Super happy with the folks at Precision Alignment & Brake! I needed to have my truck's exhaust tip moved because it interfered with my aftermarket bumper step and I couldn't use it.Stopped by on my day off while running errands just to inquire if they would do the work and if I would need to schedule it. Exhaust guy was in the middle of a full exhaust system job but looked at what I needed done and said he would do it right then if I had 30 minutes. I said sure and job was done in 15 minutes!Never expected them to do the work that day and put off having this done for way too long because I thought I wouldn't have my truck for an entire day.Thoroughly pleased with the quality of the work and them knocking the job out while I waited!

This place is by far best place for all your mechanical needs. Everyone there is very kind and professional. Brought in my 59 Apache was recommended by many others that I have asked. DJ and all the others took care of everything I needs and beyond I the dual exhaust system with xpipe and flow masters. Sounds amazing. Would definitely recommend them to anyone especially classic car owners. He is an artist. Thank you everyone there

Brought in my older Tacoma because I had an incorrect part for my new headers, and needed some fabrication done to connect to the cats.Brought it to them on a Thursday afternoon, and I was able to pick it up the next day. Quality problem solving in a fast manner, with great pricing. Thanks again!

If you have never been to precision allignment your missing out, they have the nicest people working thereand the owner what a great business he runs here, I will never go elaswhere than precision allignment for my car needs again. I have had excellent service here, along with top quality allignments on my vehicles,they gave me a quote and not a penny morw did they ask for. The shop dog is very sweet also. Go on in and see them you wont be sorry , i promise you. I callem as i see them. Thanks for great service to all the employees at precision alighnment

After being so strongly recommended by my local car club members I really believed that my experience with Precision would have been overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately, when I left with my classic car yesterday, l immediately realized that something was horribly wrong. At first, it felt like the lug nuts were loose. After the left, front tire blew out, and the tow truck dropped the car off at my house I discovered something much worse. The wire wheel was severely damaged. The spokes were broken in multiple places from some type of impact or accident that occurred at Precision. The wheel was literally coming apart as I was driving off their lot! Had the innertube not punctured and flattened the tire, I would have undoubtedly wrecked my car at a minimum and most likely hurt or killed myself or someone else. Someone at Precision had to have been aware that they damaged my wheel, yet they still let me leave in a dangerous vehicle that could have killed someone, rather than accept responsibility for a mistake that I am sure was just an accident on their behalf. When I called the next morning the tech who did the work denied knowing anything about it and said he didn't notice anything unusual about how the car drove when he took it for a test drive. That is inconceivable to me and I absolutely don't believe it. There was major damage done to my wheel after I dropped the car off yesterday morning that certainly was not there when I dropped off my car. There is no way you could have driven that car 5' without knowing that there was something really wrong with it. Due to the severity of this situation in terms of my safety and that of others, as well as the absolute lack of accountability for the damage inflicted, I have no choice but to leave a negative feedback rating. This alignment cost me 3K in replacement parts and I was not even offered an apology. I am just grateful it was not any worse.

I've had alignments and front end work done here before on another Mustang. They did a great job and the owner even took it for a spin after to road test the work.This time I came in just to have them look at my new car, the rear tires/wheels looked a little off.They were really busy, but made time to take a look at it.I've had new tires and wheels mounted since then, and made an appointment on Monday for a 4 wheel alignment.I'll see how that goes and add to my review then.

This shop will not test drive your vehicle after a service. ZERO quality control processes in place. I arrived home after a recent visit(not my first) only to find the lug nuts on my passenger front wheel to be loose and on the verge of completely backing off of the wheel stud. If I didn't live within four miles of the shop I would have lost my wheel and tire while driving! These guys are just setting themselves up for a lawsuit in the future due to their incompetence. They not only endangered my life and damage to my vehicle, but also the safety and personal property of other motorists. caveat emptor

That exhaust guy won't care if your pipes are almost dragging on the road, he'll weld them up in the most convenient way for him to do less work.

Professional and Honest!! I came in needing rear breaks and rotors. Was very honest in letting me know I only needed one rotor not both. Being a single mom and a woman not getting taking advantage of with car repairs speaks volumes!!! I will be most definitely be back and will refer Precision Alignment for sure!! Thank you guys!!!

Precision Alignement got my truck Dialed In!!!!!!! After taking my truck to both Lambs Automotive and Christian Brothers, my truck still wasnt steering or driving right. Both previous shops told me to get a new lift which would have cost me a few thousand dollars. Precision Alignment was able to diagnose my alignement issue and correct the problem. This shop has the best prices in town and know exactly what they are doingExtremely friendly and knowledgeableThese guys are the bestTexas complete truck center couldn t figure out why my truck was squeaking after installing lift on the truck turns out it was bad ball joints after replacing at this shop no more squeaking and quoted the best price hereThank you guys for your hard work and dedication

Took my Camaro here after having a bad experience at the service department over at Valmark. They were able to alleviate my concerns about bad information from the dealership, and got my alignment done and me out of there in under 30 minutes. No nonsense shop and were even able to return my Camaro with the 1LE package back to track specs. Reasonable price and would absolutely bring my car back to this establishment in the future for alignments.

This shop came highly recommended, and I was willing to drive an extra half hour for "the best alignment in the area" according to another local shop. Kevin is very skilled and professional, and did a fantastic job with the alignment on my 1980 VW Rabbit. No more scary torque steer! I am very grateful that the folks at Precision Alignment & Brake are willing to work on "older" cars! Can't beat $90!! Thanks, guys! I'll definitely be a customer for life!

Highly recommend! I installed a 2.5 level on my F-150, took it to Ford and they stated it was not alignable. Took it to Precision and they got it done in 2 hours. Great customer service and quality work.

The customer service by far is the best hands down. DJ listened and gave me a fare price that was reasonable for my Tundra and he was very flexible with scheduling. Did an excellent job on converting it to dual exhaust. Definite will take any future repairs to them. Thanks for the excellent service and wish people would be more like your shop. They need to emulate your business.

If you're tired of the one size fits all, in and out places, this is the place for you. Home grown home owned old fashioned service is hard to find. Not here! Friendly, fast, old school service.

Needed an exhaust repair ( replace a catalytic converter that had been removed by previous owner) on my 30 year old Cadillac. Part not available from dealer. Precision did the work at a reasonable price and timely manner. I'm very please with both the service and the employees!

Called a Top Notch company for an exhaust system here in town. They ve always done great work on my truck but I was informed they only did exhaust kits. Cat-Back systems only. No custom fit installations. They referred me to Precision. Having never used them before, I gave it a shot based on trusting my referral. DJ did a great job on the truck. In/out in about two hours just as quoted over the phone. Great work. My truck sounds/performs so much better. I d recommend these guys to anyone looking for a custom exhaust installation. Nice work, guys.

I took my truck here because the dealership wanted $1700 to repair it. I called their shop and Marc told me to bring my vehicle in right away so they could check it out. DJ scanned my vehicle and told me that my catalytic converter wasn't the issue. He told me that my 02 sensor was bad and I was able to fix it for under $100. Honesty in automotive repair is a rare thing nowadays but this shop has it. I would definitely recommend them for your car care and repairs. Now I had to replace the catalytic converter and I returned to the only place I knew that would treat me honestly and fairly. Marc worked me the next day and DJ made the repair to my vehicle. It is running great!

Vacationed in New Braunfels and unfortunately had to buy four new tires while we were here. When I was getting the tires, a local man recommended Precision for my alignment. Boy was he on target! Had an appointment today for noon and we were out of there by 12:15! Price was super reasonable and I was very pleased.

After dealing with exhaust leak on my Landcruiser for sometime I stopped in to have it checked out. DJ took a look at it and was able to repair it very quickly and at a very fair price. I appreciated that he didn't try to up sale me on a new exhaust system and simply pointed out where the leak was. A quick weld job and I was back on my way. Nice to find people who do honest quality work. Will be bringing my other vehicles back here for exhaust work.Service: Exhaust
