Raymundo and Grant did a stellar job on these 11-year old headlights. Like new! Lifetime coverage is also appreciated. I was very impressed with Bailey who was very helpful and informative. Josh closed all transactions very kindly. Overall, a great experience. Supply chain issues (not having the full synthetic oil I wanted) could have been a damper on this visit, but these gents made up for it with their exceptional customer service.

I was there for my car inspection for its license. I believe the young man who took care of me was J. A, (at least that's the name on the paper). He was extremely courteous, explained the process clearly. He opened doors for me and walked me to the waiting room.(I am the wife :-) ) Took care of my car quickly and efficiently and again, saw that I was safely on my way with a smile and a thank you. Thank you is extremely rare to hear these days...it's usually "have a good one". I really appreciated and respected this young man.

Very professional, I was in and out in reasonable time for the amount of work that I was having done. I stopped by the day before in the manager checked his inventory to make sure he had everything I needed so I would need to come back. He ordered the missing items and check me in at 9:00 in the morning and I was done within a couple of hours which was reasonable for all the work that they had done for my truck.

Came in for my annual vehicle inspection and it was quick and easy. Thankful that it s going away next year because inspections only make the business doing it $2.

The crew is always very nice and efficient. This time, however, they jumped the gun a bit. After draining my oil, they realized they did not have any conventional oil to refill the truck. My only options were to wait several hours for them to go purchase some conventional oil or upgrade to a more expensive oil ($27 more each oil change). Because I could not wait, I had to accept the more expensive product which I will have to continue to purchase as it is my understanding that once the upgraded product us in the system, it is unadvisable to revert back. The crew should double check their inventory before draining the existing oil.

I have been a customer of this store for 6 or 7 years now. This last year or so there has been a change in management. It's made a good impression on me. The store is much cleaner, a lot more technicians, and vary friendly. I brought in my wife's newest car. It's a Cadillac and she likes taking care of it. So as long as they keep doing what their doing now will keep coming back.

I have a Ford that I have historically changed the oil myself on. Been busy the last 4-5 oil changes so I took it to this location and spent 100ish each time. For 100 $ oil change you think the job would be done correctly. Nope, last weekend I had some time do my own oil changes. The Ford's have a shield under them that is required to come off with about 10 bolts to get to the motor. Remember 10 bolts, so my surprise only 6 still remained after Jiffy Lube serviced it. I know times are tough, but I never thought my Ford would be robbed of 4 bolts when Jiffy Lube had it in Service. Called last weekend 3 times to see if I could get them replaced. No one even picked the phone up. Does anyone know NB crime stoppers number I bet they pick up the phone.

Staff was 100% amazing. Paul went out of his way to help me. They explained everything.. I am from San Antonio typically. I don't do this in New Braunfels. But I will drive there from now on because. Those gentlemen out there. All of them were so polite and so attentive and did their job amazing? I really hope that they get the praise that they need and not just a review that says. I stayed away originally because I really dislike being sold so many services. I ve raved this week to many people they should visit this store because the crew was amazingly nice, cool, and upfront. They didn t recommend any service besides just what I needed and they changed the oil fast! Will come back! Thank you!

Needed an inspection. Waited almost 30 minutes and was never acknowledged by any employee to see what I needed. I understand being busy, but they're normally much better than this with customer service. I went next door ro 4J and was greeted right away, and was in and out in no time.

I'm new to the area so I have to find all types of services and I must say this Jiffy Lube has great service. They were all very informative, told me about every discount I qualified for, very efficient, Lance and Tyler are extremely kind, thanks for everything.

I'm gonna tell y'all something right, these guys at the jiffy lube in New Braunfels Texas are badass. My wife was having a double mastectomy and the manager and I had a conversation about that and needless to say they took very good care of me, they were fast, they were detailed in there work, they were compassionate and caring, I recommend everyone get there vehicle serviced there.

A Tracy/tyler from this location also goes onto every quick lube website and leaves reviews lying about things even though they ve never been to any of them. Beware of liars and cheats that work here. Completely unprofessional. Left my valve stems off. No one looked like they wanted to be there. They left oily handprints all over my truck. Really didn t seem to care about my vehicle at all

Annual Texas Safety requirement to re-register my re-register my vehicle synopsis. I waited 45 seconds (maybe) to see a Service Member. The whole inspection, thorough as it was, took 7 minutes tops!! Very professional and quick, as the old saying goes, as a bunny rabbit!! Jiffy Lube never disappoints!!

An hour after getting my oil changed the skid plate blew off my car. When I spoke to the manager of the shop about it.He told me he would talk to his Dm and get back to me that day I am still waiting to hear from Him

The service was great, I was in and out and I just got the oil change but I was greeted with a discount with a new air filter as they inspected everything and recommended to me that I should pump my tires a bit more within the next two three months and I got the oil change, air filter AND a service recommendation just for 90ish dollars. And as a younger female, they were very respectful and didn t talk down to me at all, amazing people and super quick service which also provided nice cold bottles of water in the waiting lobby, will definitely come back!
