I was on vacation and looking for a very specific car and color. I had been looking for a long time and found the car I was looking for here. I arrived and met with Tom, sales. He was very helpful and quickly jumped on getting the vehicle for me. While waiting I looked around and the dealership is a little ruff around the edges. The smell of mold was in the air and it did remind me more of an old school used car lot, kind of what you would imagine in a movie. The parking for customers is a little tight and right off of the Main Street, so you have to be quick to park and leave! After Tom got the keys we went for a test drive. The problem was not Tom, he was great and very professional. The issue came up when we got to talking about holding the vehicle for a day due to me having prior engagements. Tom was told someone else was interested in the same car, but no money or no paper work was put down for the other possible buyer. Tom said hey if you put down (money) so much we can hold the car for you. I was ready to buy this car hands down, so yes I was ready to put the money down to hold the car. The issue came up at finance when the finance guy didn t want my money! Like really who says no to money? Tom was confused as well. I had this weird feeling that bc of what I looked like, I wasn t welcomed at this place by Mr finance. So I left my number and told Tom to call me if the car doesn t sell. Tom called me later on that night and said the car did sell after all. I thanked him and looked at other dealerships. The car at Bluebonnet stayed on the web site for 2 days as STILL AVAILABLE! The day I was leaving back home I ended up finding the car I wanted at Ancina Dodge. Let s just say I drove home that day. Oh well bluebonnets loss.

I worked with Dave Fuller to buy my new truck. He was very easy to work with and very low pressure. He was respectful of my time and was straight to the point. Dave didn't push anything on my first visit and simply showed the trucks I was interested in. Came back few days later to hammer out a deal and details. No pressure at this visit, truck was priced extremely well and got exactly what I asked for on my trade-in. No back and forth with the sales manager. Had a slight issue with my trade-in before the new truck arrived and Dave made sure it was no problem. 100% recommend Dave Fuller and Bluebonnet! Best car buying experience I've ever had.

Great dealership! My family has purchased vehicles from Bluebonnet for the last 20 years or so and have always been treated fairly and with great customer service. We have always worked with Dave Fuller who is top notch. He is an excellent salesman who knows his vehicles, has taken care of us, and been great with customer care and service. He recently sold me a Ram 2500 and I couldn t be happier with the overall experience and incredible new truck. Highly recommend!

BB set the bar on the car buying experience. Rodney in sales was knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, honest. Because we were driving two hours to pick up our new truck, Rodney ensured we had accurate info and would not be blindsided by any surprises. Once we arrived, the entire buying process took less than 20 minutes. On top of all this, we got a killer deal on our new Ram. I highly recommend BB and will start my search with them next time.

Dont take your truck here or car to service. there s the department is rude they don t explain anything we were working with stephen Hui we went in for oil change, fuel filter recalls and do you have our AC looked at because it s stop blowing cold air on a 2022 ram never explained that they were to keep it for multiple days when I called to see if the truck was done in a day he tried to tell me that they had to have it for a couple days. I never agreed to that, I told him just to do the oil change and filter and get back to me and let me know about the other things. The act like when you drop off a vehicle you have 20 of them so it s no big deal. I d recommend to go to the Dodge dealership in Seguin way more professional they even had all the recall parts they give me a Thursday appointment and will put all of them in and they said they get 10 recall parts at a time, so I think New Braunfels Dodge is full of it and is lieing to every everybody. You will get way better customer service at GUNN CHRSTYLER DODGE JEEP RAM in seguin

I'll preface this by saying that I'm not quick to give out high ratings for anything, let alone dealerships. However, this whole experience was so good, that I have to let it be known. I was able to handle a lot of the initial process online and via text ( I already had financing secured), so when I got there, the only left to do was sign. Dave was very friendly and accommodating (knowing I was coming from a 1500 with similar features, and not really needing the full tour of the 2500), and he respected my time immensely. Rick in the finance office made the "official" part of the process quick, painless, and he was very friendly. In a period of about 30-45 minutes, I went from walking in the dealership to driving away in my new truck. Also, being priced 5-7k below all the dealers that said they had "the best prices in Texas" was an added bonus of course.

Luis is the service writer that helps me. Anytime I go to Bluebonnet Dodge he makes sure that my service is done and keeps me informed on the progress. He is always professional and kind and I appreciate it so much. The mechanics and all involved are top notch. I have a dodge dealership closer to me but I prefer Bluebonnet.

Brett has been my service advisor for over 10 years now. I was just in to have my leaking back window replaced. Two days and it was done, and back in my garage. They have always been up front with me and their service is excellent.

Warning to future customers.Dodge and its company have gone south when it comes to helping their customers, which I have noticed with time. If you are going to get service done by them make sure you have a paper trail because they don't always mark it on your account, and make sure that you have a manager signed and dated it so when the problem reoccurs you have a paper trail. I have had several problems with my Chrysler Pacifica minivan; the reoccurring problem was my Uconnet which at times works and then it doesn't, they even told me that it was my phone and they could not find the problem I have an iPhone I even went out of the way to do a claim on my phone to see if it would fix the issue but it didn't. I thought, as long as you took a vehicle to an authorized dealer (blueBonnet Dodge is an authorized dealer. )they would honor the recurring problem. my first work order in my car was at San Marcos, which they could never figure out the problem they did an update on my car, and then the problem reoccurred six months later, when away, and then it started up again about a month ago.So when I took my car to a different authorized dealer, which was Bluebonnet Dodge in NB they told me that in their system I never mentioned this issue which I guess I'm a liar.I called the Dodge dealership in San Marcos and they looked up and found that I had mentioned this issue and it showed that they updated it since they were unable to find what was wrong with it.After BlueBonnet Dodge in New Braunfels looked at my vehicle, it ended up being the antenna connection between U Connect and the radio Antenna connection.I had this issue service and was under warranty when it first occur but the problem kept on returning and now they're telling me that they will not honor it which it should since the issue was never resolved the first time.they told me that it was my problem and my responsibility that I would have to pay to get it fixed.I ended up talking to the assistant manager in the service department and he and I got into a confrontation, I am glad that I had the conversation recorded I ended up getting so upset while he smiled at me which is a Narcissist, characteristic behavior and started gaslighting me when I told him that I wish he could see what I have gone through and maybe someday that he would go into hard times like me, and he turned around and start putting words in my mouth which I never said which is gaslighlight behavior.After all this I just broke down out of frustration and started hysterical crying I ended up talking to the owner of Bluebonnet Dodge and explaining my situation; thank God he was there and honored what was supposed to be done in the first place which it should have not gone that far in the first place. I understand that the owner has better things to do than to take care of a customer that his employees are incompetent to do but he and I was overwhelmed with grief and told some personal issues which I should have not too.But before thisI called them and told them I was willing to work with them on the scheduling since my issue is that I have children who are on the spectrum they go to school in the morning and from 1230-5 pm they go to ABA therapy for their disability which as nobody knows that it is a medical diagnosis therapy paid by insurance and the waiting list is long to get accepted and if you miss days that are not medically related they will drop you out depending on how many days missed. ( yes, they do make-up days and go on Saturdays half days, but the slots are very small in the waiting list for those make-up days)It took me to fight with them over the phone and I even texted a note from the therapist about it I also don't have the money to get a rental because we are a one-income family household and I'm unable to keep a job due to the medical needs my children need. finding an employer to work around, my schedule has been impossible, since I am the main caretaker of my children.I was told to call my insurance.Has humanity forgotten how to be decent humans?

I have been taking my truck here for years for any services needed. The service advisers Luis and Colby have always had excellent communication. It is nice when you go in and they don t just make it about business or treat you like a number. They will ask about how me and the family is doing and genuinely mean it.

Brett was amazing! He solved some difficult problems involving the ignition, key pod and fuel system controls. He Coordinated with my warranty folks and got everything fixed under my Warranty for a 2012 RAM. Couldn't be happier with the service and communications.Garry

Watch out they did not pay off my trade in as promised, this is unacceptable Come to find out the shorted the transaction by 250$ Worst car buying experience of my life. Salesperson lied repeatedly n didnt listen to what i needed in a truck. Sold me a truck that He didnt even show me , stupid me I trusted him to get me a truck that could tow, because he said it was getting washed but assured me it had everything i needed. It did not. And their final resolution was to tell me i had to trade it in. I cant even believe the switch n bait tactics used on pricing n options in the vehicles offered. They sold me a truck with night edition package and said the upgraded bumpers dont come with it. Bunch of unethical n fowl play , switch n bait tactics used at this dealership. Ensure you go over everything with a fine tooth comb. They said my truck didnt come with it. Its on the window sticker !!! Beyond unhappy. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I would like to take the time to thank the General Manager, Steve Laferrara, Service Advisor Luis Mancia and all of the technicians involved that were able take time to help the family of one of our co-workers. We had a sudden and unexpected loss of one our co-workers and the family was in need of extensive work on their family vehicle. I asked Mr. Laferrara if they would be able to help the family with the major repairs to keep the vehicle in running condition and without hesitation he said they would take care of the repairs. I brought the vehicle in to the service department and Mr. Mancia took over, made sure the major repairs were done, and even took care of a recall repair that the family was unaware of. Needless to say their caring act helped the family out tremendously. I would like to sincerely thank you all for your kindness in this time of need.

Has to be the worst service (or non-service) I've ever received from a dealership. Live in New Braunfels and really wanted to do business with this dealership, but ended up having to drive all the way to Boerne Dodge and do business there. I bought a 2024 Ram 1500 just a few weeks ago. Bluebonnet salesperson had no interest in helping us find what we wanted. We were upgrading from a 2021 Ram. Bluebonnet didn't have exactly what we wanted. Didn't want the split tail gate and other non-sensical "upgrades" that really aren't upgrades. Who ever is ordering the inventory should be fired because they clearly have no idea what a truck should have and not have. Anyway, we gave them a chance to find something for us and they flat out refused. Said if it wasn't on their lot, we should look elsewhere. We did. Bought a new 2024 Ram from Boerne Dodge the very next day. Flash forward to today. Needed service due a faulty engine light (yeah, shouldn't have that happen on a brand new truck). Called Bluebonnet and they asked where we bought it. ??? We told them Boerne Dodge. Bluebonnet's response... "Well, since you didn't buy it from us, it would be at least a week before we could even get to it". Wow. Just wow. I've taken other cars/trucks to dealerships many times over the years and they never ask where I bought the vehicle. Nor do they care. I need Service and they provide it. Not with Bluebonnet. It's really sad that you can't get your vehicle serviced here if you bought the vehicle somewhere else. A week to look at it (takes less than 5 minutes to get the "diagnostic code") and then give the reason they did is absurd. You deserve this low ranking.

John in finance was also a pleasure. The fact that this dealership actually has a selection to choose from is remarkable in this low inventory market. Great experience from start to finish.

After pulling the leg of the guys the blue bonnet service department. I finally got them to replace my standard hood with a sport hood. As you can see, it adds a certain POP to the truck while it maintains a classy look to it. I also want to thank the painters. They took the time off o explain the process as well as more than took care a lot a small hiccup that was a pain in my OCD A$$ without any hassle. The Customer Service is almost unbelievable. Thanks again for taking care of me and my vehicle. I highly recommend and WILL be making my next big purchase from them

Stopped to look at a few 2500 series Dodge Rams! Jacob P. (Salesman) Approached me and we started discussing/talking about 2500 series Trucks! I noticed right away Jacob was friendly, very knowledgeable about Dodge Trucks! So we talked about many subjects and also discussed about the Mopar additional warranty program! So I purchased one of the 2500 series trucks with additional items worked into the deal! The whole buying process from start to finish went very smooth! I would more than happily recommend Bluebonnet Chrysler Dodge to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Awesome job to All!
