Scott Ferguson and his staff will ALWAYS receive my highest regards. They are very professional, cordial and considerate.My dilemma with my drivers license (and other thin cards) literally being consumed by my center console of this German-made car, had plagued me more than once. Scott ask Junior to take a look at it, literally at the end of the day and workweek.Junior, being the very skilled technician, that he is, not only retrieved my current DL, he was able to remove my old one, a loyalty rewards card and another card. Yes, careless of me to place those items there. I ve learned a valuable lesson. Nonetheless, so thankful of me also for the skilled professionalism of Vin s Paint and Body, Mid County!Service: Electrical

Hi, my name is Patrick. I am a 2015 metallic blue Nissan Altima. I love to run in the fast lane. I am very well taken care of and no detail of my existence goes unattended. Several months ago I got hungry and T boned a Chrysler 300. It was my owners fault. It was my first accident. After a horrible trip to another body shop that left panels out of place and mismatched paint. I couldn t run in the fast lane anymore. I was then left in the hands of Vins. Rick and his staff took really good care of me. They fixed me. My owner can t tell what was painted and what wasn t. In any light the paint is perfect. They did an amazing job and every detail was spot on. There is not another body shop I will go to. The work and customer service are second to none!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Brought my car in on Monday to repair a dent in passenger side door. They completed it in record time.The paint and body repair was top quality and they even cleaned the inside of my car. Great people and exceptional work. Would and have recommended them.R.Davis

This was my 3rd time to use Vin's, they have always treated me with a great deal of respect. Stuart worked with me this time and he saved me money by shopping for parts and really did a first class job and I appreciate it. Thanks to Sturart and all the techs at Vin's

Best painter as well as some of the best body men in town!! The locally owned and operated family business owners have always gone above and beyond for all in the community. Stuart was the best and will always be greatly missed.

Went to Vin's for a estimate/quote.The individual that does estimates came out and looked at the work that I showed him I wanted done on my truck. He said he was unsure about being able to do it but would check into it and call me. Well he never called to follow up with me about anything. Will not bother calling him or going back there.

UTTERLY USELESS!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I went to get an estimate and the minute the guy saw my car, he started moanin and grownin about how inconvenient it was for him. He went on and on about how he couldn't give me an estimate and how the insurance company was hard to deal with and blah blah blah. Man up and do your job. To anyone considering Vin's... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Only complaint I have is if u release your car after being totaled and it's raining and ur not able to get ur personal items be sure to tell them u unrelease ur vehicle! Bc if u don't use that word they will release it!

Staff were super nice and helpful when first dropping my car off. Was guest to be about a week or two until it was done. Called Friday (week 3 of being in the shop) and was told it was being painted that day and if i wanted i could maybe pick it up that afternoon. But i did not pick it up i wanted it to have time to cure. Well now (the next Monday) I called to check on my car and was told he would call me back. I waited an hour and went to their shop and the lady told me he should have already called and that my car was being sent to paint! Has not even been painted yet!! And that it would be Wednesday or Thursday before I can take it! So it will be 4 weeks! He just now called me back an hour and a half later and said this is Scott at vins I said okay? And he said I was going to call you back after my lunch break but they asked me to call now what can I help you with? In a very rude way like I inconvienced him. He didn t even remember what I called for and was suposta call me back? Very unprofessional and very unhappy. Maybe I m over reacting but a month without your car is a long time and when no information is given about your vehicle it s pretty frustrating.

Just want to praise Vin s paint and body shop in mid county for being so consistent with doing an outstanding job. Scott, Stuart and Christie are all so professional and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They may get tired of my face but I ll never go anywhere else.

Mr. Stuart is just an angel in disguise! Literally the type of guy who was just a joy to meet. My car was repaired quickly and he even gave me an early Christmas present of savings! This establishment is definitely the place to go for your repair needs!
