning saying my car was ready for pick up. My problem is gone and they did a wonderful job and had great customer service! I will definitely be bringing my car back for any future repairs!

Super helpful! Thought I had a busted wire that would've costed hundreds, was a terminal that costed 25. Was in and out in 20 minutes! Would EASILY recommend TW's to anyone in need of a mechanic

TW's has always been great to work with and very reasonable on their prices for the work being performed. They have always kept me informed on progress and any issues that have come up and potential issues that will need to be addressed in the future.

I was disappointed. With the great reviews of this business I had hoped for good service. I had a mechanical issue that was addressed. My window was down when I received my vehicle and didn't think anything of it. After I drove off the lot I tried to roll it back up and it was broken. The mechanic did not mention the window, but I guess that is why he left it down.
