Dan and his crew are wonderful! They have great prices and will fit your car in. They will also let you know if your car needs anything to keep running good. They go above and beyond to give every customer exceptional service! I highly recommend Hometown Tire for all your mechanical needs!

The only complaint I have was it was too busy!! Took a while to get my truck in, I almost wish they would take appointments it isn t because they are slow, the cars are moving in and out fast. Once they took my truck back they had it aligned and ready in about 30 mins. Good service, very helpful, very respectful staff.

Best service from a Tire dealer I ve never had. Dan and his employees really care about the customers. And they have experienced employees that you don t have to worry about them stripping out lugs or plugs.

It is always a great experience at Hometown Tire. I recommend Hometown to so many people. If you want to be served by very friendly & courteous staff, you must go to Hometown! They also stand by their work!

I am here working from out of town. After not getting calls back from other local shops we called hometown tire. When i explained what we needed done and the need for a quick reponse they jumped on it. They called several times to keep us informed. Then we got the bill and i thought it was very fair. We will send our work to them going forward!

The pink at Hometown Tires are awesome. They wait on you. You get a nice place to sit and wait the wait is not long. Always been an awesome experience. Thank you so much. This is the best tire place I've ever been to. God bless you all.

I have heard from others how great this place is but not until yesterday did I experience it personally. The owner personally helped from the time I got there to helping me back out the trailer to the highway by stopping traffic to allow safe passage. He wished me safe travels and didn t have that awkward look like his competitors, who were hoping for a tip.

I went in with a low tire, thinking I would probably need anew set. The tech there assured me my tires were in good condition and repaired my low tire, which had a nail, for free! The workers there are very kind and honest.

I've always had a great experience with hometown tire but yesterday they really earned all my business. I had a flat over the weekend and was rolling with the spare on. I was expecting to have to wait a couple hours but they came and got me after about 20 mins and told me it was just a nail so they plugged it. Mind you, it's a fleet vehicle so I'm not responsible for any repairs or maintenance. Other shops would have tried to replace the tire or possibly all 4 tires since they know the company would have paid for it. But not hometown, no charge and I was out the door. Good job guys!

For over a year now I ve been visiting hometown tire and service. They have always been courteous and nice and I have dealt with Zak. He help me get a small part for the car and I appreciated that so much so I would recommend hometown tire and service to all of you out there in Needville and surrounding areas

I had two flat tires and Zack and his crew came out quick and addressed the situation and was back putting tires on within a 1/2 hr and was back on the road in no time Thanks Hometown tire & service!!!

First time ever coming here came for just a patch on tire because we had a nail in our tire couldn't afford a new one at the time they patched it and as anyone would think you'd need to pay something we tried to pay and they said it was free! We were shocked as you know any other place would charge you something even if it isn't much. This place really does take care of you. Definitely will be back to get work done here again!

2nd time back because I going to use warranty they gave me run around and went in for a alignment again and tire rotation and parts and said my alignment was voided cause of replacing parts from them and they charged me over 500$ for parts and then the alignment again very disappointed never again before they took my car they should explained exactly what my warranty was covered instead of after fixing and saying oh well it voided your warranty so you have to pay again after they swapped out what need to be done and then tell me again it has warranty coverage I don t need it no more cause I won t be going back last time here

Took in my Jeep because my tire was facing inward. They found that the bearing was broken and my brakes were deteriorating most likely from that but never the less I received great customer service. They also showed me a wed site called acima which helped me pay for the cost. Didn t have to pay everything all at once. I thank these guys from the ones who work up front to the people who service my vehicles in the back. Y all are true life savers and very helpful. Convenient if you live in town. Generally friendly and seemingly honest people. Good price on tires and they stand behind their products. As fair as service and maintenance, either they dont allocate much space for this to be done and the line for service is a mile long, or they are a bit slow to get anything done. But they have refreshments and a nice bathroom so all in all not the worst place to wait.
