My car seized up and needed an entirely new engine. They made the process as smooth as possible, explaining all the steps of what they were doing and why they were doing it. They identified potential future issues with the car, lined up a potential buyer for my vehicle (if I decided I didn't want to put more money into it), directed me towards a great car dealership and offered to check out any used vehicle to ensure it was a good deal. 5 stars all the way! This shop came highly recommend to me, I was quoted $6k at another shop for something that wasn t even wrong. These guys got my car in and diagnosed in a timely manner! It runs the best it has in a very long time!! Customer service is top tier and Colby made sure I was aware of every step they took, even took the time to explain it all to me.. They have my business forever and I will always recommend crash collision to all my friends and family!! Thanks guys!

Great place! I was told 3 days to fix my car and they delivered just as they said. I was able to pick up my car on the third day. They did body work and changed my brakes and rotors. My car drives great and also looks great. Everyone there is super nice and kept me updated. Definitely going back.

I live about 25 miles from Crash Collision and Repair and was referred to them by my mechanic Richard at Woody's Garage in Universal City, TX. Colby and the whole crew at Crash Collision and Repair were friendly and very professional. They quoted me a great price and even did the repair while I waited! Crash Collision and Repair can be trusted. You will never need to second guess their quote or qualify of their work. Highly recommend them!!

My daughter had to get her fog light replaced. They made it easy gave us the quote ordered and a few days later they got it in. She went to get it replaced and was in an out in a half hour. They did an amazing job and they are super friendly and helpful.

best service ever man, they fixed my 2013 mini cooper so quickly and worked with me every step of the way! the employees are super nice and funny and give you great, reasonable prices. work is fantastic, place is fantastic, people are fantastic, really just, chefs kiss. don t go anywhere else, trust meee :)) truly immaculate

I recently got my car fixed by them for a broken air compressor due to wear and tear and it was a great experience! The team was very prompt, accommodating, and super easy to work with from beginning to end. I had a ton of questions all throughout and the team was super patient with me and answered every question thoroughly. The whole process went very smoothly and super quick. I also got my car fixed by them during the summer after a wreck and had the same positive experience. It was a quick turn around and my car left looking brand new! Hopefully there are no more car troubles but if there is I will definitely be coming back :) Thank y'all so much!!

I got sideswiped by a hit and run driver about two weeks before Christmas, and I called at least 5 other top rated shops in town. Nobody else could start until January. I got my beautiful 2016 Camaro 2SS back on December 30. Service was amazing! After having my Kia Sportage front end crumpled I was waiting days for another collision shop to pick up my vehicle, and called Crash Collision they had my vehicle picked up and estimated within a day. Services were done in a timely manner and my Kia looks Brand New. I would highly recommend this shop to family and friends, anyone needing top tier work done on their vehicle. The staff were super professional and even cleaned the inside of my car, for all my future car needs I will be using and recommending Crash Collision.

I was in a small accident, my car door wouldn't open and my bumper was loose. They got me right away and fixed my car exactly how I wanted. Great customer service. I will recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience!!! I have dealt with a couple of other body shops in the past, and have not had good experiences, but Crash Collision is different. I had damage to my front bumper that was causing my wheel to rub, so I took my truck in to get a quote. Bo took a look at at it, and said that he thought they could fix the bumper without having to replace it. He ordered some brackets that day, and was able to fit me in the next day. It took less than a day, and it ended up costing less than quoted, because they ended up not needing one of the brackets. All the guys were very friendly and professional. I hope not to need body work again, but at least I know where to take my vehicle if needed. Highly recommended!!!!

I took my jeep to have the front fender repaired and they did an amazing job. Everything was fast and easy. Customer service was great, I worked with a guy named Bo. Would definitely recommend these guys!

These guys do good work. I brought my Corvette in to get fixed after an accident. When I picked it up, I was impressed by the paint job. It's smooth, clean, no bubbles or orange peel and they managed to get new clear coat looking right on an 18 year old car. When I dropped it off with them, I asked them to try to make sure the headlights matched, since one was going to be replaced and the other one is 18 years old. I would say they went above and beyond there. The 18 year old headlight looks brand new and actually matches the new part, impressive. I have a hard time believing the old light wasn't replaced. They didn't charge me anything for recondioning the headlight and they could have, I would have paid for it. All in all I'd say they did a great job. The only place I see room for improvment is if panel gaps and alignment were a little more uniform.I've had a lot of bad experiences with body shops in the past. I think, because of my experience, I expect dishonesty. That said, I had some concerns about the panels not being OEM. After talking to some people, I realized that Chevy may not make the panels exactly the same and maybe I'm just looking too hard. It is 18 years old, I'm sure Chevy has changed things in manufacturing during that time and you guys can only work with what you have.

HIGHLY recommend Crash Collision! I damaged my front bumper, and needed it replaced urgently. I mean, talk about professional, prompt, and friendly guys wow! I had my car ready to go well under the time frame insurance wanted it done. Colby even drove me home the day I dropped it off, and picked me up when ready! They even cleaned the inside. My car looks brand new. Bo, Colby and Mike- you are the BEST! I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you, Dawn Hubbert (New Braunfels)

I needed body work done and my very trustworthy mechanic doesn't do that type of work. I have almost been taken to the cleaners with everything auto so am very leery when dealing with shops. My mechanic is aware and when I asked if he knew of an honest shop that would do a great job he only recommended Crash Collision in New Braunfels. He also recommended that they take the pictures that I would submit to my insurance company because they are seasoned and would be able to pick up on and document damage I, not anywhere knowledgeable about cars, might not catch. They had no problem doing so, submitted the pics and estimates to my insurance company and they accepted. They got me in right away and did a beautiful job on the body work and cherry on top washed the car and vacumed the interior. They have a very friendly staff also.

5 star service! So let s start off with that I brought my 2021 mustang is for a chip out of my roof due to a rock. I initially took my car to Caliber Collision which I do not recommend, they will screw you 7 ways till Sunday. Then took went over to crash collision in where Tracey did the estimate. Let s just say that being a customer paying out of pocket I was very pleased with her honesty. There wasn t a bunch of extra hours / parts that needed to be removed to complete the job. As for the job it was flawless ! I have nothing to say about the work besides that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will continue to use.Service: Body & Trim

I absolutely highly recommend crash collision! The staff is absolutely amazing! My car was backed into and from the moment I called until it was fixed they were very transparent, always answered my calls and had no issues with answering my calls on how my car was coming along. One HIGE BENEFIT is they have auto pay. When my insurance wanted to send a check to me that was taking longer then the service they completed , I called and requested for it to be direct deposited into there account and it was done within minutes. I was able to pick up my car right away instead of waiting longer for the mail. Thank you for being professional and for vacuuming the inside of my car( I have 5 kids it was a mess for sure!). In my opinion they go above and beyond and are truly down to earth people!!! These guys are legit! My mother in law car was recked and we are waiting for the insurance companies to work it out. Our lawyer advised us to pull the car off the lot while the insurance make up their mind so that we don t get hit with a storage fee. We talked to Colby and Bo and they assured us and our lawyer that no storage fee would be passed to us. They said we are in this business to help the people not hinder them.They are a standup crew and I d recommend them to anyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had issue with (abs & traction control) on my jeep jk. I arrived at 4, 1 hour before closing, and was met with nothing but neighborly hospitality. Great atmosphere, great people. The Employees talked with me about the issue helped talk me through the issue and what steps should be taken. They didn t try to up charge or anything of that nature. They were upfront and clear. They had quoted me to be done the next day but they got the part in early, and finished it that same day all within the hour. Nothing but hospitality, 10/10 will be recommending.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was rear ended last Friday and called multiple places in the area trying to get quotes. Every place was a week out or didn t have availability for weeks. I called Crash and they immediately got me in and ordered a new bumper the same day. One of the members Colby even drove me to Enterprise to pick up a rental car. He was thorough, honest, and communicated with me a ton throughout the repairs. By far the best experience I ve had at a repair shop and would 100% recommend. They might be a bit out of the way for some people but I m going to go out of my way to go to them going forward.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My first impression as I walked into the place was amazing thanks to Mike who greated me. They were attentive, knowledgeable, polite and they did an amazing job on my BMW. Bo Botello, it was a pleasure dealing with you. I will definitely recommend them and I qill be bringing my wife's BMW for some needed work.
