Best car buying experience I have ever had! JR was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and actually took the time to sit down and explain everything about the process and how the pricing works. I was very pleased at the transparency he provided and it made signing that dotted line so much easier knowing how well I was informed. The finance team was friendly and patient, they really put in a lot of effort to get me the deal I was looking for. Everything about the experience was straightforward and stress free. It was more like hanging out with friends that I d known forever than buying a car. Thanks JR! I will be sending everyone I know to Nissan of New Braunfels for their vehicle needs and I will definitely be a customer for life! Nissan New Braunfels is wonderful! They spent a lot of time getting me into my new 2024 Nissan Sentra. Aaron was my guy and his service was excellent. I really appreciated how hard he worked on this and also keeping up great conversation during my wait. My finance guy, Joe, worked magic and I got a great deal. I can't say enough good things about them both!

Wow...yesterday we purchased a 2021 Nissan Sentra SR (beautiful) and the whole experience from start to finish was outstanding, all the team players were great. Thank you Sarah, Marco, Noe, and Joe!!! Our sales consultant Marco and Noe were nothing short of rock stars. And even to the gentlemen who was kind enough to give my wife the pink key fob cover for her new car...thank you sir. Best price, best service, great atmosphere, and a team willing to go above and beyond, what more could you ask for. My wife will be driving in style and will be very well protective for a long time to come. God is Good!

Update: After specifically telling them to not run my credit due to how the negotiations were going, they still ran it and now I have an extra hard inquiry on my credit report. I have tried to call twice to find out why they still ran it and have yet to get a call back.Edit :wanted to share this with all perspective customers.Dealer Price Advertising 43 TEX. ADMIN. CODE � 215.250 When featuring an advertised sale price of a new or used motor vehicle, the dealer must be willing to sell the vehicle for such advertised price to any buyer retail . The advertised sale price shall be the price before the addition or subtraction of any other negotiated items. The only charges that may be excluded from the advertised price are listed on the next page A disclaimer doesn t get you out of rule compliance.I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I left work early and cleared my schedule due to a price advertised on their website as well and when I did an inquiry. Arrived to test drive the truck only to find It was still filthy on the inside despite a promise being made by the salesman, Rishi, that it would be clean by the time of arrival. He swore up in down with it would be full cleaned by the time a deal was made, so I went ahead and sat down to discuss terms. Only for them to use Bait and Switch tactics to include dealer add-ons that amounted to around two thousand dollars. They refused to meet me back at the advertised price and would only knock off the price by a thousand from their add-ons.Then, when I told them I had USAA financing, they told me that they specifically don't take USAA citing issues with getting payments. I tried to fight them on this my speaking to the sales manager who said the same thing. I Vocally said I'm not feeling good about this, I am about to walk out, So they brought out the General Manager that said, "I don't like chasing my money, so I don't accept ANY outside financing." So now, it has gone from just no USAA to no one but them.... interesting. Once he left, I asked the salesman if the price we discussed included tax title and fees as for an explanation of why they couldn't meet me at their original price advertised. They said, " Oh no! that's another two thousand dollars that you would have to finance with us." At this moment. I shook Rishi's hand and left. It was 3 hours of them trying to corner me into a deal that was not what I made an appointment drove into town for. Save yourself the headache and do not shop here unless you are willing to be lied to repeatedly.

I love my vehicle don't get me wrong, but this was my first time purchasing a vehicle and although I had someone who previously purchased a vehicle with me, I felt like I still got swindled somehow. Marco was my salesman, and he was nice and cordial, but just something about him made me feel like I was just numbers also with Garrett the finance guy . It doesn't seem like they really care to give you the best deal, Just to sell you a car and get you out the door ( although it was a 4-5 hr process). Some promises and some items were made to me and then once I walked out the door I was forgotten about, not to mention my car wreaked of smoke and previous owners, I thought maybe given the amount of time I spent in the damn dealership ( 5+ hours ) they would have enough time to be able to deep clean it.They BARELY cleaned the surface. One of the things I asked for just as a joke mainly, but to help cover the smell of the smoke was one of their $12 dollar air fresheners which Garrett begrudgingly agreed too when finalizing the finance process. I had to go back to the dealership to get my plates a few weeks later and still had not heard back from them about any of the other promised items ( trunk cover, key fob and air freshener ) I reminded them about the items they had promised, Marco looked at me with this confused face like he had never spoke to me in his life. He talked to Garrett in the back and after a few minutes he came back with air freshener in hand and kinda shoo d me away, I reminded him about the other item and he told me to give the receptionist my number and he would check and give me a call back, 2 months later and no word, and his email is not correct as to have a email chain to keep in touch with him.

Trevor Martin made this purchase an awesome experience. There was no pressure from him and he answered all the questions we had. For any he was not sure about, he humbly said he wasn t positive but would find out and let us know which he did. I will definitely be recommending Trevor to anyone who s looking to go to Nissan. The facility was also kept clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.

I had a great experience here when I purchased my 2023 Rogue at the end of this past December.Sales people are informed, answered every question, didn't rush any decisions, prices were reasonable, and they had a nice selection of models/colors on site.It was my first new car in over a decade and my old one was a stick, vehicles have changed a lot in that amount of time! LolAngel and Jason were the ones who helped us, if I had to get another car I would definitely go back there!

From our first communication our salesman Noe Cobos was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel welcome. As did Garrett in the finance department. There is a high car inventory , the building was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

We recently had a great purchase experience at this dealership while I was helping my Mom shop for her next car.� Ask for J.R. Bobadilla.� He worked to understand what we were looking for and did not pressure us towards buying something outside of it.� He's a straightforward, honest, and friendly guy who knows about the cars he's selling.� J.R. was upfront on pricing.� He was patient with us from start to finish with well-timed follow-ups over the weeks.� He tracked down issues proactively and didn't cut us loose to find our own way with some followup items even after his sale was secured and inked. J.R. held the post-deal requests with importance until resolution like she was a customer whose business he was still trying to earn--I call it good follow-through (action and perseverance to achieve a goal of happy clients).� J.R. is an excellent member of that team and I hope he continues to be recognized by leadership.� I won't forget this consideration when I'm in the market again.I also need to give a shout out to the service department.� My wife and I have been taking our vehicle here for years.� This is a great service team from Nikki S., Pete H. and Bri to all the techs that are putting in honest work.

Great experience with Stephanie in sales and Garrett in finance.Biggest issue I had was what I felt felt a little shady on you internet unlock todays price and management when I presented that price as what I expected as a firm price prior to any additions, TT&L, warranty. I would think if this is what you advertise as price you would honor it. No stipulations were seen on your site when it came to this not what your beginning price should be. Management stated there were stipulations such as trade in etc. I had no trade in as my vehicle was totaled but offered to have a wrecker bring it in. Just post your real expected starting price !!!!!

The customer service along with the service on the vehicle was not short of amazing. We were treated with courtesy and respect. We were informed of the progress throughout the duration until complete. We were taken by surprise when the service tech washed and vacuumed the car. It was a great experience and we look forward to our next visit.

Chris took care of everything from my initial call to schedule my appointment to the very end. He was patient, upfront and honest and made my options very clear. My salesman Angel, never made me feel pressured, like he was deceiving me, or that he did not care about my needs and wants. The finance person, I don't know if it's Jarret or Garret I honestly meant to clear that up, was very friendly, personable, and explained all my options to me. Both gentlemen were very honest with me in my opinion and listened to my concerns. It has been a very long time since I have had a positive car buying experience like I did at Nissan of New Braunfels and I will definitely be giving them the first shot at my business in the future.

We were traveling away from our home in Houston and our truck started acting up.This was a Friday afternoon and as we limped the truck into the service bay, we prayed, God, please let these people be kind. Well, He answered that prayer as the people there took us and our truck in and were able to clear the fault codes the truck ran great, and still does today.My next Nissan will come from this dealership, no matter where I live.These are good people.#greatservice

I not only brought my car in for an oil change but I also inquired about having my spare key reprogrammed as my car will no longer recognize it. They told me it was $189 just to see if it could be reprogrammed and even if they couldn t I would still have to pay. It doesn t take an hour to run that program as I ve had keys done in 10 mins. To charge customers that is insane. I ve been in a Nissan since 2011 and I m thinking this is my last car car with them.

Be honest and share your actual price.In response to the reply: I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get an 'out the door' price, but all they would tell me was to schedule an appointment and that they could not provide a final price. I also had an email exchange with their representative, and when I asked for the final price, she stopped responding. From reviewing other people's reviews, it seems their strategy is to lure you there (since it is in the middle of nowhere) with a low online price, and then they introduce all the packages that you 'have to get,' thereby bumping up the price.After this, I called 'First Texas Honda' located at 3400 Steck Ave, Austin, TX 78757, and they provided the 'out of the lot' price right away. I was able to test drive and purchase the car the next day.Make sure to get an 'out of the lot' price from Nissan of New Braunfels before going there, and review their ratings and reviews before deciding to do business with them.

I want to single out Matthew Bradley who stayed with me and kept me informed through the entire 5 days that my 2012 Nissan Frontier was in the shop. As a result, the front end is aligned and it steers so much better now. I know the Nissan dealer would love to have me trade it in for a new one and it is tempting. But I still love my truck with over 100K miles. Maybe down the road. Thank you for having such a fine service dept here in New Braunfels, Tx. Give Matthew a pat on the back please!

I made an appointment to have my check engine light looked at. While waiting for the results, I received text and email notifications letting me know the status of my vehicle. This included a video of the inspection, what they had found, what they were going to do to fix it, and also recommendations for scheduled maintenance pertaining to milage on the vehicle. It was very efficient and easy to understand. Was given the option to approve or decline recommendations from my phone.After finalizing everything and vehicle was done, Pete Hernandez thoroughly walked me through everything pertaining to my visit. He also had my vehicle washed and vacuumed out.My experience with Nissan Of New Braunfels, has been nothing short of amazing, every time I have been there.Pete Hernandez is very professional and polite. Always willing to explain anything pertaining to your vehicle maintenance. He also goes above and beyond what you would expect from a service department. It made my day even better, when I found a personalized thank you card on my dashboard.The service department at Nissan Of New Braunfels always takes great care when assisting me with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I were looking into the 2024 Pathfinder but were not sure on the exact features. JR was patient with us and helped us to find the Perfect vehicle! He called us as it was coming off of the truck! I expected everything to be overpriced, bad communication, and pushy service personnel trying to sale me services I didn t need. It was the exact opposite. In fact services were taken care of that weren t even mentioned to me such as replacing a missing wiper. They didn t charge me to open compartments that were stuck shut and sent videos of all of their recommendations. I paid less than I expected and loved their shuttle service to pick me up when they were finished. I ll definitely be back!

This past week, we purchased a Nissan Rogue Platinum edition from Nissan of New Braunfels. Noe, our sales person, was both knowledgeable and patient during our search for just the right vehicle. Also, Garrett, our Finance Specialist was very helpful and thorough in answering any questions regarding the financing details.
