This place is legit! The staff are extremely helpful and replaced my battery fast, I am always intimidated going into auto part stores but these guys were very welcoming thank you!

There is a reason this place has high reviews! These guys know there stuff and truly tried to help! They made getting my 2001 Malibu boat working again a better experience then any place would have. I will only go here from now on! Do your self a favor and take the time to go here if you want great service and people that know what the are doing.

I have done business with this particular NAPA since before I could drive. It is depressing to see it in it's current state.Rick, Norbert, Hector, Gabe, and Hunter are all helpful and all around fantastic human beings.NAPA corporate has not adapted to the times. In my opinion they will be will be put out of business or restructed as a whole because of Amazon, Autozone, etc. Their prices, part quality and now part warranties are no longer competitive compared to the rest of the brick and mortar industry or online retailers.Add in the new ownership that runs off almost every independent repair facility in this entire town. That is a recipe for a failing business.I had to take down my 5 star review to leave this one.Best of luck Troy,Michael

The staff chatted it up with like 5 dudes at the counter and wouldn't cash me out. When I was like "hey can you cash me out" they said they were busy with other customers. If they were doing anything related to store business it'd l be different, but I just put my stuff down and walked out. Won't be back if they don't want me as a customer.

Gabriel is exceptionally amazing at his job! He is so helpful and kind enough to help me after hours! I really appreciate him and I hope he gets a raise! Don t ever let go of him, there are not many customer service experts as good as him! I was very satisfied with my services and the help of Gabriel. Ask for him when you go there to get the most amazing expert experience!

We had a car battery that stopped working which was still under warranty, so we went to get a replacement. They were helpful and switched it out no problem. We were disappointed that the employees were not all wearing face masks, because due to health reasons we are in a high risk category. Just a heads-up for others to be prepared.

I keep coming back for the customer service. Came in for a brake rotor for a mid model year truck. I often have trouble with parts as the truck was a first month production and parts changes twice. I was given wrong rotor. Came back after Christmas and Alicia helped me out. She quickly identified the correct part, did the exchange and sent me on my way.

This has to be the BIGGEST NAPA STORE I have ever seen in my entire life! I can not think of one thing they don't have!!

They always go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. This is a real parts store as they have books, yes... books in the event the computer can't find it!! Don't waste your time going to any other parts store!! Great place with knowledgeable employees with great customer service!!

I live by a NAPA auto parts but drive 25 miles to this one because they give GREAT customer service.

This is the best place to go for everything for your car. The owner Troy suggested a part that would work for my car and he even put it on. This is great service. I can't believe he fixed my problem so fast. This was a great experience!

Store manager kindly checked under the hood of my husband's truck to identify the part I had managed to lose and replaced it for me on the spot. It's nice to see that customer courtesy and customer service is still around in some businesses!!

Excellent customer service. Always respectful and usually have what I need. If they don't have in stock can usually get it within 2 days. My goto place for automotive needs!

Independent -would not let me return the part that I bought in San Antonio. Even though I had a receipt apparently they do not offer that service. I will just pick up my Needed parts around San Antonio NAPA stores at least I know what I m going to get

They have car, truck and tractor parts and if they don't have it in stock they'll have in a doy or two... hard to find parts they'll have it or can get it in a day or two...
