My salesman James was amazing. Great communication throughout the whole deal. Took less than 2 hours total to trade in a vehicle and find a great used vehicle for my wife. Trade in value was spot on and price of vehicle we purchased was more than fair. Even after the deal was done James was available to answer all questions. If you wanted to be treated right and not spend all day at a dealership, head over to Bluebonnet Jeep and ask for James! One of the best car buying experiences I ve had.

Really enjoyed buying from Bruce at Bluebonnet who was very kind and courteous during our car shopping experience. He was able to answer all of our questions (as we were first time Jeep buyers) and handled our trade in with ease as well. The finance department was also very open, transparent and easy to work with. All in all, a very easy and great experience buying from Bluebonnet!

Took my granddaughters 2019 Jeep Renegade in for service on 12/27/23. Danny was the intake service manager and John was the closing and payout service manager for the service. Both of these men are outstanding. I have been working with them both since 2015. The service has always been great and they are always friendly and courteous ..and they are busy!! Great place to take our Jeeps and they know Jeeps!! Five star service!

In this day and age who can trust a sales person when buying a car? Right? Yea, well my fianc� and I had the best experience with Jose! Not only did he meet every little expectation we requested but he was upfront and honest. Gave us the best route to go for financing, new or used, and bent over backwards for us. 10/10 recommend Jose if you want honesty and not someone just trying to make their commission!

Of all the places I ve purchased a vehicle Bluebonnet Jeep surpasses them all. I just purchased my Navigator with them and the experience was amazing. Jeremiah our salesman was the best person we could have been dealing with. He listened and was not pushy. He spent the time with us and was patient. Could not recommend them more. If you happen to be needing a vehicle go on into BBJ and ask for Jeremiah. We will be purchasing all our future vehicles with them.

Great customer service! I bought a wrangler a couple weeks ago and Russ helped throughout the process. Even when I had an engine light on , I called Russ (salesman) and he helped me set up an appointment with the service department as well as provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car is being looked at. Overall, Russ has made this process easy for me and I wouldn t mind using this dealership for future purchases.

After looking for a gladiator at several different dealerships. None beat the customer service and accommodation of Bluebonnet. I drove 6 hours to make the purchase and would gladly do it again. I highly recommend this dealership and Bruce as your salesperson. Bruce was incredibly quick to reply to all questions and concerns. As well as ensuring the deal was done in an incredibly short amount of time. With no games and straight to the point which i greatly appreciated.

I just bought a VERY nice used 2014 F150. Bruce was my rep and was the absolute best. He was super easy to work with and was a lot of fun. Antonio wrote me up and was really great as well. He was super nice and got me in and out in no time. Over all this location went above and beyond to get me into an awesome truck. I will definitely recommend.(Pictures not doing justice. It did not matter whether a question was repetitive or if we simply did not comprehend certain parts of the vehicle. First off the whole experience of getting my first car at bluebonnet was amazing and super easy! My salesman Bruce Paiva was extremely kind and helpful! He was ready to answer any questions and ready to help out with anything i needed. I was nervous as this was my first time buying a vehicle and it can be very scary and stressful but everyone at bluebonnet made me feel comfortable and like I was family. He was very transparent and went over everything with me so I knew everything about the car before i made my purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and if you do definitely ask for Bruce!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! The customer service, communication, and everything that involves looking for the perfect car was exceptional. Bruce answered all my questions, his advice and patience helped me narrow down my decision and leave with a new car. Great experience here, Bruce was a helpful and caring guy that helped us every step of the way. He worked out a good deal and made the process smooth and quick. He did not pressure us into any decision and provided adequate information for us to make our own choice. Sam was helpful during the financial aspect and gave honest input on things when asked. She gave us plenty of time for the wife and I to debate and worked out a good deal as well. Very pleased with visit and how stress free it was. Great job team!

I purchased a used auto from Bluebonnet Jeep and couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Will Wiggins is the salesperson that worked with me and he was outstanding. He was waiting for me at the front door, greeted me professionally and kindly, had the vehicle ready for me to test drive, and worked out all of the details of the sale very amiably and professionally. He offered me a fair value for my trade in, didn't try to pack a bunch of fees/charges. He had me in and out of the dealership with my new purchase in less than two hours. I highly recommend both Will and Bluebonnet.

Bluebonnet Jeep does not treat ALL of their customers equally. I am a young woman who was on a mission of buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I ultimately went with another dealership due to Bluebonnet not treating me like I was the buyer. I should've known by the lack of respect towards myself while purchasing the vehicle, that it would transfer over to the service department. Shortly after purchasing the Grand Cherokee it ended up having some issues and resulted in being a lemon. When I was first experiencing these issues I took it to Bluebonnet because it was closer to me, and being that my car was lawfully unsafe to drive, I decided the closer the better. My car sat at this dealership for a week with nothing being done to it. Every time I called for an update it was an "i don't know" or "whenever we can get to it" answer. I was also not given a loaner vehicle because they were "out" and was told that "even if they had one they were reserved for customers who bought their vehicle from them." I had just bought a brand new car and was now stranded asking for rides to and from wherever I needed to go. After a week of not receiving service I demanded to speak to the service manager who later told me they were short staffed due to sickness and didn't have the right equipment to fix my car. Why wasn't this told to me when I was calling for updates throughout the week? That way I could've gone somewhere else and had my service done at a better rate. I should've known from the beginning that they were not going to treat me with respect, even though they have my money regardless if it comes straight out of my pocket or from the manufacturer. I will never go to this location ever again no matter how convenient it is.

I've purchased four vehicles at BB Jeep. The first three experiences were great, so I never considered looking elsewhere. My most recent purchase has been a nightmare. I have been at the dealership at least 7 times within 3 months of my purchase.1) They forgot to put mats in the car (not really a big deal). 2) The salesperson told me just to show up at the wash tub and they would assist in setting up my membership. The wash tub told me I needed paperwork from the dealership. When I went back, they told me that the wash tub was taken out of the sale but the salesperson was never transparent about it. 3) I was without the car for a few days for them to fix a scratch that was there when purchased (also not a big deal). 4) A clip holding the bumper appears to have broken. Salesperson told met to bring to service. Service told me they couldn't fix and told me to take to body shop. I called multiple times and no one at the dealership knew who could fix the issue. I got the runaround for a couple of weeks. The sales manager was extremely dismissive of me and had another sales person deal with me. I was without the car for over four weeks and finally picked it up. The bumper is still not fixed, and no one has been able to even provide an estimated timeframe for me. Not ideal for someone who commutes for work.The only good thing going for this dealership is John in service, who has provided excellent service for several years. I am also thankful that they have given me a loaner vehicle, however it is frustrating to make a payment on a new vehicle that I don't even have currently. Service is no longer a priority to this dealership, however it is still important to your loyal customers.

I loved our experience with Bluebonnet Jeep! Mike was very professional and helpful with all our questions. We were allowed to take the jeep out for 24 hours to help with our decision. Mike was so knowledgeable about Jeep. Since we had never owned a jeep before it made deciding on one very easy.

I am so impressed by the employees at bluebonnet jeep! Russ was extremely helpful and so kind in trying to help us find and get into our dream vehicle. After explaining what we needed and realizing what we were first looking at wouldn t quite work for my family of six, he showed a different vehicle that was perfect. He really took the time to show everything and explain all the bells and whistles. It was priced a little higher than what I planned on for a budget and decided to sleep on it for the night. He seemed to completely understand and stayed so kind and didn t get pushy . I was extremely happy and taken away by this! It actually made my decision easier because I felt I really wanted the vehicle and wasn t just being pressured for it. The next day we called Russ and told him the vehicle was for us! Oscar was also great and really patient in helping us get our payments right where we wanted them. They both were so helpful and made me feel great about my decision. We seriously couldn t be any happier. I even called my mom friends driving home and told them they have to come here to see Russ for their next vehicle!
