The customer service was good and made me feel welcomed as a customer. The one thing I would ask is they are more proactive on communicating issues with the vehicle. I had to call at the end of each day to get a status. But the work was great and in person customer service. They did a great job of communicating when I did call.

I took my RAM truck here this week for brake repair. I needed the repair done quickly since I was leaving the next day on a trip.I like how they give you pictures of the repairs needed, show you what is urgent, what needs future attention, and what looks good. They are very accommodating, provided shuttle service, and completed everything in a very reasonable amount of time. The warranty they provide gave me peace of mind

I ve had several great experiences with Christian Brothers Automotive. They are ready to perform the service at our scheduled time, check the car thoroughly and get me on my way. The service manager went above and beyond to search for and send me a part number after my last visit. I will definitely be back and refer my friends to Christian Brothers.

I have a 2005 Toyota Camry that has pretty much only had oil changes. It s been a good car but I needed to really get some work done and I needed a place that I could trust to be honest about what work was needed to return my car to a reliable source of transportation. Christian Brothers came highly recommended. I made an appointment for an assessment. They did a thorough exam and let me know things that needed to be done in order of importance. I knew some of them already but selected the most important. I was very very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work performed. If you are a woman who needs a place they can trust to not take advantage of them and will give them an honest answer and honest workmanship with an honest price then Christian Brothers New Braunfels is the only place you need.

The technician was thorough with inspecting my vehicle, explaining what needed to be done, and the team answered all of my questions. When I encountered a fluke of an issue very shortly after I left the shop, they had me immediately turn around to return to the shop so they could investigate and fix it. They quickly found the issue, fixed it of no charge, and I was back on the road all at the end of their day on a Friday (when most other shops workers would leave it til the next business day or not bother to fix it at all). They even honored a discount that I had accidentally found to apply just after paying my invoices. I have received nothing but fantastic service and care!

They handled the issue with my car quickly, and the staff was extremely friendly.They communicated with me about the possibility of diagnostics that would need to be done and the price for each. But, assured me that would not do anything that wasn t absolutely necessary.They did exactly what they said they would do, without over charging me.I wish I could give them 10 stars.

The absolute nicest people and great service and quick! I came in to get an inspection done the other day and it was my first time trying this place out. Well they didn t even make me pay and were so easy and nice to work with and didn t take long to get what I needed done. They will definitely be my new Automotive place for future things I need done with my car!

Excellent and efficient work. The water distribution manifold at the rear of my engine ruptured on the way to work, spraying coolant onto electrical parts and basically wreaking havoc. Christian Brothers provided shuttle services and was able to complete the repairs on the same day. I was particularly impressed by their use of photos via smartphone to show me the issues, provide updated estimates, and as a means for approving the work. I could easily see what was damaged and approve the work without having to come to the shop. Honest guys doing honest work.

I had a strong smell of gasoline in my car. My car was checked and the defect was found and corrected. I also had a thorough inspection. All of that was done absolutely free of cost. That was wonderful. You don t see such professional and courteous service easily now-a-days. Kudos. Thank you very much.

Teri and Brandon helped this visitor from Wisconsin out in a mighty fine way. Just needed an oil change before traveling and they fit me into the crowded schedule. Coffee and a nice sparkling clean waiting room added to the positive experience. CB is an A+ company to deal with for your auto maintenance needs.

We are new residents to the area and received a very warm welcome from everyone. Comped our Texas Safety checks needed to register our out of state cars. Appreciate that and we will be bring our cars there for regular service. Very close to our home too.

Really great experience here. They scheduled a same day appointment for my oil change and did a courtesy inspection of my vehicle. They were very polite and didn t try to up sale me on anything. Will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

I went in to Christian Brothers Automotive for a check engine light. I dropped off my car and later that same day they diagnosed my vehicle issue. They also ran a complimentary vehicle check and found some other issues I wasn t aware of with my car. They were very transparent in what the issue was and gave me a total cost for parts and labor. Once I agreed to have my issue repaired they ordered the parts needed and had my vehicle fixed and engine light off before the close of business the very next day. I highly recommend them if you re in a pinch, I was traveling for work when all this happened.

Since I have moved to Texas, I have not seen a more professional and well information automotive shop. They were able to quickly fix the issues I was having with my car, something the dealer was not able to do in the years I have been out here. They are going to be my go to shop for all my vehicles from now. Thank you so much for everything.

It was a great experience! My front tire was seriously out of alignment. I was seen rapidly and the car was finished the same day. A couple of things pleasantly surprised me. First, all my car needed was an alignment. Other places I have gone would probably recommended repairs that weren t needed. Second, part of the service was an inspection and the only recommendation was an oil change. Which I needed and they did. I also noticed that the put air in all of my tires. All were getting low. Another pleasant surprise.

A great car repair experience. Called Chris about 4:30 p.m. and told him I had a bad battery in my Mercedes SUV. The item to replace is difficult to find. Chris called back in 5 minutes and had this in stock. He asked if I could be there at 7 am the next day. My battery was replaced in 1 hour and I was on my way!Good service.Good knowledge.Good people.All makes a great company!Service: Electrical repair

Called for a quote on replacing the anti-lock brake module on my vehicle for which I had already received a diagnosis from another shop. Christian Brothers wanted to charge me for their own independent diagnosis at $160, which is understandable, but they said that amount would not go toward the repair work costs. Almost all shops apply the diagnosis amount towards the repair if you proceed to do the work with them, but not Christian Brothers! Seems like gouging to me. And their quote did not show the breakout on the labor, just a lump sum on top of the parts cost. Not very transparent! I won t be going to Christian Brothers based on this experience.

Always get a second oppion when dealing with these guys. Brought my vehicle in because the temperature gauge was acting up. They wanted to charge me 12K to install a new engine. I took it down the road and they fixed the issue for 500.00 I'm mechanically inclined and was asking why and what , they basically said they just replace the engine instead of doing the head gasket.

From the moment I checked in with Teri Shier (10/30/23) until I picked it up with Chris Graf (11/2/23), I was thoroughly impressed with Christian Brothers customer service. I always knew what was happening with my vehicle's A/C issues and the expenses I was facing. While my vehicle was there, I was also made aware of several other serious maintenance issues (brakes & axle) that would have complicated a road trip I was about to take. Happy to now know my 14 year old Highlander is roadworthy again! CB performed a curtesy vehicle inspection and recommended a few minor repairs that if neglected could have turned into major issues. Thankfully CB mechanics identified the problems, notified me, gave me an estimate, I had my vehicle by noon the next day. I highly recommend CB for any vehicle repair. At Christian Brothers they were extremely through to find a noise I could hear after running over a deer. They were polite , honest and patient with me . I can t say enough good things about CB automotive . I will highly recommend this team to anyone !

Took my vechicle in to try and find out what was making an intermittant and barely audiable sound. Unfortunately, they couldn't identify it at this time either, but they inspected and photographically documented everything they could think of as being a possible culprit. What a fantastic and thorough report that they sent me. They spent quite a bit of time with the inspection and report and didn't even charge me the inspection fee since they didn't find the problem. I agreed to wait until it got worse so that it could be identified, after they assuring me that everything indicated that the car was safe to drive. Definately would recommend them and I'll be back with any of my vechicles needing repair. Thank you Adrian and team.

It was in the middle of the week on a Wed. I had called in to see if I could bring in my BMW for an oil change that same day, they checked their schedule and said sure that will be fine 4pm okay? I said sure. Arriving there I noticed cars parked outside, thought I was going to wait a while, but no their just busy but were able to make time for me, they are very respectful and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I highly recommend going to see them for any of your vehicle needs.Service: Oil change
