Really grateful to these guys. My SUV broke down on the exit ramp off PGB with almost no shoulder and cars whizzing past me. I was super frazzled and forgot to ask the gentleman's name, but one of Wylie's trucks saw me on the way to another job and stopped to drive slowly behind and get me safely off the highway. After he finished the job he was on, he came right back and picked us up! Thanks so much for your help today, sir!!

Towed my daughters mini cooper to a local tire place. The tow truck driver was pretty new. He almost snapped the rear control arms where the tow truck driver hooked her car up. Saw the damage and the cars rear control arms were bent almost in half. They tow company paid for the damages caused by the tow truck driver. They are very nice and very respectful. Would highly recommend them.

Edited. The good things of this place is in the price. It's reasonable. My SUV Nissan was broken into and ransacked by it's unknown worker employee after it's towed here. I paid almost $1000.00 for 30 days storage fee. Each day storage cost around $50.00 Many added junk fees. Two letters sent to the license plate owner costs me total $50.00. The lobby like a dump jail dirty tiny guess place.

Chris was like a knight in shining armor. All 4 of my tires lost air in the cold snap while I was out and he took care of it quickly and with kindness. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!

The absolute BEST towing company. You never want to have to call a tow truck. But not only did they show up faster than any other I was quoted but they went above & BEYOND to help. 10/10 recommend!!!

Long difficult day trying to deal with AAA to get a tow on an ambulance RV. OReillys recommended calling Wylie Towing. Great prompt service. Rashad did an outstanding job making sure it was delivered without any issues. Not an easy tow but he handled it like the pro he is!

Hope your car don t ever get taking there. They trash. They don t acknowledge you you can ring the beep and stand at they dirty little window. All day. And they. Indian guy won t even look up. Just poor trash . HOW BOUT THE BETTER. CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT MAN CAME OUT AND CONFRONTED ME ABOUT THIS REVIEW OMG. THAT WAS FUNNY. WHAT DO YHEU HAVE REVIEWS FOR. I bought a vehicle from wylie auto through an auction site. I called beforehand about the vehicle since my vehicle was FUBAR (which I informed the man over the phone), and I could not visibly inspect it myself. I was told this would be the best vehicle to drive off the lot at the moment, as it had the keys, was "running when impounded", and "did not seem to have any major mechanical issues". When it was pulled off the lot it did not start, so I had it jumped no problem. Then, when the vehicle started up and I put it in gear... it didn't drive, so I paid to have it towed down the street to a shop. The shop took all but two minutes, TWO MINUTES, to figure out it had no transmission fluid. They topped it up and the vehicle drove with no issues... except when parked you can tell within seconds that there was a leak in the transmission since it was visibly dripping down the front end like an open faucet and leaving a sizable puddle. The shop quoted me almost 4k for a complete transmission repair including parts and labor.I knew what I was getting into when buying an impounded auction vehicle, and I had no issue fixing fluid levels, batteries, tires and then eventually sometime down the road any mechanical issues that could arise, but you'd think they would have the common decency to tell me that this was NOT the vehicle to spend several weeks worth of pay on, since the repair alone to get the vehicle running is easily worth several times the car itself.At least the lady at the front desk was nice.

Had a blowout on 205 in the middle of the weekend rain - they showed up extremely fast, delivered my vehicle where I needed it, and coordinated a location to put my keys for when I arrived later.

Had a vehicle stuck in my backyard due to mud. They arrived timely, assessed the situation and made sure they would not cause any damage to vehicle while pulling it out. Vic was Very nice and polite. Would definitely recommend him and if the need arises I will be using their service again!

Had my 69 Vettte towed to a shop. If you have a low car you need the right truck to tow them. On time and took time to assure the car would not be damaged. I will be using Wylie Auto Towing in the future.

On 9/13 My sister was stuck at the busiest intersection of 78/Ballard. Wylie PD called Wylie towing and Vic showed up. He was very helpful gave us a jump and we were off the busy roadway. Thank you Wylie Towing.

This is the best towing company out there! I needed to tow my car because it was in a car accident, and they were there in less than 30 minutes. Jose Gomez was the driver, and he was so helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me reassurance that everything was going to be ok. A real stand up guy! I highly recommend this towing company. You won t regret it!Service: Vehicle wrecking

Got into a bad situation and was stranded on a 2 lane street with no turn offs as night was falling. Mr Hill was prompt and was diligent in finding my location which was difficult under the circumstances. This are the worst people to work with they are full of attitude .I paid for their charges and kept threatening to re- impound my vehicle if i don't drive it in 5 mins away and they were so rude when i asked about the damage they caused while towing my vehicle.I cannot recommend any one at all to engage for their services.

Great customer service. The dispatcher was SO nice, even though I called her 3 times. My minivan was picked up quickly- on a Friday in evening traffic. The truck driver called me twice to give me updates and offer reassurance. I'm so thankful for the service and would recommend this company.

Great people running this outfit. Haven't always had good experiences with towing companies coming from the Dallas side of things. But. The service and person ability from both the husband as well as the wife is phenomenal and they are quite patient with explaining the rules and regulations if need be. Hope I don't need this kind of service in the future , but if I do... I'm calling Wylie Auto Towing inc.

Awesome , affordable price for a 35mins distance, the driver was nice even though he didn t communicate much, he offered me his car charger for my phone, I talked all the way to my drop off. I know i must have been so annoying with all my loud conversations. Lol. I apologize, the customer service on the other end was nice in booking me up faster and cheaper than she predicted. Thumbs up!!!!

I have a slammed car, and there was a car meet that I wanted to show my car, but to get to the event was too many speedbumps and uneven streets. So I called them and I talked with Jose, they had what I was looking for which is a special type of tow truck called lowboys. They are special trucks for low cars like vetts and lambos. These guys came thru. They got me there and back. Call these guys if you need a tow, they will work with you.Service: Vehicle wrecking
