I needed brakes done in a hurry. My pads were gone and rotors were grinding. B&C took care of me in one afternoon, for a great price, and my truck breaks are perfect now, truck feels like it drives better too. I recommend this place. Friendly service and nice to chat with the lady and the gentleman that run the place .Thanks for the great service!There s a Jasons deli across the street, to enjoy a meal while you wait.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Very honest and helpful at explaining your vehicles issues with you. You never have to worry about them trying to add unnecessary extras to inflate your bill. I've told all my friends and family about them and they all agree. Best service center in the city!They also have a late night drop off box which definitely makes it easier to get things done.

Denied services to me, a jewish woman, and my husband, a muslim man during christmas! Said we didnt deserve to celebrate the holidays. Antisemitic and islamophobic.

Your team did a great job diagnosing my car troubles and fixing everything in a timely manner. I was impressed by their overall knowledge and how quickly they came to the conclusion of what needed to be done. It is great having the AC working again! I greatly appreciate your wonderful customer service and expertise. I would definitely recommend your services to anyone who needs any vehicle fixes or repairs!

They do great work and are honest. I don't trust anyone else in town to work on my vehicle and trust what they tell me. They are also wonderful people. I've been using them for 16 years.

Decades of doing business with this family owned operation gives me great pleasure in stating that the high marks provided by fellow reviewers are 100% on target. As an extremely particular consumer who expects good product/service for my hard-earned $$, I wouldn't say B & C is excellent if I didn't consider it so. And while New Braunfels evolves and "improves" around us, B & C remains constant, providing the same top-notch customer service and excellence in all aspects.Thank you Friesenhahn Family!!

Clif and Darrell Friesenhahn, a father and son team, who own and operate this shop are two of the most honest and certainly the most knowledgeable mechanics you will find.I had a vehicle problem that bedeviled me for years. However, it was a sporadic electrical problem that only occasionally drained my battery. I repeatedly took it to Hyundai dealers, and since it was not a problem that occurred while they had the car, I was told each time there was no problem.After four attempts to get the problem solved at Hyundai dealers, I took it to Clif and Darrell's B and C Service Center where the car was kept until the problem revealed itself: the same problem that four other services weren't able to find. Thank you, Clif and Darrell!

B and C was recommended by another auto shop. They were able to diagnose and repair with a part I already had purchased. Turn around time was quick at around 1 day.
