I would highly recommend Service King in New Braunfels, TX. When I was rear-ended in my newer Chevy, I was majorly depressed. However, the staff at Service King were extremely friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. After dropping off my truck, they drove me across the highway to Enterprise Rental to pick up my temporary vehicle. After my truck was repaired, they let me drive away with it while they took the rental car back; that's outstanding service! As you can see from the pictures, the first two were what it looked liked after the accident, the last picture is what Service King made it look like again. You can't tell my baby was even in an accident. Excellent job by the all involved. If you want your pride and joy to look as good as new, take it here. Even if you're not all that close, make the longer drive to get here. You won't regret it. Thanks again Service King!!!

I had an amazing experience! My Honda was backed into and had to have the back replaced. They were able to get me in the next day and kept me in the loop through text messages. I knew when they were disassembling the car, painting, reassembling, and waiting on parts to come in. The car was scheduled to be completed while I was on vacation and they kept the car for me and had it washed and ready to go the day I came back! Amazing customer service and great work. I could not be more pleased.

Hands down the worst experience I ve ever had. Service king was one problem, but the now crash champion is just as bad. I had two of my workers tell me not to go with them from their bad experience, but I was swayed when S.K. said they could see my truck sooner. 4 months later, I get my truck back. The leather is torn on my seat (over 1 foot and a half), not everything is repaired, I m missing a DEF cap, my reverse camera and sensors no longer work, some other items are missing, and check engine light turns on. I called my insurance company to reverse the payments because it took 5-6 weeks for them to call me back for the repairs (after them asking for 24-48 hours to call me back to schedule the repair and three call backs on my part). I get a phone call the next day (today) to schedule my service (the day after leaving a bad review on their survey).Go anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

So I don t leave these often but after dealing with Service King for 4 months I feel like I should warn people, I would never take my vehicle here again. I want to be clear, I m not leaving a negative review because of the national parts back order, though Toyota said the parts were there at the end of that 2nd month(I realize they could be lying to save face but who knows?)I am leaving this because Service Kings lack of customer service.After 3 months of waiting on parts, I received a malfunctioning vehicle. Take it back for a four hour fix which was never informed that it didn t get fixed in that four hours, I live 30 minutes away, so I get a ride to Service king because I figured all was good(given it had been 6 hours and I hadn t heard otherwise) Get there and they say, it might be ready Monday (like you really couldn t relay a simple message to your customer Christian?). A four hour fix has nearly turned into 2 weeks, with absolutely no updates in between. I have had to call every time to receive answers like(they made me feel like I was bothering them for their lack of communication and missed etas) it will be here tomorrow , it will be here Friday , it ll be here next week , I ll call you back(never did) (x2) or my favorite, I don t know why Christian didn t call you back, he s left for the rest of the day though(it was a Friday, they are closed on weekends) . With no updates in between, the only reason I knew anything was because I called after every failed eta. They will not reach out to you at all! If Christian is in charge of your vehicle, good luck!The communication there is non existent. You can call, you can leave messages, but they won t respond unless you trick their call system into thinking you are another new customer.Pro tip: They will pick up every time if you hit 3 in their automated system. Don t even waste your time hitting 2, they will not answer or respond to messages. This will save you from having to hang up and redialing. You re welcome If you don t listen to anything else, listen to that.Anyways, for those who gave 5 star, more power to you but that was not my experience either time.Tessa was helpful most of the time so that one star was warranted instead of zero.Update: Vehicle is supposed to be in route this afternoon, had 2 updates(without having to call) today! I m not gonna hold my breath on this though.Update 2: Vehicle won t be here today but at least they called this time. Might move to 2 stars if this communication continues.

Drop my car there on 25 January 2023 got a text stating estimate repair completion of 7 February 2023. I called on 6 February to make payment and was told it would not be done until the 10 February 2023 and if any delays occur I would receive a call. I went to the shop to pick it up on the 10 February 2023 and was told again it was not ready with no call or text. I then got text on the 14 February stating it would be ready on the 16 February 2024 so once again I called to be told no it not be ready and that I would receive a call when it was complete. So finally today 15 February 2023 I received a call to say it was ready and I will go tomorrow morning 16 February 2023 to see if it s ready. If not then I will be taking legal action.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely rude employees and my simple repair work took over a month. Every employee I spoke to had told me a different story about why my car was taking so long. One said it was going to be painted the next day and five minutes later a different employee told me that it was painted earlier that day. I took my vehicle into Service King and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They looked at my truck and gave me an estimate and completion date with in 20 minutes. They kept me informed throughout the process. I got my vehicle back on time and it looks good as new. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Derrick was very professional and helpful throughout the process dealing with our insurance company and trying to get our vehicle assessed for damages. I took my car to Service King after an accident I had back in May. I was using the other drivers insurance and there was more work than I had payment for. Eric and Erik were so unbelievably patient with me as we worked out the issue with the insurance company. My car looks perfect and I will definitely be going back to them again! I was so happy with everyone I took them donuts!!! Keep up the good work!

told me my car would be ready one week after I took it in. it's been 3 weeks since I took it in and when I called to ask they told me it would be ready by this afternoon. I called at 3:30 pm and they told me "it got too late in the day to finish the inspection. whoever was answering the phone had an attitude like I was annoying her. you know what's even more annoying? paying for a rental out of pocket because your mechanic lied to you about when your car would be done multiple times.next time I'll save 4500 and do it myselfService: Body & Trim

I will always highly recommend Service King in NB, Tx. They repaired my car after hitting an animal and ripped my front bumper off. Everyone there was very kind and professional and helped me through this process effortlessly. My car went in Tuesday and was done Friday, and looks brand new. Thank you Cara, Edward, and everyone else behind the scenes who contributed to this great experience.

I was recently involved in an accident during the winter storm. I brought my car in to Service King and Gayle was passionate about helping getting my car fixed. Bad experience with Service King in New Braunfels. There were 5 separate issues upon picking up my vehicle.All that was required was for them to replace the front bumper, one wheel, one tire, and one headlight. Upon picking up my vehicle, there was a hubcap label missing (they had to order me a new one), the brake lights weren't working (had to return the vehicle to them), the alignment was horribly off (I had to take it myself to the place they designated under their ticket two separate times), there were minor scratches on the new bumper they gave me, and the TPMS (tire pressure) indicator was lit on the dashboard (I had to drive the vehicle myself to their designated affiliate under their ticket).The biggest issue was the alignment being so poorly off. I called Service King and spoke to the representative and told him the issue. The specific representative played it off like it was just my imagination. Even so, he told me to take it to their affiliate to get it fixed, which I did two separate times. However, even after those two times it was still off. I ended up taking it to the dealership, who quickly and properly fixed the alignment, allowing it to drive perfectly.I won't be taking my vehicle to Service King again. They ended up causing additional problems and wasted my time having to go to all these different places to resolve the issues they created and didn't fix.

My car went in for a repair on the bumper, came out needing the windshield replaced. When I asked them about it, they first blamed the tint people sent the sides and back was tinted. Then they said it was there when I brought it in, I said no, I have usaa insurance and I wouldn't be driving around like that. They even tried to say it was a manufacturer defect, anything but taking responsibility for it. I wasn't going to do a review, but then yesterday they had the nerve to ask if I'd heard from the insurance yet, like I'd would still be driving around with CLEAR COAT all over my windshield. Yes, when I had it replaced I was told it was clear coat. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

This is the second time I've used Service King. I had no issues with the first visit and was very pleased with the results, but I did have issues during my second visit. No business or organization is perfect, and the true mark of business is how they handle issues and customer dissatisfaction. Service King resolved the issues to my satisfaction.

Rude people! Told me needed an appointment to get an estimate. Told me I had to contact State Farm. I ve already done that and I have a claim number. Other places gave me estimates with no hassle. Don t waste your time with this repair facility.

In and out in three days. Damaged area looks immaculate and you can't even feel the bumps on the other side of the frame where it happened.Nice people at the desk set up my car rental, extensions, and even texted me for each section of the repair. Easiest thing I have ever done and the dents in my quarter panel are just a memory.
