I had a New Bed Cover put on my truck today. It is fantastic. After getting in my truck I noticed my floor mats had been cleaned and looked brand new. I wasn't expecting that. They went way beyond expected service. Thank you Amanda! Check them out for your truck needs.

I'm not sure the girl behind the counter's name. But she was extremely helpful and walked me through what I needed to do. She called a service tech in from the shop to help me better understand it. I didn't wind up buying anything but I would highly recommend these guys as they seem very knowledgeable and super helpful

I had new headlights put in my truck and they did not adjust where they pointed so they are aimed almost strait down .plus a lot of the screws are missing . When my wife went back to have it fixed they would not help.. the jerk that owns the place said they didn't ajust but i did it myself

Had the pleasure of meeting both Amanda and Bret had an issue with the lock on my truck cover. They could have merely ordered a new lock but, instead, did a modification and refused any payment. One happy, happy customer-for-life!

Great people and service. First place I went to that took the time to educate me on my options and set me up with exactly what I needed. They recommended a lift kit for my 2020 Tacoma, that I ended up purchasing from the vendor. They installed it for me at a reasonable price and I couldn t be happier. They also set me up with some new tires and mounted them on my factory wheels. They look and perform awesome. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Good accessories shop for trucks and friendly people, I worked with Shannon. Here are the reasons for my 3-star rating. I ordered a ARC Rite grill guard from Outfitter for my 4Runner. I like the product. Outfitter installed the grill guard in June of 2021 and all seemed good. Upon returning home I heard what sounded like rubbing from under the truck when I turned into my driveway. Looking under the truck I discovered plastic engine splash guard pieces dangling under the front end of the truck. I tightly zip tied the loose pieces and went back to Outfitters the following day. Shannon said that they removed 2 plastic pieces during the installation of the grill guard and admitted they should have zip-tied the remaining loose pieces. I asked for the missing plastic pieces so I could attempt to customize them for reinstall and cover the holes I now have in my engine splash guard system. The missing pieces were nowhere to be found. Shannon offered to order new replacement pieces and I agreed. I called or stopped into the shop every month or two to check the status of the order. COVID and resulting supply chain issues where the explanations I was given for the parts not arriving to Outfitter. Well, it s officially been 15 months and still no parts are in. I feel I have been very patient and have been holding off writing this review. We never had raised voices or bad words exchanged between us, but I am disappointed with Outfitter s inability to address my concern. At this point I am not sure if I will use Outfitter again. Good company, wish they followed up with my issues though... Installed some shocks/struts and did alignment for me, that went fine. Communication went well for the most part, although my one day install "it'll be ready by 4" turned into a day and then some "probably 10:30 tomorrow morning". No real issues with the work, the vacuuming out of my truck was nice, I noticed right away. My problem however came when I asked them to mount 4 new tires on my existing wheels. Picked up my truck and shortly after noticed all the chrome around my wheel rims - all four - was damaged and cracked. I called right away and they told me to bring it by. I took it right over the next day and the tire guy verified it was damage from the rim roller. I was told two things - they hire a third party and another guy said they do it in-house, so I don't know who to blame. I wasn't looking for anything free, but just mainly an honest explanation on how this happened to my wheels. They look so bad now and I don't want to change the wheels to anything else... At the end of the day, I don't know what can be done to fix my ruined wheels, but an honest answer and apology would've gone a long way.Good accessories shop, but don't get your tires mounted here even if they say they can/will do it for you.

So far they told me what they would do, quoted me a VERY fair & REASONABLE price, and did it. The install has taken almost two hours longer than predicted, but they have been extremely busy. Lots of customers coming & going.I had them install four light bars on my vehicle. As it stands EVERYTHING appears to be of good quality & good work. If anything changes in the next few months, I will update my review...if I don't update, then it means I'm a very satisfied customer with Quality, Work Done, and Price.To be honest, the pricing was low enough that it ALMOST concerned me! (I hope they don't read this and raise their rates.) I would stress VERY fair pricing. Thanks Outfitter Trucks of New Braunfels...I'm one happy customer!!!

Great folks! Gave me a very fair price for a brush guard and bed cover with a great installation! I'll be taking my Ram 2500 back to them for other goodies soon!

Just had them install an aftermarket Hellwig rear anti-sway bar on my 2019 Ranger. I bought the sway bar myself through an online vendor and made an appointment at Outfitter Truck accessories for the install. The whole process was awesome. I waited on it, the chairs in the waiting area are very comfortable. It took quite awhile due to the instructions being vague. But the installers worked their way through the problem and got it done. The price for the labor was very very competitive. I couldn't be any more pleased.

This place is awesome! They were able to get me in quickly and did an excellent job on tinting my windows! No bubbles, lifetime guarentee, just the shade I desired, and a very friendly staff! When you go into the store they are quick to help and explained all the details and after care! Will be going back for future needs and will be sending friends that way as well!

We purchased a 'hard' truck bed cover (Solidfold 2.0) back in March this year (2021), to be used for a driving trip back to California. The cover was installed very quickly and worked perfectly during the entire trip.Recently I left the rear portion open during travel (my error), and it slammed shut, because of the wind, and dislodged itself from the interior runner. As a result the cover would still close properly but would not fold back.Today I returned to Outfitter where they quickly removed the cover, made the neccessary adjustments, refitted the rear section and had me on my way within 15 minutes.....all without charge.A great Customer Service.....thank you!

I had a leveling kit and steering stabilizer installed on my Ram 2500, ahead of some new tires and wheels. Outfitters did a great job and are great to work with. Thank you Shannon and Amanda.

These guys are great. I went to change the shocks on my car and the new shocks didnt have everything i needed to finish the job. So Shannon hooked me up with a couple of nuts and saved my project. These guys will help you out even in the little things. You really dug me out of a hole, thanks Shannon!

Talk about SERVICE! Shannon is top notch! We had base plate, towing and braking equipment installed at a shop that closed its doors the next day. Shannon walked us through the process of how to hook everything up to tow our car behind our motorhome and explained everything so clearly just as if it was his shop that did the installation!

Highly recommend! We were in a last minute scramble to get our SUV equipped with a brake controller so that we could take delivery on a new travel trailer. When at least three other businesses blew me off or were unwilling to fit us in, Amanda and Shannon came to the rescue. They were extremely knowledgable and helpful, and I will definitely be returning.

Great place and the customer service is excellent. Had nerf bars installed and when they completed the job, they vacuum my floorboard and greased the hinges on the truck doors. Second time I ordered floor mats and again vacuumed the flood again and installed them.

These guys are terrific! They have great accessories at a fair price. Their installation service is wonderful and hard to tell from factory. They are honest and stick to estimates given, even though it might require more time and effort on their part. I highly recommend them to anyone needed accessories and installation on their truck or suv.

Worked with Shannon on purchasing an Undercover Elite bed cover. Process handled over the phone was quick, and simple. Ordered the cover on Friday. Cover was shipped from warehouse in Dallas and had it installed on Tuesday. Few outfitters that I know of can match that quick of a delivery and install. Very pleased to receive a military discount. I just had this business install a set of nerf bars on my new Ram 1500. The job was done well, and the drive-out price did not exceed the estimate. An excellent first-time customer experience, overall.

Purchased a new camper and needed air bags for my truck . Came in from out of town for the purchase and was on a deadline . So like I always do because I travel a lot , I looked around for a small hometown shop that understood my deadline .. They ordered the part I came in next morning as was the part ... As soon as I got there they went to work with no delay .. Good work , Awesome Service and Definitely Fair Cost ... Like I always say , You want good work got somewhere that works for a living , I will have problem returning for more work in the future #supportsmallbusiness

Outfitter installed my Amp Research running boards! I love these babies, they are the perfect addition to my 2014 Silverado 1500 crew. Price was better than expected and it was finished in the exact amount of time I was told it would take. Also they cleaned up I guess the area they worked in, but it looked much cleaner than it was when I had taken it in. I didn't expect that because even my rubber mats were cleaned and I just never really care to clean them that much. I will definetly return to Outfitters very soon for some much needed other upgrades!!!

I'm just rating my experience this past weekend. Usually I get great service. This time around I don't know I guess they were selling excuses on why not to take my money. Telling me it's dangerous to put a leveling kit on my jeep because of death wobble, and there's no safe way to lift my Dodge Ram. If she was having a bad day she should have called in, not take it out on my vehicles. Anyways I got everything I needed online. A few beers, friends, tears and bandaids everything is done. No death wobble or unsafe dodge. Thanx for taking care of me in the past.

The guys are very honest and helpful. They helped me with my lift issue I was having that someone e else did. They not only told me what the problem was, they also fixed the problem for me. Thank you for helping me out! Only wish I would have done my lift here first!

I've had Outfitter Truck Accessories install a trailer hitch on my F-150, nerf bars and a tonneau cover. There have been a few little glitches that were probably my fault, for example after hauling some large furniture with the tonneau cover poking up the air, it didn't seat right. They adjusted it. No charge. Then after a long trip pulling a trailer, the hitch was a little loose. They replaced all of the nuts, bolts, etc., no charge. They even replaced a 20 amp fuse that blew because of a short in the trailer wiring. Again - no charge. I love a business that provides service after the sale. For me, it's what sets off a superior business from the rest of the pack.
