Had to get towed in however the shop staff Today is very friendly and got to working on truck ASAP now just gotta see how long before my Baby is Fixed

Would not recommend. They wasted over 5 hours of my time without telling me they only had 1 technician the whole time. Kept lying to me that we ll call you in an hour to 2 hours, then when the time came they would give me the same excuse. Also the manager Paul McEvers needs customer service training. He would refuse to even acknowledge my existence by pretending to work on his computer as i stood there. I had to finally get loud with him just so he d acknowledge me. This is very dehumanizing and he was the one that checked me in and didn t tell me they only had 1 technician.

This is probably the best encounter with TA truck service. All the guys were on top of their job. Guy who checked me in was friendly and knew what he what was going on. 2 techs were training the new guy. They worked on my truck and didn t need to look over their shoulder because a had a good feeling. Needed to repair a trailer tire. New guy did it. Here I am 2 weeks later giving them a good review. All TA repair facilities need to learn from these guys at this location. Quick and efficient service. Thank you

Very good experience. Tyler on the desk and Jeremy the mechanic got my truck fixed quickly and for a fair price. I needed a new airbag to pass inspection and they got it done. Very friendly guys. I will be using this shop in the future as I live in Austin and they are open weekends.

Had a bad tire on the trailer. Got checked in and backed in within minutes and out in less than an hour. Probably the fastest tire changes in my driving career. Thank you so so much.

Th bathrooms are not maintained. Stalls had toilet paper and feces everywhere. The stall door wouldn t properly lock. Went to eat at the Popeyes and there was no tea made and the chicken tasted old. The initial reason for my trip here was that a trailer tire needed to be replaced. I was given a 2 hour eta. They got me in a door in under 2 hours then proceeded to take 6 more before finally changing the tire. I was asked twice to call my company to expedite the repair approval. Our breakdown sent it and I verified with their service department. So I don t understand why it took 6 hours. So by the time that was done I had 1.5hrs left remaining on my clock. So I paid for a reserve spot to start fresh and not drive angry. I used to love this place. Now I don t think I ll ever go back.

They done an awesome job on my truck. I needed a repair, and the mechanic went above and beyond to fix my axle! Very pleased with this shop!

Drove in at 6am, got an 10am appointment for an oil change (they called me in at 945am), finished in under 2hrs with everything, and out the door. Too easy!! Thank you for respecting our time and being efficient, friendly, and professional.

3-4 hour wait for 1 trailer tire as I have watched 3 mechs stand outside and smoke for 20 min and another is sweeping a bay. Not one is working on a truck. Lazy and "underemployed" I suppose.

I think the owners are from California because everything has a 400 percent mark up instead of a 5 dollar footlong its literally a 15 dollar footlong

FOR EXPEDITED VANS, SIGNS HERE AT TA SAY NO OVER NIGHT PARKING, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMMING HERE, THERES PLENTY OF OTHER TRUCK STOPS IN THE AREA.

Super helpful.I like to get my personal truck and RV trailer weight. Just curious about the numbers.the numbers are in the safe parameters no matter how heavily its been loaded.

Exterior, parking lot, pumps and entryway desperately needs upgrades. But inside of store is always clean and seems upgraded

Like most TA truck stops they have closed the restaurant and brought in fast food. And when I stopped here to park for the night even the fast food was closed because they say they can't get help. All I know is after driving a truck for 29 years I have never seen such a disregard for the American truck driver. After working a 12 to 14 hour day it would be nice to sit down and have a decent meal. But seems like know body cares. They just punch a time clock and go home.

The entire TA Truck Service Team helped me get my truck s tire squared away. I can t thank them enough! I m so grateful that they ve all perfected their craft. Everyone works so efficiently together, it s seems like the whole team has been together for years the way they re all in sync. If you re nearby or even within 100 mile radius, I would suggest going to get your big rig s tires here. Thank you again everyone!!

Other than fuel and a garage, this place may as well close. Very limited access from the interstate due to new construction. No restaurant, only Popeyes Chicken, and Subway. If and when they are open.The people working in the store are super nice. Therefore the 2 stars.

If your Truck broken but still rolling..Avoid this Place at all costs. Worst TA cervice I have ever went to. It's so much wrong with this place I can't believe..

Very Clean, Huge Parking. Even after 10pm has tons of FREE parking spots. Recommend to everyone who making deliveries to Wal-Mart and Sam's exellent place to sleep over or take break before deliveries or pick ups.

I am so grateful for the kind service I received from these people! Some crazy person in front of me threw a pair of jeans out the passenger window on the highway and I ran over it and next thing I know there's scraping metal sounds under my car and a piece of my car hanging down . As a female alone in an area I didn't know somewhere between Austin and San Antonio, I was stressed for sure. These men helped me out quickly and easily and had me on my way in no time. I am so thankful because it made what coukd have been a stressful event into a minor inconvenience.Thank you again!

Was having weird problems with the trailer and since I've always gotten great service here brought it in.They found the problem, fixed it, and double checked everything.FYI: I have never had a bad experience here, and I've been a customer since this was a 76 truckstop. A good bet to bring your mechanical problems to this shop.
