Customer service and friendly staff were great and very informative. Office environment was welcoming. Repairs to vehicle were great. Prices were fair and reasonable. This body shop went above and beyond repairing my vehicle. I can't thank them enough for such a smooth process while getting my car fixed. Would recommend to anyone!

Extremely satisfied with Precision Auto Body .I needed body shop repair on my 2017 Honda Accord twice over the last year 1/2 and once on my sons 2021 VW Passat. 1st time for Honda was rear end hit on I 10 in Houston that smashed my trunk in. Precision repaired it to look new again! 2nd collision was from impact of someone hitting me on right side back fender again Precision has it back to looking new. The VW Passat was parked in a residential drive way and a heavy duty truck backed into it causing damage to the hood/front fender/side fenders/ headlights .Precision Auto Body has it looking brand new!! Honestly I am so happy I chose Precision Auto Body when I was shopping for a body shop via google search. Dale and Chuck are easy to work with and deliver the best in customer service! Hassle free.. I highly recommend Precision Auto Body I won t take our car s anywhere else for body shop repairs! I really wish I had taken before and after pictures so you could see the quality of work these guys put out!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I would like to share my experience with you about Precision auto body. I brought my car in to have some work and these guys performed more than a good above average job. The job was done quickly and perfectly. They have great technicians and fant they have great technicians and a knowledgeable staff. Just picked my car up and they did a beautiful job. So proud and so glad I have my car back. The best people to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone for body work.

If you need your vehicle in a timely manner, don t take it here. Took them over a month to finish a 2 week job & every time we asked for an update they had another excuse. They even refused to let us pick up our car so we could take it to another body shop!!! Terrible business!

WARNING, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ Terrible experience. The lack of reviews justifies the poor work done to my car. It was under an insurance claim and had to be put back in the shop several times despite the many chances they were given to correct the mistakes. The first time the car was released to me the ABS module was malfuntioning and leaked all of thr brake fluid therefore i had no brakes and was still driving the car for a day, the abs module code was active but i was told it was "probably just the computer throwing a false code and ive driven it and didnt notice anything wrong" -Dale Humphrey, Terrible paint job, dent in my hood beginning to rust (which the body shop denies doing yet pinned the blame on someone else, but still didn't take any pictures or bother to tell me about it) poor customer service, lack of professionalism, the owner is barely in the shop and is hard to get a hold of. And I will quote him, "am I going to have to fix every issue every time you find something new?" The issues were not new, I just didn't notice them because he found his way around letting me see the imperfections when he let me check out the car before it was released to me. The paint job was hidden along with the rent because he had the hood of the car up and focused on the finished mechanical work. I did not think to let the hood down assuming there was poor finished body work. I've filed a small claims lawsuit in hopes to get back what it will cost to fix the unfinished work. I highly recommend Bradley's collision, they were the ones who did the diagnostics on my vehicle after it was deemed a finished job. A worker at Bradley's told me he couldn't believe I was told the car was drivable. Mind you, this was only a day before I was supposed to take a 9 hour trip to Alabama the next morning but Dale was still alright with me taking off in the car. Bradley's collision claimed the car should have been totaled which may have been the insurances fault, but I expected the car to be in the condition it was before the wreck. I have a feeling the frame is still bent, but the car drives straight. A used front bumper was replaced on my car and it appears that they've sawed down the edges to match the frame of the car. Very very very highly unsatisfied. All I see is three word 5 star reviews so I figured I'd share my horrible experience at the establishment. Not sure of the name of the little guy working in the shop but he's about the only other one that speaks English, he also backed up Dale when I was told the rent didn't come from them and that it was, in fact, the tow truck driver who Jammed the hood against the body of the car to create the rent, yet the boneheads couldn't use common sense to realize they just screwed themselves over by openly admitting they did nothing to fox the problem or at least let me know it happened. Sounds like pure laziness or just the fact that they care very little about customer satisfaction. I could go on forever about other things I've witnessed but I'm beginning to feel embarrassed for them for how many issues I've had with them. Please take this all into consideration when considering using this body shop.

He does a good body work I've been knowing man for years I pick up junk parts from me but he does damn good body work in one bed bottom and in town

I have had work done by Precision Autobody on a few of my cars and I am always happy. Great craftsmanship and still looks wonderful years later.
