Disappointed in the level of customer service. I walked in because I needed service on my car. Valerie seemed inconvenienced that I was there needing help without an appointment and she was busy. She was nice enough to get me with an appointment a few days later. The service worker incorrectly filled my inspection report and when I called to talk to her she was pretty rude and said it was correct. She even texted back saying that it was correct in their end. This is a display of bad service. I was grateful that I was able to get in quickly and my vehicle was serviced correctly minus the error in the report.

Professional by any measure. Efficient, courteous; caring and patient. The finest car buying experience I ever had. In and out with a new car in less than two and a half hours including trade in evaluation. Steven is an outstanding salesperson. He knows his cars, understands his customers and has been a joy to work with. No pressing; no hard selling; just good discussions leading to a fair deal.

Drove 4 hrs to buy a black 2007 Ford mustang GT. 65000 miles. Said no wrecks. Car has been wrecked on front end! These guys are ridiculous. Motor has been out to be repaired, it is weathered. Oil plug has tons of blue lock tight. Please be aware of this car! Sounds great but runs horrible. Sales guys are super friendly but it's a tactic to get you to buy. Asking $16000, not worth 5. Carfax say no wrecks! BE AWARE

AMAZING dealership. Got my 23 Elantra and I couldn't be more happier in the decision. Josh was my salesman and he was amazing. Didn't get pressured to buy any additional packages, very efficient and had us in and out within an hour. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone to him and the amazing dealership.

Very easy process with Steven and Matt. Straight to the point, realistic, was in and out with a new vehicle within two hours. Best experience I've ever had with a large purchase.

Stopped by for a front license plate adapter for my Palisade. Parts dept very friendly and when I asked how the adapter attached they told me there are no predrilled holes in the bumper, but instead tiny dimples to mark the location. Much to my surprise he offered to mount it for me. He went and got a service guy who got the correct screws, drilled the holes and mounted the adapter and the plate at no charge. Wow, what great service! Gave him $10 to show my appreciation, but I could tell he didn't expect a thing. They do it right at Steele and this is the kind of customer service that brings folks back again and again. Thanks guys!! Highly recommended!

Love my dealership! My key fob wasn t working, walked in, was directed to the parts department. The young man behind the counter politely changed the battery, no charge.

The sales department is great. The service department is absolute garbage. Hours and hours of waiting only to have to turn around after a few blocks and have them do their job again the right way the second time.

My wife called a few months ago about a recalled part. They said they would order it and call her back within the week. No call. She called again a month later and they said they would call her again that week. She told them she never received a call from them the first time but left her number again. Still no call. The car has problems hooking up to the Bluetooth and they told her it s because she didn t have a factory phone cord. She s not plugging it in, it won t hook up to Bluetooth. I don t think they want to fix it because it s still a warranty issue. I m sure that if we had to fork over hundreds to thousands of dollars we d get a call back.

We had a recently purchased car that was under warranty having some issues, the service department stuck with it and figured out some puzzling issues. We appreciated the tenacity they showed in getting everything taken care of for us. They did great work!

Tried to 2 days to set service appointment by internet portal and phone messages with no response.Never had that problem when Roger Beasley owned the dealership.Very dissapointed.

Service (scheduled): Rene and Margarita are skilled and knowledgeable; each made me feel well taken care of, and my car well attended to. Waiting with HGTV on and a cup of chai tea made the overall service experience over the top. The whole Palisade adventure just gets better and better. Thanks Roger Beasley

They are disrespectful and not a customer-friendly organization. I called to set up an appointment for work on a vehichle I bought from the previous owner of the facility. They were to "busy" to answer the phone in the service department. I left a call back number and they didn't call back within an hour and a half. I tried to recall them and no one answered again. They have no customer service.

I just wanted to also share my 5 star rating. They truly deserve it. My wife went there several weeks ago and got her brand new Santa Fe and they were really upfront with everything and no price hikes, no addendums ,no additional 3k fees for unnecessary things that we don't need. Just pure MSRP and a great experience overall with no sales person trying to get you to get their addons as well. It's hard to get a car with the chip shortage that's going on and the best price would be MSRP . This is the only Hyundai in the whole central Texas and south Texas that doesn't add any sort of fees. Just pure MSRP plus TT&L . If you are going Hyundai, go with these guys. Shout out to Josh and Rick. Thank you
