These guys tried to sell me a battery when they ran mine down. Smoked cigarettes in my face and told me I can t wait there. I can t believe they are authorized to do anything. Also they wanted $85 to change a turn single bulb. And good luck if the 3 dogs they keep don t try to make you lunch. I can t imagine more unprofessional behavior.

I had a wonderful experience! Both of the gentlemen were very kind and efficient and worked timely to get the job done! They were both very informative! Highly recommend using Busted Knuckles in Nevada ! Every other smart start location was booked until November 5, and they got me in in four days!!

Despite the circumstances of having this device installed, they were kind to me. Friendly, fun, and great customer service. He did a good job with the installation as well.
