Matthew was quick with the quote and found the glass my son s truck needed the same day I called. We set up the installation time and it was done the same day. Very happy with the service. Matt and his helper were great. Went straight to work and looks wonderful, like new. Now wind sounds or anything. All is water tight and good. Highly recommend using him. Very easy to work with.

My wife and I are super happy with New Braunfels Auto Glass.Very quick to respond with the pricing on both vehicles.Their service technicians are very professional, polite, and on time. Set up and replaced both windshields before I could even blink.We would highly recommend and refer New Braunfels Auto Glass to anyone looking for replacements or repairs.p.s.Please support your local businesses like them. The big brand names were slow to respond. And, their prices where double what we could afford.So grateful for their help!!!

We are super happy with the services New Braunfels Auto Glass provided. Matthew was very quick to respond for the request for information on pricing prior to doing the services and was extremely informative and helpful, not to mention their pricing is spectacular for the service! They also removed and replaced the existing windshield stickers (state sticker, insurance sticker, other club affiliation sticker) and you would not have known that they had been on the other windshield. Amazing!!!They were timely - showed up in the window of time scheduled and quick on the installation, and their service technicians very friendly and personable. I called on Wednesday and he got me in on Friday! Showed up in the time frame and gave me a heads up which helps a lot with my schedule. Was really quick and did a great job! This company is awesome! I called Matt after I put a golf ball through my back window. After receiving a pretty large quote, I called him and he was almost half the price. I was so pleased, I had him change my cracked windshield as well. Him and his team were at my house the very next day. They were quick, did a great job, and I'd gladly call them back the next time I need auto glass work. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!

They did quick efficient work. Excellent work.The reason for the 3 stars is they passed a $27 credit card fee on to the customer.If a company decides to take credit cards then they have an agreement between them and the credit card company and those fees belong to the business not the customer.If you want to increase your prices that's fine but the nerve to pass the fees that you agreed to on to your customer is unacceptable.I was also not informed of this until right at the moment that I was charging my card.

I had messaged two other glass companies online and they never got back to me. I was referred to NB glass and they replied right away. They replaced my front windshield, and not only was it half our deductible cost, Matt and his co-worker came to our house to replace it! Awesome! Matt was professional and courteous! He was able to get me an appt quick once he knew my windshield was in stock! I will absolutely use NB Glass again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt and team!

They were able to replace my windshield last minute with little notice. They came out to me and had my windshield replaced in about 30 minutes. Quality service, significantly more affordable than the name brand companies around. These guys are awesome!I called on a Tuesday in need of a Windshield for my truck they were able to get the windshield by Saturday and did not need any money upfront for me to schedule the appointment and they came right on time and replaced it faster than I expected and the windshield was beautiful I m having them replace my back windshield now because I would like to get the electric window put in as well cannot recommend these guys enoughService: Auto windshield replacement

Thursday August 26 We got our window smashed visiting pennybacker bridge outlook. We were desperate to get it repair due to being from out of town. Matthew was absolutely fantastic! He was able to get our window repaired Friday the next day (everyone else couldn t do it until Monday or 2 weeks later) at a decent price and even came to us to do it. Recently had them replace the windshield on my Silverado. They came to my house on time, got the work done in no time at all, and worked easily and professionally with my insurance company.
