I had never had such great customer service in any body shop like the one I got here. Trent updated me all through the way of fixing my truck and had it to me in a more than reasonable time frame. Trent and his group did a fantastic job on the repair of my Corvette. They handled all insurance issues and made what I thought would be a nightmare, a walk in the park. I am very picky about my car and they did not disappoint!

I brought my car to Tate's for Collision repair, We always use them because they are extremely professional, very honest and they communicate very well regarding the status of the repair. When they called and said I could come get it I was concerned I may not make it there before they closed, they told me they would wait and someone would be there, When I got there to pick up my car I was pleasantly surprised , they had detailed my car Inside & out, this made me extremely happy, I had been needing to get my car detailed for a while, but life with a 5yr old and full time Job made that kind of difficult to find the time. I was very happy with the work they did, and very satisfied with the customer service I received, I recommend them over & over to friends & family.Services: Tires, Electrical, Body & Trim

If you need any sort of automotive body work, these are your guys! They did a fantastic job on my Saleen S281 and did the work in a timely manner! The paint matches great and have had no issues. The customer service is very good, the work is high quality, and they are happy to answer any questions you may have! Had a Wonderful experience here. I'm not from here and needed some body work to my truck door. I stopped here for my 1st estimate. Very confident and friendly was the vibe I got. I took my estimate and continued on, total of 5. I came back to Tates and couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Took my sister's car there, for an estimate. Josh was so nice and so was the girl in the front office. Had the side mirror turned opposite way because of hitting a pole, they fixed it no charge. I will be coming back and sending friends.

I was so happy when I got my car back! There was no sign or trace of any of the damage. The body work was perfection and so was the paint job. They washed it for me and it looks better than it did when I brought it in. I had just had it washed myself. To top it off the Customer Service was beyond Excellent. They did an amazing job on our Honda! Landry was a big help talking me through what needed to be done. They were honest, looked at an estimate from another company, and even told me at least 4 of the "needed parts" on their estimate were not necessary (as they were undamaged & not needing replacing) - saving me over $200. I wanted to give it five but I honestly can not the work was great quality. Employees I dealt with were great people. I had a tight window to get the work done and they did it. But an minor oversight made a 16 hour drive very painful. And I paid 105 dollars to a dealership to find one missing fuse. But I would go back if need be.

I got a huge dent on my hood from a debris that came flying off the other side of the freeway when I was driving on I45. I did some research and I figured I'd try to get an estimate from this shop due to their high ratings on Google. I came an hour before they closed so I was left with an employee who looked really young and new to the company. He went out to go look at the damage on my car and gave me an estimate of $1000 - $1500 to repair and paint the hood. I don't know much about paint job pricing but that seem a little steep. I mean, I can get a brand new carbon fiber hood from Seibon for less than that. The kid seemed nice but I almost felt like he was trying to scam me. Decided to call around Houston area and I got a quote from another shop that also had great reviews for half the price.

I took my daughters car to Tate and Company Collision Repair to replace a rear bumper. The staff was more than helpful. The estimate and insurance paperwork was easily handled. Paint job was an exact match, the car looked new. Everything that was promised was delivered on time. Great people and company.

Tate & Co is amazing!!! Josh is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond... and I have zero clue how Lindsey runs the front so well and remembers everything. She is sooo nice and both of them go above and beyond!!! They have been a big help during covid-19 getting my car back into shape without my having to scrap the bottom of my bank account!!! It s been a blessing specially being new to the area without friends or family here. I wanted some stripes removed while my camaro was in shop for insurance repairs. Gave me a very reasonable estimate , and even stayed within that estimate after the removal process took longer then anticipated. Only thing I did not like was the brand of fender that was used, but that is partially my fault for not stipulating that I wanted original to insurance and body shop. Overall I am satisfied with this company.

My car was brand new and I hadn't driven my car when someone hit my car. I had over 10,000 dollars of damage. Tate promise me that my car would be just like brand new.
