Tinted the fronts and all back in less than an hour. Looks awesome on my car and service was great! Even though tint is 5% in the back, you can still see through the inside clearly, and I don t have any issues when driving at night. Great quality tint and it s not that cheap purple tint others sell. I believe it was $189 and after taxes ($15 tax if paying with card) it was $204.59. I highly recommend this place!

Had my windshield tinted and absolutely love it! They did a fantastic job and I will return here in the future eventually to do more windows on my car. My son had his windows tinted here and recommended it to me, so glad he did because I love it. Highly recommend.

I can t say enough about the guys at Pro-Tech tint. As I right this review Sam and Paul are tinting the windows of our RV with clear ceramic tint. They are friendly, professional, their price fair, reasonable and they were able to come to me to do the work. Their work is absolutely amazing! They re not even done with the job yet and I feel 1000% confident in recommending Pro-Tech for all your tint needs!! Thank you guys for an amazing job!

The gentleman at Protech did a great job on installing a new audio system, back up camera, and ceramic tint on my 2011 Crown Vic. Professional and friendly, they hooked me up with exactly what I wanted and at a price no one else could touch. ...folks, THIS is why you "Buy Local"! I brought my Jeep in, just needed a basic Android Auto / Apple Play head unit to upgrade factory radio. Got a great price on what I needed and installation. After bringing it home and leaving for two weeks, I noticed a minor cosmetic issue and had a configuration...NO PROBLEM!! They fixed it right up with no question and exactly to our expectations! Highly recommend, and know your $$$ is staying here in New Braunfels with a reputable business owner. Also, enjoyed seeing some of the "higher -end" projects they were working on, they definitely know how to do premium upgrades to newer vehicles, with great attention to aesthetic detail and audio performance!

Got my windows tinted on my Honda Civic here recently, and it all went great. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and got a quote immediately. I dropped the car off and it was done in a couple hours. The tint looks great no problems on it. Great service for a good price.

I was more than pleased with Sam at Pro Tech. Not only for the great job they did, but also the service. I dropped off my car for window tint job but Sam went the extra mile. He drove my wife and I downtown to a restaurant and came and picked us up when the car was doneThanks Sam.

All employees and representatives at Pro Tech are courteous and professional. When I arrived, Ace thoroughly explained my options and the process to ensure I would be happy with the results. They did a fabulous job tinting my windows and even offered other services to help in the future. Spoke to the OWNER Sam ,Worst customer service ever! Had my windows tinted and over the years the tint faded, went back to advise the OWNER he asked if I had my receipt I said no, he said I won t to be able to replace, I said why? Because of the receipt I said the tint has your logo and phone number are you going to tell me that I did not have my windows tinted here? He said he would have to look at his records of paper I asked you don t have it in the computer, he said no, that he would look and call me, which he never did. I said that is not right and I spent my money here . he was rude Aggressive and condescending when I d questioned His customer service I felt like he was combative and raised his voice at me as though he was talking to man.Do not waste your money or time! Go somewhere else with better Customer care and the respect of you and your money! Would not recommend to anyone!

Great shop with quick quality work. Went to get a non legal tint redone to a legal tint. Had it done in less than 3 hours at an excellent price! Highly recommend Pro-Tech!

Very poor customer service! I left 3 VM messages within a 2 week time period to set an appointment for my windows to be tinted and never received a call back. Going into the third week I tried calling again and Sam (owner/operator) answered the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment.My appointment was set for 9am April 18th they did not start working on my vehicle until 10:18 am and finished at 12:50pm. The "waiting" room is a smelly dark hole with one window and a small dog starving for attention. Once my vehicle was ready I asked about the warranty on the tint. I was told "the tint has a lifetime warranty" I asked for a receipt and something in writing to guarantee the warranty and they had nothing to give me.

Sam and crew are such an excellent group! Say what they mean and mean what they say! I take all my vehicles here for tint, audio, lighting, etc.
