My experience at the service center was quite disappointing. I arrived in the morning, and despite not having an appointment, they assured me that an engine oil change would take 1 hour. However, I ended up waiting for 2 and half hours. When I ask her about the delay, she replied You haven't appointments scheduled that's why it's taking too long to get the service done. It would have been more professional if she had informed me about potential delays in advance. But good part is the coffee was wonderful.

Been doing business with Philpott for several years. Service is always easy to schedule and they are always ready for me when I arrive. This visit was no different. They performed the service timely and kept me informed on progress, as I waited, instead of dropping off. I would recommend Philpott's service to anyone.

I have been a customer of Philphott Toyota for over 30 years. In the last 5 years the service department has been declining in customer service. I tried to talk to the manager but he did not want to listen. I think it has reach an all time low. When I drove up there was only one service writer available. Although I had an appointment, it was over an hour before they took my car into the shop. I was watching the service writers as others drove up. They looked at each other to see who drew the short straw to write up the next customer. I may check with the new dealer in Beaumont, to see if he can provide better service. I only drove to Philphott for the great service, this seems to be over.Ok, another 5,000 mile service visit. Initially this visit was better. The service writer came right out and was very friendly.Back to the previous visit. When I got home I got a text message from the service writer and a phone call that they had missed a recall and wanted me to return. Since the round trip is a hour I told them next time.Back to this visit. I ask the service writer to include the recall. She looked and could not find it. She stated she was new and she would notify the mechanic to include the recall. I said that would be great.While waiting I saw the previous service writer and ask her to look for recall. She found it and said she would have it added to the visit, I said great.After a 45 minutes I got a notification from cashier that my car was ready. I said great, finally a timely visit, and I didn t have an appointment. The cashier started reading to me what they had done. I said what about the recall. She said it was not on the list. Well there went the timely visit. An hour later, my car was ready. The entire time my car was in the shop for recall a mechanic was sitting at the desk of a service writer.What do you think?

Philpott Toyota does good work, their employees are polite and professional. They offer convenient shuttle service back and forth. They make it easy and simple when my automobile needs service or repair

5,000 miles scheduled maintenance on grand Highlander hybrid. Perfect! Wait on site was barely 20 minutes. In this time I was able to sit on a table and do some work on my laptop. Didn t know my car has a recall for 2nd key and they noticed and took care. Definitely a great experience.Update at 10k service, as good as last time. Didn t make appointment though, so I took 2 hours. They give me the 2nd key (which I forgot). In the meantime worked on my laptop using their guest WiFi.

Be very careful if you bring your vehicle to Phillpot Toyota for routine maintenance! I brought my truck in for its 75k service, and they left my engine air filter out of my truck! Had I not immediately stopped by a parts store to buy a new air filter, I wouldn't have noticed the missing filter and could've burned up my motor. Be sure to check your vehicles carefully after a Phillpot service!

Scheduled an oil change and it took over 2 hours. Was told that the mechanics want come to work. This is too long and they should have an express oil change like other dealerships do.

My appointment with Philpott Toyota was disappointing. Normally in and out, less than one hour for same service. Took over 2 hours! My husband isn't well and I very badly needed to get out, sooner.

Service department was very unsatisfactory with my repair request. Seemed not to want to service my car. Only interested in making me wait a long time. No estimate for costs for one and a half hours. Never going back there.

Arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time. had to wait for 15 minutes in 100 deg heat (in the shade) with no help offered. Went inside and got someone to help. Oil change and tire rotation was going to take 1-1.5 hrs. I waited for 1.5 hours and went to check on my car and it was still outside, and I was told it was next in line. I had to cancel the appointment and get my car because I had other things to do. I still don't understand the value of a reservation if I had to wait for hours because they are busy. Previous experiences were much better. gave a two star for good facility amenities, friendly staff, and past experience.

False advertising. The coupon I had showed $10 for a synthetic oil change, not $10 OFF! I was incorrectly & unfairly charged $75. When I complained to the Service person, she said just shrugged me off.

Tracy is wonderful. I love it when she is on duty. Brittany is great as well. So in short, the management here exhibits true excellence.The staff is friendly, professional and this place doesn't price gouge or take advantage of people like most auto places do. So, I like that.I normally hate going to the dealership service for car maintenance, but I like coming to Philpott. They take care of me, so I really can't complain. They ruined my tire. They put a patch that didn't hold and said oh well sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. They wanted to air it up and send me on my way risking a blow out. I made an appointment to have our Avalon serviced. I arrived shortly before the scheduled appointment and the service technician arranged for the assigned work to be completed and for transportation home as well as back to your facility later in the day.
