If you want your ride fixed properly with no cut corners bring it here. All the hidden parts you don't see busted will be properly repaired. They won't use a ton of Bondo in lieu of panel replacements if that's what needed.You're not going to make money off your wreck but your ride will be fully restored.

Had a deer strike; not too crazy thankfully! These folks were the only place available at the time of insurance referral. They were swamped with work, but they got it done as fast as they could and I m happy with the repairs. These folks are friendly and honest. Communication was great regarding the status of my repairs; I didn t have to call them for information. They even offer a follow up inspection of their work after a month from repair and will detail your vehicle thereafter. I d go back again, but hope it s not anytime soon!

Absolutely magnificent job. I had a collision repair completed 5 December 2022 and when the car was returned to me, it was immaculate. The paint job was flawless and before they returned the car, they detailed the interior. The interior was show room clean. The Manager took the time to describe how the car was repainted and the care taken to apply an additional coat of UV resistant coating so that future car washes do not wear away the coating and induce uneven fading over the next few years. He explained the guarantees and I walked away with an appreciation for a very professional business. Absolutely great service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fantastic customer service and all around work completed by the BWC team! I used to work for a car dealer in San Marcos and used said dealer's collision center for previous repairs, but their level of service and customer care is unmatched compared to Body Works. This was my first time using BWC as they are USAA preferred. From prior experience, I honestly didn't expect this service to go as smoothly as it did. The service team who repaired my vehicle did a phenomenal job. Bob, my advisor, was friendly and professional during each encounter and very communicative, which was much appreciated. The team went above and beyond, and I will recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs from here on out. Thank you to everyone responsible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was so impressed with the service at body works. There are a lot of shops who can fix a dent or paint your car but the level of communication and customer service here was really world class. Even while there wasn't a real update and they were waiting on some parts to come in to fix my Lexus I still got a call every couple of days giving me a status. I never really had to chase them to get information and that's pretty uncommon.After I picked up my car I found a small issue and went back by the shop. They immediately made a plan with me to take care of it at my convenience. No questions asked. Another example of a customer-centric attitude that I really appreciate.This is a great shop and they have earned a loyal customer in me.

I was referred to Body Works Collision Center from my insurance company on an accident claim. I was extremely impressed with the whole process. I worked with Bob and he was excellent. The work was impressive and my truck looked brand new. The even cleaned and detailed the truck inside and out. I was kept in the loop the entire process and received regular updates on the status of my repair. The completed the job 5 days early too! My daughter's Jeep was rear ended and Body works Collision was referred by insurance.. This company did a superb job from A to z and we couldn't be happier with them! Bob was so professional and kind and considerate and kept the line of communication open & when the Jeep was ready to be picked up, they had it parked out front & wow... It looked brand new and they even washed the entire vehicle including the rims and tires and wiped down the inside too! They really made the whole experience much better and we thank all of the staff for the extra steps they took in making this experience a more positive one! My car looks brand new! They even washed and cleaned out the inside of my car including a tire shine. They must have found a loose dollar bill in between one of my seats, I noticed it in my cars change pocket which was very nice of them to do! Could ve easily just taken it, I wouldn t have noticed anyways, but SO professional of them to leave it there for me. Overall the service was quick and all employees were so prompt and friendly! Two thumbs up and will be taking my car back here (if ever needed) in the future. Thanks everyone!!

It seems like nowadays it s hard to find great work and honest people. I m not too sure what we would have done had we not found Mr. Randy after being treated so poorly at another local body shop in Seguin, TX. Mr. Randy listened to our needs, fixed my vehicle with EXCELLENT turnaround time, communicated with us constantly, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, never left us wondering and lastly returned my vehicle back to me in WAY better condition than what I gave him. While visiting family for Thanksgiving someone rear-ended my car in the hotel parking lot and left the bumper misaligned and partially hanging off. I called these guys and they said they could take a look right away. We brought it in and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes and were amazingly accommodating. I'm always concerned getting repairs done because I'm a woman and have been overcharged and ripped off in the past but they were friendly and easy to work with. They deserve 10 stars!

We took our BMW Z4 in for repair on the back bumper. We were sceptical they could repair the bumper as we wanted it replaced. Insurance company would only pay for repair. We were very surprised when we picked up the car; bumper looked brand new. We were pleased with the repair and the time it took for the repair. Kenneth was professional and fair with us. As a result we just brought our suburban in for repair. Nice to find a business who does professional work as agreed. Nice job!

These guys did an amazing job repainting the entire passenger side of my black Ram 1500. My truck looks like new again! The owner, Randy is local to New Braunfels and has great cash prices. Easy to work with and I would definitely recommend Body Works over a bigger franchised collision center.

Body Works Collision handled my recent claim and did fabulous! They were very fast and informative. They did high quality work! They handled my insurance claim and fixed the damage within a week. I would definitely refer others to check them out if they are on their insurance.

Dropped car off Monday morning, as agreed on, to be fixed from hit and run collision. Bo says 3 days to fix, do you want a rent car. I say no, we can handle (3) days with only one car. After several calls we finally got car back 15 days later. Few days later we notice our seat belt warning does not work. We notice the lower front left fender has (Into metal) scratch in front of left doors that were repaired. Now we notice cruise control does not work. Replaced electric controlled side mirror on left door most likely caused repairmen to disconnect wires or blow fuse.I will not leave my car with them again, not even to correct what was not fixed and/or damaged while they repaired or tried to repair.

My insurance company referred Bodyworks to me after a recent hail storm pelted my pickup. I was extremely pleased with Steves work and the office manager Chris. I got rear ended and body works was recommended by the other person's insurance, I'm so glad I went here, my car looks better than it did before the accident, and they washed it and wiped down the interior! They were friendly and walked me through each step, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM.

After a airbag deployed wreck on my 2015 Silverado body works did a amazing job matching the paint perfect body lines look factory . You can t tell that it was ever in an accident! Highly recommend the guys at Body Works

Fixed like it never happened! They even washed and cleaned the car, tire shine included. Fixed two days earlier than their estimate. I was stressed about the process, but it was effortless on my part. Everything just the way I left it in the car. :)

I took my car in for an estimate for hail damage and work was completed without my authorization. My husband told them IN PERSON and again in several emails that any work was not to be done without authorization, to no avail. Now I have to take my car to another shop and place a second claim with my insurance to complete the repair. Terrible communication, not returning emails or calling.Service: Body & Trim
