I want to thank Hill Country Customs for towing my father vehicles to repair shop. The service was so professional and great customer service. We called for tow, they response time was awesome. One of the Flatbed drivers were picking up a Toyota tundra from Kathy s resale in Canyon Lake. On of the gentleman decided to put the dootof the tundra up against my Highlander. When confronted about it both the flat deck driver and the truck owner were very rude and combative about the situation. The employee said it was just resting there but somehow left scratches on my fender. They were both caught in the act and having and attitude and calling someone a crackhead was their best defense.I m not sure of the drivers name but I know you can easily find out. Thanks for you time.

Ronnie skillfully drove my car out of my back yard where it was stuck in the mud. He did this masterfully and saved my fence and trees. He was professional and knew exactly what to do. Thank you Ronnie! Noone else could have done what you did!

The tow lot is half a mile down the road but owned by the same company. The "office" is in a run down RV that leaks when it rains so all of my paperwork was wet and moldy. The electricity was out so my ID could not be scanned and my receipt was not printed. The attendant had me sign paperwork over the hood of his personal vehicle.

They towed our truck to the dealership because our truck was overheating. The gentleman who helped us was named Joe was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Most importantly Joe was very timely and quick to arrive & help us. He helped us transfer our trailer from our truck to our other truck. I would highly recommend this company.

My vehicle broke down on the side of the toll road during the holidays due to receiving bad fuel from a gas station and Mario M. with Hill Country Custom saved the day. Not only did he take the call during the holidays, he got to my vehicle quickly. He called and texted me to let me know he was on the way and updated me as he was about to arrive. His service was fast, friendly and professional. He loaded up my vehicle with care and drove me safely about 30 minutes to my repair shop. Once at the repair shop, he somehow was able to safely maneuver my dead vehicle off of the trailer into a parking spot in a crowed parking lot with ease like he's done this a 1,000 + times. Thanks to Hill Country Customs for working on my 1992 Camaro which i have owned now for 28 years. Many shops turned me down. Older cars are challenging to work on, but they did a great job. They replaced my power window motor and rear bumper. They also restriped my back deck wing properly. Paint matches perfectly. It looks Amazing. Paul came with my son's car, Christian Brothers was unable to fix it. Paul was really nice. Price was good to. Anyone in the Canyon Lake area and New Braunfels area need towing call and ask for Paul. Pick up is 80 and every mile after the pick up is 5 dollars.

We had them tow us after triple AAA Left us on the side of the highway for 4 hours! Call this tow company told him we had to get to a tire shop before they closed. He got there in 25 minutes. He was so polite. Me and my husband got in his truck. He took us to the tire shop. Gave us receipts to report to AAA for reimbursement!

Just picked up my truck yesterday. They had it ready sooner than I expected. The entire process seamless for my minor repair. Upon pickup I couldn't believe how clean it was. I have a membership at a local place and they don't do half the job that Hill Country did. Great staff (from the shop to the office - well run) that takes care of their customers. I highly recommend Hill Country Customs.

Customer service is great. Just dropped off my Subaru for repairs. They took care of my vehicle the last time and did an excellent job. Just wish it did not have to come here again for the same reasons, but I am glad they are here.

I have been trying to get in to get an estimate done to have a small dent repaired in the driver side rear dually fender on my 2020 Ram 3500. I wanted to support a locally owned business. I have been to a couple of other local body shops to get estimates and most of them take walk-ins for a simple estimate on a small dent. Unfortunately, I forgot about a appointment that I have for a spinal treatment at the VA on the same day that I had scheduled the appointment to have the estimate done on my truck. When I called to reschedule the appointment, it would be another 4 days to get another appointment to get an estimate done for a dent that measures 6 long by 3 high. Not worth the trouble and time to wait, in order to support a locally owned business, when other local body shops are taking people on a walk in basis for estimates. I do not recommend Hill Country Customs unless you want to wait weeks just to get an estimate.

Outstanding! Cant believe how good both the large repair to my wives truck and smaller PDR work they did. I mean they legit perfectly restored the damage. Not a single blemish. Dont go anywhere else, this place is worth the wait.

Ashton & the Hill Country Customs team were fantastic. Very professional. Discussed options, and even saved me money when a part previously thought to be faulty (wasn t) and removed it from the repair fees. Worked with them on a claim via USAA with no issues at all. Quick turnaround. I will definitely come back for future service.

Andrew was my hero today, AAA had them Come to change my flat but lugs were stripped, he immediately towed me to a shop I use and he tolerated the heat like a champ! Maholo hope he gets a raise!!

Had a fedex van back into my SUV, and after checking with 3 separate body shops, my friend recommended Hill Country Customs in New Braunfels off of highway 46. Ashton (one of their service specialists) squeezed me in ASAP for an early morning estimate appointment. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, and she was incredibly thorough, noticing damage that I hadn't even seen on my tire rim. She made sure to let me know that booking early for the work to be done would be a good idea, since they are booked up until 2 weeks from tomorrow. Great service, hoping to be able to update this review with a great job on the body work once it's done!

Well, I've only lived in Texas 6 months, and unfortunately I've had to use Hill County Customs twice to repair my car. Hopefully, deer and people steer clear of us going forward :). Both times, I was highly satisfied with their customer service, professionalism, and promptness. Their work exceeded my expectations. There is a clear attention to detail. I appreciate their commitment to getting things right the first time and setting a high bar. I highly recommend them.

My husbands motorcycle got a flat and we called AAA, after waiting over 7 hours for a different tow company that never called or showed after multiple attempts to reach them we were finally sent to Hill Country Customs.They were very responsive and arrived right when they said they would! At that point they could have told us they would be another hour and we would have been happy because at least they responded.I didn t get the drivers name but he was awesome!!Service: Car towing

They are excellent company! They said what they were going to do, and then, they did what they said, all in a timely manner! Great communication! They did such a good job, I hired them for other projects. No getting the run-around with these guys, no hidden fees.

Apologies for not posting right away, minor issue, needed fog light housing replaced on 21 dodge charger. Done very well, fair price, great customer service. Definitely recommend.
