Maaco Auto Body shop in New Braunfels did an excellent job painting my husbands 2004 Dodge Ram!! It looks brand new!!! Ralph s customer service was very positive, friendly, and explained the whole process clearly!! He answered all our questions satisfactorily. The price was very reasonable and in our budget! Contact Ralph if you need any auto body work!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEMD!!! Customer service was the best I've experienced and communication was superior. I ordered a Sequoia grill online and when it finally arrived it came in gray and white. I made an appointment the following week and had it painted black exactly how I wanted it. Ralph and his team did an amazing job and would absolutely go back! VERY satisfied customer! Lastly, Ralph was very genuine and nice to my family!!

Our recent experience with the Maaco in New Braunfels was excellent from start to finish. Our main contact person was Ralph and he could not have been more helpful! We were able to leave our car with Maaco the same day as the estimate. Work was done in a very timely manner and turned out great!

Anytime you have any car issues, it's always a stressful time during the process. However, Ralph, my rep at Maaco, made the process very easy by keeping me updated and even handling the Misc tasks, such as coordinating with the car rental agency.Not only did Maaco do a great job in fixing my car, but they also checked for other areas that they could do a quick fix as well.I definitely would recommend giving them a shot.

I took my 90 Chevy S10 into Maaco for a new paint job. The customer service I received from Ralph was spot on! He listened to my concerns and accomodated everything I hope for. He was very thorough with the work that will be performed. The finished product was outstanding. The paint job left me speechless when I saw it for the first time. I am so glad I made the right choice when choosing an auto body shop. Thank you

We took my wife's 2012 Toyota Corolla that had original paint that had suffered from exposure in the desert of New Mexico. Ralph and the team at the New Braunfels Maaco did a phenomenal job repainting the car. Ralph made the whole process stress free and answered all my questions. The car looks like it just came off the paint line at a Toyota plant. Beautiful. We're very happy! Can't recommend them enough!Service: Painting

Thank you, Ralph. You and your crew have done a spectacular job on my 15 year old car. It looks so good now and the color change from black to white was amazing. My friends and coworkers cannot believe it s the same car. Seriously, it looks like a new car! From the attention to details on the color change, to the nice job cleaning the whole car up. Restored headlights look brand new, and I swear my gas mileage has even gotten better because there is no peeling paint on the hood now messing with the aerodynamics. Y all are the real deal and I am over the moon happy with my new car. Can t recommend you enough!! Service: Painting

This is was my first time working with a body shop from a car accident and I had a great experience with them. They did a fantastic job and the quality of work was top notch, can t even tell where the car was damaged. Also the customer service was fantastic, never made me feel like I was bothering them with any question I had.

This place is amazing! Ralph and his crew did an awesome job on my truck. They were fast and the customer service was fantastic. Absolutely recommend this paint and body shop! Ralph is the best human I've encountered in a very long time! He made my experience stress free on so many levels. He dealt with my insurance company and the rental car agency like a pro, alleviating extra time and stress for me. My car was ready sooner than I expected too! What a great Christmas present. Such a great experience here! I felt they really cared and were so kind and helpful. I was very impressed when my car came back, not only fixed, but looking brand new. They washed it and cleaned the entire inside (!!!). Can't recommend enough!

Ralph the manager is Awesome! I picked up my truck on 11/20. Dents and scratches to a door. It was drizzling and all looked fine. I signed off that all was good. Later I realized that the paint was a shade off. I drove back with a bit of anxiety and ready to say, no matter if I signed off you need to fix this. Ralph looked at the door and said, I see what you are talking about, we need to fix this. The door came out perfectly and they even fixed a scratch on the bumper. Why can t everything be this easy?

Maaco did such a great job on my son s vehicle. I would highly recommend them. We worked with Ralph. He was friendly and knowledgable. He even estimated the services needed to suv in the middle of freezing temperatures without compliant. Our vehicle was washed, waxed and ready for us in the time estimated with no extra charges or hassle. I am very pleased. Thank you Maaco!!

On Tuesday, July 31, 2023the left front end of my VW Jetta was damaged when I turned too early coming out of my carport and struck the corner post. The next day, on Aug 1, I went to Maaco to get an estimate and was met by Ralph, a very friendly guy, who estimated the damage at $1500. He ordered the necessary parts and much to my surprise, called me 2 days later to say that the parts were in and they could do the work that day. They were able to finish the job on Thursday Aug 3rd and I picked up the car later that day. The work was excellent. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience at Maaco, New Braunfels. Painless Body shop. My guy Ralph is amazing. He helped me through the entire process for fixing something that shouldn t have ever happened when my car was shipped. Highly recommend this shop! Ran by good, honest, knowledgeable people. Ralph made me feel so comfortable and helped me find the perfect solution to my problem and had it done right away without breaking the bank. Juan, the technician did an excellent job and I will be returning to this store for anything I need in the future and would recommend it to everyone I know!

I want to write a good review, the people are very nice and caring but when it came to the quality of their work I have since found tons of broken old plastic, washers and insulation missing. I understand that my car was over 30 years old and some of the plastic and small pieces were going to break. But what I don t understand is why I was not told of these shortcomings and rather found out about them months later. I know they were not previously broken because I constantly inspect it. If you re going for a restoration, this is not the place. If you need lipstick for your pig, this is the place. Again, very cool guys, I just feel like they put the customer in a terrible position by not being upfront. That could be some employees not coming clean to their boss, idk. But it looks like they used power tools on 34 year old plastic which is just straight up irresponsible. My passenger door lock is also broken now, no idea how they did that, but when I opened it up to take a look, the sound deadening material was still folded down as if they took a look at it. One step foward, two steps back. I also apparently didn t pay enough to have the all the dents removed, just some of them, which I did not expect from what Ralph had led me to believe. Still cheaper than a custom shop and hey, there s lipstick on it at least.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My daughter, who is a young mom of a newborn, needed help. Her front bumper was very loose. She had checked with 2 other collision centers that day before Maaco trying to get help. She was afraid that the bumper may fall off while driving with her little one.When she stopped at Maaco she was helped by Ralph who showed true concern as well as kindness whebn he told my daughter that they could take care of it immediately and Juan, the technician, promptly got to work with care to make sure that my daughter and her little one would be safe from any accident happening due to the chance of her front bumper falling off.I find that this type of service is a rarity in these days and we are truly thankful for the blessing.Anna Arnim

Look no further, this place is awesome!! Ralph answered my call first thing in the morning after I had talked to a handful of other collision shops in the area that gave me little hope. He was so welcoming, kind, and quick to invite me in for a same-day estimate, and had confidence that they could help me sooner than later (which was a huge relief!). I arrived that day about an hour before they closed, and he already knew who I was based on my car description and welcomed me in with the warmest demeanor. He helped me quickly and efficiently, all with a smile on his face, and provided more help than I could have asked for even on my initial visit. He truly put my mind at ease and made the process as smooth as possible. Thank you, Ralph, for a fantastic 5 star experience!!!

I had an excellent experience with Maaco when my car recently needed collision repair! Having your car get repaired can be a stressful experience, but the folks at Maaco did everything they could to minimize the disruption to my life as much as possible. They gave a very personalized experience with an individual rep who worked with the rental car company and insurance company, as well as remembered me each time I called. They were very thorough with repairing my vehicle, kept me updated along the way, worked with my schedule, and even went above and beyond to clean the interior and exterior of my car before I picked it up. Let me start by saying Ralph is awesome! I stopped in during lunchtime and Ralph took the time to help me fix a dent. I had a little mishap last week and was scared of how much it would cost me, but he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. The best part of all is he did not charge me out of the kindness of his heart!
