RECOMMEND RECOMMEND!! Great great experience ! My family traveled to Gruene and we had plans to go to the San Antonio Zoo and Sea World. However , our elderly grandmother was with us. She wouldn t have been able to come and create memories with the family if it wasn t for John and Corey. John and Corey treated us like family, handled everything as professionals. Affordable and would recommend to anyone. We will be returning customers.

Needed a couple of items to bring my husband home from the hospital. 12/23 closed for the holiday. (Celebrating as many other companies and families.) Called and I was greeted nicely and arranged to meet me at the store. They had what I needed and priced less than expected. Will definitely be using again if the occasion arises. Thank you for your kindness and help.

These guys are as rare as Chicken's Teeth! The service, the response time & professionalism is beyond reproach. Jeff & Austin went out of their way to accommodate this customer. I can't say enough on how pleased I am with this company and the service. I highly recommend this company.

Very impressive store. Skip the insurance and go through the Free Market and own the equipment like I did. Best decision I have made in navigating my Father's Parkinsons diagnosis. I fought thousands of times on those mats, in those rings, in cages, and beyond. This is the hardest fight ever. Thank you LuAnn, Austin, and Dave for helping me get the equipment I needed. Yall are outstanding. 5 stars big time.

Called about having my scooter repaired and was told I could take it in immediately. I got there and expected to wait a while, but it was fixed in a matter of minutes! And no charge because it was a simple fix -- so appreciative of that. Everyone, from the phone call forward, was so nice. They even loaded it in my car. I am super happy with the service I received!

Richard came out to repair our lift chair! Richard did an awesome job! He was kind, caring, and understanding! Richard was very professional. He did not take long to finish the job! Our chair works wonderful now! Richard is truly an asset to Restoring Mobility! Thank you for your excellent service Richard! I highly recommend Richard to everyone I meet! I have called numerous DME repair places concerning bed rail repair on my hospital bed. Restoring Mobility is the only company that called me back after my leaving a message. And they listened to me. They were very kind. Gave me a price quote up front and scheduled an appointment within reason. They went even further by referring me to another company that might be able to help me. They're family owned and operated ...and...A Pleasure To Work With.

This place is the best. We headed to Louisiana and in Houston we realized we forgot the charger cord to my husbands scooter. We called them and they found a place in Houston where we could get another one. We'll never go anywhere else for any of our equipment.

I am thrilled with the Rollator and Pride Scooter purchased at Mobility. The sales people were such caring individuals and at no time made me feel uncomfortable about my wife s disabilities. I highly recommend Mobility.It s good to be on the road again!

We recently had Restoring Mobility disassemble and move one of their flexible hospital beds to another location. The technicians they sent were on time, extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and fast. We have dealt with restoring mobility on behalf or our parents on numerous occasions and their service and products are outstanding. They have been excellent to work with every time and their product knowledge and advice is the best. I highly recommend them.

Superb customer service and beyond! ! I left with lifted spirits and learned a lot in a short period of time. This is the good old day type small, personable business that knows how to make each customer feel like his/her , big or small situation can and will be handled with compassion, efficiency, as short as possible of a time frame, and with good prices! I will definitely continue to use them for repairs and parts!

I have purchased 4 walkers, all of which are useful and beautiful. Love visiting store to try out great chairs and see new equipment. Am so pleased with products made to make my life easier. They encourage daily mobility and easily integrate with my furnishings. The staff is not only kind and thoughtful but informative. Helping decision making of what I find expensive but necessary (in my case) chairs. Boy are they gorgeous.It must be said... I am more than a little rough handling my equipment, thus visits to the repair shop are not infrequent. However I love going there too... Their so nice and sometimes I get to see their beautiful dog. Yeah I take my walker on the sands of Maui and South Beach in Miami. I can say no more than my quality of life has improved. Thanks R.S Victoria Hinton

Do not buy anything from this company. No one knows if they have inventory or not. They do not return calls. Make promises do not keep them. I am bringing my mother home in 11 days. Ordered a bed from RESTORE on June 30th in plenty of time to get here by the 28th of July. Was told the bed was in stock now the bed is not instock and will not make the date I need the bed by so I am out the $2000+ don't have time to order a different brand bed and it get here in time either. Restore is the 3rd partyvendor and I have been so many different things between Journey Health and Lifestyles, just do not believe anything either of them say. Get from somewhere else but do not use Journey Health and Lifestyles or Restore Mobility the 3rd party vendor with no answers they just take your money don't care what lie they have to tell. They lied to me to start with...... NOT HAPPY ONE LITTLE BIT!!!!!

Today I was in distress and I spoke with Austin and told him how somebody broke my Rollator and there s no way I could use it and I can t use a cane anymore and he did the research for me and told me that he could get the items that I needed right away he ll order it today and now I ll have it within a couple of days they need to clone him but I really glad that I found this company because I know in the future if I need help with my other equipment I ll tell everybody about how great they areJoanna H

Kim helped my mom, Charlotte, with giving us a loaner remote control for my 87 year old step-dad. She expedited everything very quickly and had a service man come out ASAP. It was great service! Thank you very much:)

So I am out of state, 22 years in a power chair, and in desperate need of a technician to readjust arm rests and other parts after surgery. Restoring Mobility to the rescue! Richard could not have been more pleasant. He actually listened to my needs and concerns. And sent his notes so I can have my provider back home order and replace screws that have been stripped, etc. At least I am safe until then. What a find!!! Sorry Richard, but its like having a Fairy Godmother in Texas.

Stopped into today to have a new Foot attached to my Mother s Cane. I ve come here several times before. I had never seen so many people come in at once! But everyone was well received & greeted with a smile by LuAnn. (Wouldn t you know, she was all by herself) They sell everything for Mobility & custom orders(w/delivery). They have cushions for your back and wheelchairs, self-rising recliners & more. Stop in and see the new flashy Scooters. Christmas is Coming!

Best place to rent a lift chair! We're on our second rental this year due to surgery. Everyone I've come in contact with - sales, delivery, management - have all been extremely friendly, professional and honest! Great service throughout entire process. I highly recommend them to friends and family.

We experienced fantastic customer service. These guys are great! You don't feel like it's a company trying to take your money but rather a company that's working for you. It was a wonderful experience!As a physically disabled person, I felt good and what I received was outstanding. I will recommend these guys to everybody.

The employees were incredibly kind! I used them when my grandmother s wheelchair needed to be serviced and they were spectacular! My grandparents even called me to tell me about the quality service and how thoughtful and attentive everyone was.

Local business that I ve used twice in the last six months for my mom s hip surgeries. First time planned well in advance. Solid recommendations and I should have purchased instead of renting. Second time was short notice, but staff worked hard to make sure we got the lift chair in a timely manner. Good people who care. Thanks

These guys are great. They bend over backwards to make sure you stay mobile. They have helped my 92 year father-in-law many times since buying his scooter there. Great caring people!

Cory is extremely patient and a knowledgeable salesman. He took time to make sure we were comfortable with the products and the items we chose were specific to our needs. There was never a hard sell. We ended up purchasing two electric wheel chairs for two family members, a vehicle lift and a power recliner. We wanted to do business locally and were glad we chose this shop. We thank you so much for giving mobility back to my sister who has immensely enjoyed her new chair. We look forward to testing out the other products that we have received and we would definitely recommend your store for DME (durable medical equipment) needs here in New Braunfels!

My wife has a ewheels folding electric wheelchair. We needed to replace one of the wheel motors which the company sent us; however, the company they use to do repairs could not repair it because they had no one in our area to do so. I called Restoring Mobility and they said they would be glad to repair it if they could. I dropped off the chair with the understanding that it could be the next day before the repair was done. Within 2 hours of dropping it off, Restoring Mobility called me back to say the repair was done. I recommend this place and intend to call the manufacturer of the wheelchair to suggest they list them as a repair shop for the San Antonio and New Braunfels area.

This place was amazing! Corey was a huge help with everything we needed. Followed up promptly throughout my wife's recovery from a broken ankle. Supreme customer service from the first day to the last. We needed to extend our rental multiple times and it was always as easy as a quick phone call. If you need a knee scooter or other mobility aid, I urge you check these folks out!
