Today I am at Blue Bonnet Quick lane for an oil change. I was told that they are running late there were short handed it would be 2 hour wait. We live to far away and unable use use the pick up service that you guys offer. If the Quick lane is running that late why can someone call and let the customerknow this information. Blue Bonnet has no problem in selling you a car but you can get a oil change.

Set up an appointment for a quick Oil change and had a issue with my TPS sensor. Was seen and issues resolved within the hour. Facility and staff was very nice. I can recommend this location for your quick service needs. Also has drinks and snacks for you to enjoy while you wait for your vehicle to be done.

Have a 10am appointment for oil change and tire rotation, and it's 1120 and still waiting. When asked, they have a shortage of personal. So then they need to space out the appointments to me. Also, you might need to remove the word quick from your logo. After getting my truck back, they didn't even reset percent oil life.

I only come here to service my MKZ. I can drop off my car with no appointment, they will drive me home, and bring my car to me when it's finished. Best service and car care ever!

Had my 60,000 maintenance done here, which included air filter replacement and check the charging system (battery). I then took it to another Quick Lane in Houston for the 3,000 service and had to get a new battery and air filter. Photos attached, batter was so corroded there is no way they checked it while doing the 60,000 maintenance and the air filter, PA5642 made in China should not have had to be replaced but did and it was replaced with the correct filter, Motorcraft FA-1883. We are a Ford Family, just bought my daughter a car from this Dealer (yikes). Had plans to purchase a new Truck from this dealership (not any longer) and will not be returning to this dealership or this quick lane again!

First of all get your phone system fixed. You call the quick lane and get told to dial a different number or leave a message or press 0 for operator. You tell operator you need quick lane and they send you back to the same dead end number. I also like the best customer service on hold music when the customer service on the phone isn't the greatest.Every time I've been here for inspections for work vehicles it takes double or triple the hour estimated when asked. Last time the guy at quick lane desk had a family emergency that left me there for 3 hours. I understand emergencies. However the next time we approaching 3 hours and after 2 I asked and it seemed like they had nothing done at all!Service needs improvement on all angles and follow up and communication for sure for the amount of people at desks!The plus is the waiting areas are nice but the time spent in them are a little insane.

My F-150 needed some work last minute. Chris was there for me every step of the way and explained everything in great detail. When it came time for the cost the quote was spot on. An he was honest and broke everything down for me. They also were also amazing when it came to the shuttle service and dropping off my vehicle. I was so pleased with my experience I would recommend them again and again!

They did a great job. However, there is nothing quick about the quick lane process. I made an appointment 4 days in advance and still waited 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. This place is super busy.

Bluebonnet's Quick Lane is awesome! Mikayla White takes care of me and does a great job! She gets me in and out even when they're busy! Bluebonnet's a great dealership with great people, like Mikayla!

I love my F150, but I am sick of Ford's service. They are not customer focused. My most recent experience I took my truck in for 15k service. I had initially asked for an oil change and state inspection, but clarified I wanted the 15k service. Only difference was the Tire rotation. I returned the next day (another story there) and they hadn't done the rotation, i then sat in the waiting area for 3 hours... for a tire rotation. They were very happy to let me know that I wouldn't be charged for something they forgot to do and then had absolutely no urgency to correct, gee thanks.

Don t go here unless you want to wait all day for an oil change.First time I came it was a 4hour wait.Second time I came I waited 8 HOURS for an oil change.I was told countless times 1more hour .When I talked to the service manager, he didn t seem to care.Apparently this is supposed to be a really nice big dealership! Turns out it s all flash and the worst service department I ve experienced.I live right behind the dealership and will be driving to either San Marcos or San Antonio for an oil change.Service: Oil change

The service guys are terrible, except 1 main guy that helps when you check your vehicle in. They don't return messages for appointments so don't bother leaving a voicemail. I purchased my car in April 2021 and the sales guy was the best! Good sign - but since then, myself and my mother have had a problem with the way the service techs work almost every time we've taken our vehicles in. The guys doing the work need more training and there needs to be better quality assurance performed.

A tire on our Ford Explorer failed due to a manufacturing defect. Chris C. (service) and Jacob N. (parts) went above and beyond to help with getting the problem resolved. Jacob was able to have a replacement tire delivered quickly and Chris was awesome in getting the tire replaced and filing the warranty claim on my behalf. These guys delivered fast, professional service with a friendly attitude. I sincerely appreciate all their help!Service: Tires

Super helpful, came by late Friday night and they were able to get my oil change done within an hour. They also noticed a plastic part underneath my car that needed to be secured and then fixed it right up. Looks like they have a great new set of people working now in the fast lane area. Nice waiting area and a super clean dealership in general.

Do not buy your tires at Ford Quick Lane. The lifetime free balance and rotation is only good at the dealership you bought them from. Stick to Discount Tire for your tires where your lifetime balance and rotation is good nation wide.

I got my FORD 250 Super Duty Crew Cap over there for Repairs and let me tell you something THESE PEOPLE over there just as amazing as you can think of.. Starting at 8 o'clock in the morning for Front /Rear Brakes, Oil Change, Transmission/Cooling Exchange and Alignment !! Truck was ready within 5,5 hours and even after a short complain that my Brakes are doesn't feeling RIGHT lol.. without Hesitation the Supervisor and Installer (Independently) were driving with me around and checked on them!! I must say I just 'checked' on their SERVICE and they didn't Disappointed me.. While I asked for a Military Discount AFTER I received my Bill for my Service, I got an immediately FREE OIL CHANGE for the next Time!!! These People are the BEST and I only can recommend them for your FULL Car Service..!!! Prices are Fair and NOT OVERBOARD!!! THANKS BLUE BONNET !!!

Service was fast and helpful. Sometimes they get a little backed up but there's a nice waiting area with comfortable seats and great snacks. Other places I've gotten my oil changed end up putting you in a room like the DMV so this was a welcome change of pace.

This is the worst "quick lane" I have been to. After using 6 dealerships in 5 states in the last 20 years, this one is by far the worst. I have gone to a single service bay dealership and got faster service, and they were at least apologetic about taking so long. The Bluebonnet service advisor seemed irritated that I even asked how long an oil change and tire rotation would take. After this I will go back to changing my own oil. At least then I'll be done faster.

The last two times I went there I've had poor service . I pay to have my interior detailed. First time, they cleaned half of my interior. Second time, they charged me but didnt clean it at all. Their remarks were " We'll catch you next time". That's what they said the last time. Also, neither time did they call me to let me know my truck was done. I had to call them.

Office couldn't make appointment so I had to go in and make appointment. Arrived at 7:30 for a 8:00 appointment. I saw my car in the parking lot from about 8:50 to 9:30. When I check to see when they would be done. They had been done for awhile and didn't call or text me. I was in the waiting room during this time.

First off I ve been twice now for a standard oil change. 3 HOURS, yes 3 hours each time. Secondly, I went in to have a drivers side mirror blinker repaired on my 2015 F150 King Ranch and was told that I can t just have the blinker replaced for a cost of $200.00 because when the mechanic took the mirror apart the bracket the blinker mounts to was broke, and I need to have the entire mirror replaced at a cost of $ 1500.00. I said not to fix it until I shop around for a better price. Once I got home something just did not feel right about what I was being told so I pulled my truck in the garage at my house and began to pull the mirror apart to check for myself the nature of this damage, and to my amazement I noticed that the mirror was never pulled apart as suggested by the the service tech and the man sitting behind the glass writing up the paperwork. Folks, I was lied to! Mad a heck I stormed back to the service center told the man that lied to my face that I want a manager. Went into the managers office and was told in a nut shell that due to the looks of the damage the service tech assumed that internal damage occurred and a complete new mirror was the only option. Lie #2! Long story short they agreed to cover the cost of the blinker and that it was in stock. I walk over to the parts dept to pick up the blinker and was told it was not in stock. I said are you kidding me ? The service mgr. just called over here and said you have it. So I had to wait till the next day for the part, go in to pick it up and the guy at the parts counter says, ok that will be $200.00 I m about to pull my hair out. I told him to call the service guy that it s supposed to be a no charge. The parts guy calls the service Mgr and the Mgr. denied he ever told me it was a no charge Lie # 3! In the end I went up the ladder till I got closure in my favor! It s my humble opinion that this dealership is not looking out for the customer, they are up charging customers and taking advantage of them whenever possible. Only reason I go back is because I purchased a 3 year warranty package that includes my oil changes. Be aware a question all your told from these individuals.

I have never been impressed with any of the quick Lane locations at any Ford dealership in the New Braunfels area. When I took my car in it had brand new tires on it and they informed me that the tires needed more tread on them which I thought was odd.

Oil changed in the morning, got home in the evening after being out all day only to discover that my truck had dumped oil in my driveway all day.Awesome job guys. AWESOME.Oh, and since its Saturday night I have to wait til Monday to get this addressed.How do you get an oil change wrong?
