Our experience with Total True Automotive has been excellent. Friendly customer service, text notifications with videos of issues and/or concerns for maintenance. We especially LOVE Vickie!! Experienced and well versed on all things automotive and customer service. We highly recommend Total True Automotive as your go-to for automotive needs.

Great Customer Service! Great work on my car! I was referred to Total True Automotive, and slightly hesitant since I had used the same mechanic for the past 25 years. Relocating to TX required finding a new mechanic. It can be tough finding mechanics who provide quality and honest work at reasonable prices. I truly appreciate the detailed inspection and information provided after the initial inspection, which was very thorough. It was also very convenient being provided with a loaner (free of charge), while my car was being serviced. I will certainly refer others, and would return as a customer. Hopefully NOT on a regular basis. LOL

Vickie and Steven were so kind and caring, truly amazing customer service! I came in for a frequent issue with my O2 sensor and turned out to be my catalytic converter. Not gonna lie, I did get a little emotional thinking catalytic converters were the kiss of death for cars and especially since this was the first car I ever bought, but Vickie and Steven were so kind and patient and explained everything to me in a way I would understand (no confusing technical jargon!). I may have only been there for about 15 minutes, but will for sure be a returning customer thanks to these two and their kindness.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! When my car was stolen and vandalized, Total True Automotive made a horrible situation so much better. They were honest and upfront about what to expect and kept great communication through the entire process. Vickie went to bat for me with my insurance and made sure they covered everything that needed to be replaced/fixed. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me!!

My experience with Total True Automotive Landa was positive from start to finish. I was kept in the loop with every step of the repairs. Vickie was very professional on every call and made sure I knew exactly what was being worked on. The crew made sure everything was explained thoroughly and even included photos and video. I will definitely use TTA for any future repairs or maintenance my truck may need.

Great service! The team at Total True Automative was great to work with, they were very thorough with inspecting my vehicle. They did a great job repairing my Range Rover. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them as needed.

Total True Automotive did a thorough job on my vehicle.I took it in for an oil change, rotate tires and inspection.I had a low battery which they replaced and it was out of alignment.They are an excellent vehicle repair business and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Very helpfull and extremely professional.Update:The whole process of getting my truck worked on was very stressful. Everyone at the shop was not only professional, but honestly friendly. Kept me updated and made sure i knew my vehicle was ready to go. They went out of thier way to place congratulations balloons for the birth of granddaughters birth. True Texas hospitality.Will definitely return for our vehicle needs and services.Up date date to the up date: Did it again great service.

These people are so honest and trustworthy. The break the items down by order of safety. Need to fix now, fix within 6 months or within a year. This way you can pick what you want to fix according to your budget. I would definitely recommend Total True Auto to anyone.

Honest, compassionate, and fair shop. Specifically, Vickie was amazing from the initial call I made, until I drove away with my car. I was dealing with my car insurance and rental company for a month and had MANY stressful and frustrating interactions. Vickie and the TTA Landa team, are a breath of fresh air and never once stressed me out. They actually helped me with interactions with my insurance company. This is my new spot for any future car repairs. Thanks Vickie! You are amazing, and should train more people to have customer service skills like you!

1st time here & I think I finally found my auto peeps. Very nice modern, clean, professional group. The vibe is friendly with plenty of warm smiles & eye contact, even from the busy crew. Having been in retail since I was a kid, we were always made to formerly greet, smile, & acknowledge our customers as strict protocol, so nice to see a business that still adheres to these simple & affective principles. Customer loyalty 101. A+*Thanks again to Vicki, she took extra time to offer a sensible service plan to complete my vehicle's repairs in phases, without adding more stress using high pressure sales tactics. It was more like your mom giving u advice, lol, instead of feeling handled.

Had to update this review and say the service was OUTSTANDING AGAIN! Brought my corvette in for a tune up and some maintenance on some things here and there. The complete inspection PDF they create and show should be the standard. Its clear in what they looked at, and what they recommended. Timely, great communication, and transparency in everything going on. Above all, personable and honest. I implore you to come here for any and all needs. Fantastic service and people. Everything from drop off to pick up was exceptional. Communication - even when there was nothing to report - was consistent. Very helpful helping my son who just moved out there from Colorado Springs. I'm thankful he has a place he can trust to take care of his vehicle needs. I used Total True Automotive for a state inspection. They take appointments, which I prefer. They were on time and I was out in 20 minutes. Excellent service and they appreciate their customers. I recommend them for this service.

Staff was very helpful. First they run a complete diagnostic of your whole vehicle, then go over everything that was found. They allow you to decide exactly what you want to get fixed with no pressure. Fast and friendly. My car battery died while I was having my oil changed. total true came and jumped my car. Followed me to their business and got another battery installed in my car. Excellent service. Great staff

Fantastic place! Vicky was the best! I actually like the email and text messages with the diagnostic information on my vehicle.Loaner car was issued to me and while it was an older vehicle it was immaculately clean and there was no fee!!!I have some more minor issues I want addressed and will be doing those shortly with Total True Automotive and Ms. Vicky and the crewThey have a new lifetime customer!!!Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change
