Great experience. Got Shawn s info from a good friend and his service and knowledge of the issue was second to none. Initially told us our car would be ready the following day due to having to overnight parts. Called me an hour before closing the same day and said he got it finished that same day. Customer service was great and made the entire process great. Will definitely be taking any vehicles I have issues with back to Shawn at Elite.

Shawn and his team (including the adorable shop dog) are AMAZING! They took the time to go over everything with me and didn t pressure me to get work done that I didn t need! They even picked up and dropped off my car from my house because of my crazy work schedule! Highly recommend!!

Excellent shop & mechanics! Transparent, honest, & affordable. Been doing business with Elite Auto Services since 2019 when my transmission took a dump in my F250. This is the only shop in NB I trust with all of my family vehicles. Thanks again for your friendship & always taking care of us!

It was a Friday at about 2:30 in the afternoon when my truck wouldn t start. I called many shops trying to get help was basically told no one could help me until Monday. I was referred to Shawn and Elite Auto, he offered to come out early Saturday morning TO ME to put a new tune in the truck. After coming out and discovering I had a corrupt file in my ECM, he said if I got the truck to the shop he would get it to me Sunday so I could go to work Monday. The truck arrived to the shop at about 5 on Saturday Shawn and his crew had it back to me Sunday by noon. I was very impressed with his willingness to help and quick turn around. I highly recommend Shawn and his team to anyone looking for a shop to take their vehicles to. Someone who will go above and beyond like that for their customers is hard to come by nowadays.

A shop that has integrity. I had been having ac trouble with my work truck. Leaks and more leaks. Elite Auto was able to get everything sealed and blowing cold. (Much needed for a hot summer.)They even checked back with me a week after to make sure it was still cold. Thanks again!

Never got my car done, told us to be there Wednesday 10am, took time off work, was there at 9:45am, the secretary was rude and acted angry we were there, didn't have us down for any appointment to bring our car in, said they were "busy" and we could "try" back tomorrow, but no guarantees....!?! We took time from work to be here when we were told to be here?? Her reply? "I don't know what to tell you"!!!!???I'm thinking I dodged a bullet with this place!! Good riddance!

Don't believe the fake 5 !! COMMON NAMES AND TIMES!! Take your car or truck to a place that will take care of it, NOT ELITE! They're trying to bring their review ratings up!! This place is KNOWN FOR THEIR ENTITLED FAMILY/EMPLOYEES & LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!! Had to take my vehicle elsewhere after going rounds with these rude and unprofessional people AND MY VEHICLE NOT BEING FIXED!!
