I was recently helped by Mason, he s awesome! He was very polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to properly diagnose an issue with my alternator that the other O Reilly location in town completely missed. I ll be sure to use this store for all my automotive needs so long as Mason works here!

I was with my sister (neither of us know much about cars/tires), and we realized we had a tire going flat quickly. We pulled into this location mainly because it was close and we were desperate. But the service Mason gave us made us so grateful we did! He came out, examined the tire, discovered the reason for our flat (a BOLT stuck in our tire), found our air pressure tools, filled the tire to capacity, helped us purchase the correct flat tire filler spray, sprayed the tire, and then refilled it to capacity again. He even talked to my sister s husband on the phone to walk him through what had happened and discuss our safety on the road! All of this took him a while, and he did it all with a SMILE! We now both HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and Mason in particular. Thank you, O Reilly s and Mason, for truly looking out for the customer and helping us out! Keep up the great work!

They were so awesome. I had a gentleman help me out with my faulty battery. Even changed it out for me. Which was such a blessing seeing as I'm a 4 foot 2 tall woman who was fretting on trying to figure out how to change it herself. I so wish I could of gotten his name so I can give him kudos directly in this post. 0h! If my receipt is correct, it was Mason!! I so hope that's true.Thank you from the bottom of my heart and may you and your family have a wonderful holiday!

Are you looking for knowledgeable people to give you amazing customer service? Then ask for Jason! Long story short, AutoZone was literally to lazy to change a battery when Jason diagnosed the issue fully, sold me the battery, and installed it in under 15 minutes.I will now be shopping with O'Reilly from now on and if anyone ever mentions AutoZone again I will make sure to put them on the right path.

Employee wasn t very helpful. Asked if I needed help but then acted annoyed and condescending about the oil I requested. Didn t offer to look up the make or model of my car to recommend an oil that he thought would work. I requested the oil recommended in the owners manual and he acted like he had never heard of it. Why offer help if you don t want to be helpful!?

Im honestly surprised with how well I was helped at this place. Especially in my times of need. Other auto shops kept redirecting me & telling me to just buy from apps or other places. Of course I can but I needed someones help to properly get the right part. Tho I was in a rush & accident bought a different one than needed they still were glad to help & had the best attitude. Loved it & will start choosing this as my main autopart shop

Patricia at this NB location is so amazing. I went to 2 other auto parts stores because I had just always used them...well 2 men were unable to help me purchase and install a new battery because my truck was 2 lifted. This awesome young lady took the challenge with no hesitation and also had a great personality and customer service! Young lady, you just got my business and recommendations from now on! Thank you!!

I like O Reilly's Auto Parts . The employees are helpful , the store is clean and I always get what I need thanks to the guys that work there and help me. The place is always clean and organized and sometimes I find some good deals on sale items. Next time you are needing a part or any automotive items stop by and give them a try, what do you have to loose, you will be glad you did

I needed a gas cap and the clerk was able to get me the right one for my vehicle. She was also very helpful in reading the codes that had triggered due to the missing gas cap.

The place I go for all my cars needs and always get help even air fresheners I get them there also the employees go above and beyond even one gentleman we shared numbers to send a picture of a part to see if they had it in,he definitely didn't have to do that burned number after of course but I respect his sincere want to help

I was out of town and needed wiper blades, they helped me get the right ones andinstalled them (front and back). They even recommended a great place to wash my car (Big League).

I work on all of my vehicles and I use these folks a lot. If they don t have what need then they order it and I get it either that afternoon or the next day. These folks are always nice and professional and the business is always clean. Tom is a manager and he is retired Air Force so I enjoy dealing with a fellow veteran. I don t do business anywhere else.

My headlight went out and I needed a replacement. James was very helpful in changing out the lightbulb and explaining how to remove the headlight so I could change the bulb myself next time. He offered friendly and helpful customer service. Thank you!

Parts stores are dime a dozen, so what makes one stand out are the parts guys/gals. I keep doing business with this store in particular because I like the staff. That being said, Im a master tech so I dont need help or advice. In that regard I dunno how great they are. But, they have never ordered the wrong parts for me and they are always polite and courteous.

They only had a couple of people at the counter so it took longer to get some help but once at the counter they were very helpful, I told them what I needed, they looked it up on the computer and went to the isles to locate and bring back the items. They were very helpful and prices are compatible to other locations and I was given a veterans discount .

Garrett took the time to come out to my car to show me how well a product worked & saved me over $130 in the process. He also changed my headlights for me very quickly. I highly recommend this business!

If I could leave an employee review I would. Patrica help test and install a my 2008 Prius battery which was super annoying to uninstall. From testing the dead battery to driving away with a working car Patrica worked in the hot sun for 45min helping us out. Thank you!

Stopped by to pick up a spark plug coil. The staff was helpful and courteous. The products are of good quality. I recommend this place if you are looking for auto parts etc.

Friendly people that know what they are doing, and they never make you feel stupid for asking for help. A lot of auto parts store make you feel like they are talking in code. But, these people really make you feel good for working on your own stuff.

Wiring harness fried out for a/c on my 2011 Fusion. This car has so many recalls. I was told after market price would be eighty something dollars. Factory price almost one hundred fifty dollars. O'Reilly Auto Parts sold me some small metal wiring terminals for less than a dollar each. I was able to rewire and reconnect the a/c. O'Reilly saved me at least one hundred dollars. Y'all kick a##. Thank U very much.

The other O'reilly's sold me the wrong filter. This one fixed it and exceeded my expectations. Some workers at this store are lazy and some are exceptional.
