Everyone here is very caring and helpful. The mechanics listened to me and genuinely wanted to help me figure out my vehicle's issues without trying to sell me stuff or repairs I didn't need. My family have brought several of our vehicles here, and I would recommend them to others.

This is the second or third issue that we've needed resolved, at cambridge, on this van. The sales staffs clarity to all the issues that need to be resolved help make important decisions. And of course, the technicians abillity to follow through to meet those needs should be awarded!Thank you so much, and we'll see you hopefully not next time.

Show up unannounced. Mind you 105 in the shade, after backing my truck that was on a dolly under some shade. Quickly diagnosed after asking several questions (very thorough) then cleared the codes on Mazda's PATS. To this point haven't had any issues. These people really know their stuff. And I feel I got a very good value for what and how they do. Thanks, I'll be bringing all my projects that has me scratching my head.

They are just as expensive as the original location, not so big on customer service or doing a great job. They had my truck for 4 days for a diagnostic, I had to call them and ask to order the part. 2 days went by while I guess they waited for my call. The part was bad, so then it took 2 weeks to get a return. Getting one from somewhere else was out of the question. Then, my truck still ran like crud and my engine light was still on. They installed an O2 intake valve. Maybe I needed it, who knows? $1200.00. Then I took it to an established shop in universal city, they replaced the catalytic converters, the engine light went out, she runs like a top. I don't know if I wasted $1200, but I definitely wasted over 3 weeks of my life with these jokers

I took my 07 F-350 6.0 with the dreaded hot no start issue. It's an interesting problem to diagnose as there are many factors, and parts that can run astronomical numbers, so it's crucial to get the diagnoses correct. My dad and I listened to the radio show for years since I was a kid, never forgot the voice of Steve on the AM side of the radio in the garage as my dad and i turned wrenches. In this day and age its hard to trust anybody with your vehicle. Thank yall for your work, dummy plugs were the issue, one of the last things I would have expected. My truck starts faster then before as well, which is great. Thanks to these awesome guys for their honest work at a fair price. Highly recommend. Diesel friendly shopService: Auto engine diagnostic

$1700 quote for rotors and pads replacement. Absolutely ridiculous. Once I saw that y all lost all trust to do any work on my vehicles. Paid y all s $150 shakedown fee. Avoid this place.

Told person at the front desk on Saturday exactly what was going on with the car. I was getting a service charging system warning . I told them I suspected a ground problem because it had already burned out one alternator and after trying two other new ones the warning still appeared. I returned Tuesday to find the front desk had given the technician who was supposed to be their electrical specialist(yea, right) inaccurate information on the work order all he had done was check the alternator output and check the battery which I told them I had already done. The guage was showing 14 volts . What they should have done is check the ground connections and/or the ECU. I had spoke to the owner previously when he was doing the show on the radio and said it was a ground issue. I told the person up front about having done this and what was said. I took my car home and I'm waiting to take it to another shop that will listen to what I'm saying to them. It's a 2007 Corvette.Service: Electrical

I normally take my Expedition to the dealership. However, I wasn't going to make it there in time and needed my truck fixed quickly because I was going out of town. Anthony greeted me as soon as I walked into the shop. He was by far amazing. He explained everything to me in detail and showed me what was wrong with the Expedition before I moved forward with the repairs. Surprisingly it was less expensive than if I went to the dealership. So I approved the repairs. And I will say, that my Expedition is running great and have had no problems. Anthony and the other staff were amazing. I will be coming here from now on. I was on a road trip with my kids, and my car started overheating. I pulled over, looked up mechanics and Cambridge was my first choice. I pulled in, and Anthony immediately came out to check out my car. Took him less than a minute to confirm that squirrels had eaten a radiator hose. He was able to get the part quickly, and fix my car so we could get back on the road that same afternoon!This auto center is truly amazing- they had a great lounge for us to hang in while they fixed my car, and they did a great job keeping me informed on progress. My car ran fantastic afterward, and I was able to make it home to DFW without any issues. I highly recommend Cambridge Auto Center!

So glad Terry opened a second location here in New Braunfels!These guys are the real deal. They ll get to the root of the problem, fix it right for a fair price, and warranty their work. And yes, they DO EVERYTHING- minor or major.The place is always immaculately clean, no charge shuttle service, and your vehicle is vacuumed and washed when returned to you.It s refreshing to see this in the automotive repair business world. Keep up the great work!

Cambridge just opened up and I am very impressed at the beginning of our meeting. They only have one mechanic and he does an excellent job,Once they busier they should need extra help. They are very good at what they do. The businesses is ran horrible. There isant enough staff to work on the cars. They will put other cars before you and then end off not doing the job and still make you pay. Went in for a gear repair and that didn t even end up happening because the technician he didn't know what he was doing.

Quote was for $400 and change but actual payment came out to $700 and change. Over charged in my opinion.
