There is a young lady who helped get me a tire that I didn't know I had insurance for...I just want to say Thank you so much to Jacey Adams! You are the best!! If it wasn't for you I would have never knew or realize I still had insurance for some tires. She took really good care of me and the team was awesome too!! Thank you for all you do team Hyundai!! I drive often to Nederland to have service on my Santa Fe! I purchased from Philpott and I love the people there. While getting my car serviced I am able to plug up to my laptop and work. The store is very clean.

Today must have been a bad day for the staffEveryone was in a not so hospitality mood. The good customer service that I have gotten in the past must have been on Spring Break. I wasn't the only one that felt this wayCustomer service was on a low Today. But everyone is intitled to there opinion. I am praying that next visit they will be in a mood.

It took a while to get to my vehicle. However, the staff was great. They seemed very interested in resolving the issues with my vehicle. Even though the issue was not resolved in this visit, I left feeling that genuine effort was applied. Afterwards, the technician spent a good deal of time explaining the troubleshooting he did and the various options I had going forward. My issue seemed to be rare and not seen very often. I think all that could have been done on this visit was done.

Routine scheduled maintenance, along with a front end alignment were done in a timely manner.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Also, Service Center, including bathroom were very clean.

Cons men. The worst service Ive ever received in my life and it s a shame because my last vehicle was from them. Awhile back when I came in for service I told the woman at the counter I just needed an update (free) and I didn t want to do any extra services that day. I made that very clear. They dropped me off to my university and called my mom who had no idea I went to the dealership and had her say yes to fixing things on my car without knowing what was going on. They brought me back to the dealership after my classes and told me I owed $300 something dollars because they got a yes from my mom after ignoring that I told them I didn't want anything else touched to begin with. Haven t been back since because they left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great communication, friendly staff, and quick service. The new waiting area is great and the coffee taste wonderful as well. Maybe more comfortable chairs and cold drinks would be good.

I came in and purchased a new battery. When I went to pick my car up the car would not start. I needed a boost ro get my car started.Then I noticed something hanging from my car. This is the second this dealership has left something hanging.

I was very disappointed with my service. It's like since this company has the new shop. The service is getting longer and longer. I literally had to wait 2hrs just for an oil change and headlight replacement. I could understand if the technician provided info about my service once they found a problem that needed to be dealt with but to wait until I had to complain about how much longer was ridiculous. The receptionist was amazing and so sweet. It's just the technician taking their sweet time. Next time I'll leave my car and won't pickup it until they call. But knowing them they might not call until the next day.

The desk representative that handled my service request was unpleasant for whatever reason. Clearly she's a distressed employee that should've discussed whatever she was going through and kept it under wraps. She had the whole impatient agitated uncooperative attitude on display.

Arrived 5 minutes before appt. Car taken in immediantly. Directed to fanciest waiting area ever seen. Service was quick and minor problem taken care of. In and out in 50 minutes.

The reason I gave it only three stars is because this was a recall paint job. The paint job looks great. But I don t feel like I should of had to pay any portion of the cost since it was a recall. I was told I had to pay 35% because it was over three years. I purchased the vehicle in 2020. The vehicle is a 2016. The paint did not start peeling until 2022! So I don t feel like I should have had to pay anything!Service: Painting

Even though I had my vehicle serviced in January it was not on January 31, 2024. The part in question had been on order since November 2023 and probably would still have been on order (or where ever it was) had I not called and inquired about it.

Friendly personnel. Oil change and fluids done but tire pressure was not done after rotation like they said it was. First service for the car so this is my only experience with them.

From start to finish everyone was polite and knowledgeable. I was in constant contact with a service representative. My car was fixed by an awesome mechanic. I was very pleased with the service and care I was given by hyundai service.

I needed to get my car s windshield wiper fixed and it was done in no time flat. I even had their driver take me to get some breakfast while I waited. I had just purchased a Genesis and the passenger side wiper arm wouldn t move. They fixed it and also replaced a canister that was recalled which I didn t know about but was picked up when they did a diagnostic test. All free of charge. Great service and great people!!
