Super grateful for this amazing service! As a Canadian OTR driver (in a Sprinter) with a nail in the tire, I was in dire need of same day repair. Forrest was super pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly!! The service itself was fast and the complimentary repair was just as awesome and absolutely unexpected!100% recommend this location and company!

I have been using this location for years. Went in yesterday to have 2 new tires mounted and balanced. I could tell they were super busy and were running a bit behind. David took amazing care of me and turned what could have been a negative experience into a great one. Thanks for your hard work and keeping me on the road all these years.

I was flustered when I showed up directly from picking my car up from Christian Brothers(where you'd think a flat would be noticed.) Brandon immediately was there to help from Discount. He informed me of needed to happen and how long it would take. I felt reassured and comfortable with this tire shop. Discount has my business for life because one person, Brandon, made the difference

DAVID IS THE MAN.I got a blow out on my travel trailer tire, I called the 337 location and David answered. He was nothing but receptive and helpful in the stressful time. Everyone else looked like they were at work. David looked and had the energy like he was there to help. Anytime I need any tire services I'll be sure to come back and ask for David.

Very friendly, knowledgeable technicians. If you make an appointment online, they do their best to get your service done on-time. I love that they service the tires that are purchased from them, usually free of charge.

I ordered my tires online, the website quoted three days, but it came in the next day. I went to discount tire on Saturday when it was relatively busy without an appointment, where they quoted me an hour and a half before they could put them on, it was nice though, because I could walk to HEB which is right across the street. I figured I had enough time to eat some sushi but when I got back the car was done and the tires run along with the windshield wipers instead of an hour and a half it turned out. It was only 30 minutes.I would recommend this location it was nice. The customer service was good and the time to get the car done was better than expected.

Most of the time I am happy with the service I revive here, but today I discovered there is a monitor up at the front that shows all your information at the front desk. It shows what time you arrived if you had an appointment or if your a walk in your name and vehicle information, the time your car went into the bay how long its been in the bay, how long it total wait is so far and what time the car is promised. Today I also learned 3 walk ins arrived after I did and had thier car serviced before mine and waited less then 45 mins. While I had arrived before them and had to wait for over 130 mins. Can't help but to think if they had gone in order I would have had my vehicle at the promised time instead of 45 mins after the promised time.

unbeknownst to us we heard and had a big bolt in our truck tire we arrived 10 mins before closing time and they gladly took us in, took care of the issue and we both left very happy with their awesome service ! Adriel and the rest of the crew members were super professional and nice!

This location operates like a well oiled machine. The staff is friendly and informative. They walked out to greet me with a friendly warm welcome. Plus the 2 years no interest finance is awesome!!!

I purchased 2 new tires from Discount Tire after a blowout and they rotated all the tires. Less than a month later, 2 hubcaps fell off within 3 days of each other. We contacted discount tire about what happened, we took my car in and after looking at it, they replaced all 4 hubcaps at their cost. After they ordered them, communication was ehh, but not a huge issue. Thank you discount for helping and your customer service!

Discount is normally a pretty friendly place but for some reason, everyone here seems on edge. They do the work needed but don't expect a reasonable conversation and explanation. The "fix" to the heavy spot in my Tire was to deflate it to 25lbs, so my low tire pressure light stays on. Not run through the manufacturers warranty like I looked up on the manufacturers website...

Only 3 stars due to lack of communication from staff on my order - no one could tell me when it would be in. Just we'll call you back with that info.. never received a phone call. Tire was ordered Tuesday -got tire on Saturday. Only after requesting to speak to a manager. Manager David got things moving with my ordered. Tire arrived on the same day as promised by David. Thank you David for taking care of this issue fast. David the manager should get 5 stars.

Found a nail in my tire, and I was able to get my car in right as they opened the next day. The place was packed, but they did a great job of checking everyone in and pairing us up with a technician to check out our cars. They told me it'd be ready in an hour (not surprising because of how full they were), but had it ready in 45 minutes. I never felt pressured to do anything extra like some other places do.

I had an 11:00 am appointment to get new tires. We bought the tires online, showed up and the car was ready in less than an hour. No issues at all. It was a great experience.

Would have given 5 stars because our flat tire was replaced under warranty. However, it took an unreasonable 2 hour wait to find this out. Also, despite buying this tire a few weeks ago, it was no longer in stock so we had to accept an alternative brand. Unfortunately, excessive wait times have become a consistent experience when seeking repair service. Today, only 2 of the 4 tire bays were being worked in. My perception they were only working half staffed on Friday afternoon. Hire more staff to fully operate all of the repair bays on a busy day like Friday!! FYI, we are not the only one griping--people were complaining about lengthy waits inside the store and you can read them in online reviews--management should be addressing this.

Update and new review:We took our new Rivian R1S in to get new tires and to do a rotation. The rims were damaged during the process, and when we left, they did not have the tires inflated. My wife had to inflate the tires herself on the side of the road while picking up the kids. You would think that Service would at least entail a double check on the pressure of the tires, and if they were damaged during the process, somebody would ve said something.Old reviewI bought new tires and they failed to update the sensors, once I discovered this I asked them to fix the issue. I went in and they confirmed they updated the sensors. THEY DID NOT ACTUALLY, and it resulted in false information on my dash read out. I ended filling the wrong tire with air and driving down my driveway and my rim cracked. They said if I bought new tires they would discount the tire but did not take any responsibility for the cracked rim.Everytime I call, I can find a better price and they always say they can beat the price but I'm done having to call every place to get them to come down. You would think that always giving the benefit of doubt and trying to be loyal would foster some sort of relationship where they try to help by stepping up service and offering some kind of initial discount.

Facility is clean and prices are decent. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment for ANY kind of service.I called about making an appointment for a tire rotation and balance, they were booked out for quite a while, but the gentleman on the phone suggested popping in right when they open and they could get me a tire rotation and balance done quickly.I arrived when they opened, there was already a line of 8 people ahead of me. The gentleman at the front said they would still be able to get my truck done quickly. 3 hours later, I m late for work, and my truck still hasn t been touched.It s ok to be busy, but don t recommend showing up without an appointment when I really should have had one. The staff is all friendly, don t get me wrong, but they could be more honest with their customers.
