Went to shop for a vehicle after our Sonata got totaled. My wife made an appointment to see three vehicles, however one of those was unavailable. She was Notified that it would not be available to see but the others were..Zachary (Zach) Chance was amazing. He met us as we entered and was really ready to help us. He followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. I would recommend working with him.Thank you so much for your help.Everything was great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We chose their 2021 Jeep compass 80th anniversary model.

The new location of Philpott Hyundai is bright, spacious and welcoming.The service waiting area is pleasant, well stocked with coffee, water, snacks and healthy fruit options. The service technicians are friendly and take good care of the vehicle. Anyone who walks by in that area, makes it a point to check in on your comfort and needs.At this location, the intake specialists always meet you at the car, and get you checked in quickly and effortlessly.Always come prepared with your coupons and special offers and show it to the intake specialist to ensure they apply it properly.Also, it's best to come in with lowered expectations of being treated well by some of the intake specialist. On recent service trip, the attitude of the intake specialist and the interactions through out the service created an underwhelming experience, and this after being a customer at Philpott Hyundai of Nederland for 14+ years, and having 3 different Hyundai vehicles serviced here.Thankfully, the service technician's work and the comfortable service waiting area made up for some of it.

This dealership was very accommodating, helpful and patient. Especially with three kids. They worked hard to get my family and I into a great vehicle. My kids and I love the space in our Honda Odyssey . 100% recommended. Their customer service was also top notch

Philpott Hyundai has been the best car experience I have ever had, and I m 65yrs old! They worked with me to get the numbers down that needed to be at! Jacob is the best sales person and Jason is the best ever sales manager! I have recommended them to everyone I see so far!!

These people were GREAT. We worked with Megan and another gentleman. I don t remember his name i believe he was a finance manager. I highly recommend them. They were able to work with my situation and get me in a great car with a great deal. We will definitely be return customers.

Everyone at the dealership is extremely nice and professional. The place is spotless. We were treated with respect from the moment we walked in the door. Our salesman, Robert Thornhill, really knew the details of the Palisade we purchased - he explained all of the functions and each button (better than the youtube videos we had watched). Robert was a pleasure to work with and a big part of the reason we returned and purchased the vehicle from Philpott.

Jason helped me make the right decision trading in my vehicle for a 2023 Tucson hybrid. I was only in town visiting and new I couldn t pass up the deal. He was patient and friendly. He took his time to explain everything to me and gave me a great deal on my trade in. I m so grateful he met us in the lot that day. I appreciate him so much. 10/10 would recommend him and the dealership!

Me and My husband bought a brand new 2024 Palisade and we are so in love with the car! Joe made everything so easy and smooth from the start with communicating on eta of delivery of the car to the purchasing of the car! He found exactly what we were looking for, would highly recommend him, if on the market for a car. The whole dealership was welcoming and nice and made our purchase so easy!

Just had the pleasure of buying my first Hyundai from Philpott, it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I buy vehicles regularly and rarely can I say from start to finish the process was a great experience. They gave me a fair amount from my trade, finance didn t try to fight me on rates or additional purchases, overall great experience.

Update: My new 2024 Hyundai Palisade came in and I'm loving it. Meagan McKown was terrific and very helpful in showing me all the bells and whistles. Jarret Jenkinson helped me get the deal done. Thanks again GM Rick Kruger - you have a great bunch of people working with you. I encourage others to check out Philpott Hyundai!!!I came in looking for a vehicle for myself and one for my granddaughter. After talking with the GM Rick Kruger who was very very helpful, I decided on a Hyundai Palisade and a Hyundai Tuscon. Not knowing much about Hyundai, Sales Associate Meagan McKown gave me a tour of the Palisade and the Tuscon and accompanied me on a test drive of both vehicles helping me to learn about each of their features. She and Rick worked with me much of the morning into the afternoon trying to find the best fit for my needs. I can't say enough about how comfortable each of them made me feel. No pressure, no high sales pitch. I ended up finding just the right fit for myself and my granddaughter & Finance Manager Cory Lunceford got me set up. Thanks Philpott Hyundai! I ve been using Philpott Hyundai since I bought my Hyundai in 2022. I ve had an overall wonderful experience. The staff has always been professional and kind to me. I love the new facility, it is amazing and I like my car being serviced at clean facilities. As a note my last oil change and tire rotation a few days ago, I did notice my tire pressures were not adjusted. The rear tires had more tire pressure than the front tires because they were rotated without adjustment. While this does not warrant me to take a star off because this is a small issue and does not necessarily a reflect the company in whole. I do not know if the tech was in a rush due to being busy or simply forgot. However, I would hope this is noted because even though it is a small issue I would hope other small things are not rushed over or forgotten in the future. I m very particular about my vehicle and when I pay for a service and it states on the receipt air pressure adjusted I would expect that to happen. It could potentially be a safety issue or cause uneven tire wear issues. Again I want to reiterate that overall I ve had a wonderful experience and I will still continue to use Philpott Hyundai for my vehicle.

Our salesman was Robert Thornhill. Robert was a newer salesman to Hyundai but was courteous and attentive. We had no complaints with Robert.Our finance man seemed forceful and not forthcoming. We had not agreed on finance numbers and were called in and told to sign papers without discussion of the interest rate. When we stopped him and asked him to explain it to us, he seemed taken back and was short but did explain it after we asked.The car was clean and prepared for us when we arrived to test drive it and fueled up before we left. There was a small chip in the paint and the dealership agreed to mail us some touch up paint at no cost.Overall experience was okay.

I m so livid with this dealership! I took my car there for a recall; upon inspection I was told I needed a new belt. I said sure I ll pay for it. I picked my car up. About a week later my car stops in the middle of the highway. I raise the hood to see the new belt they put on was raveled all in the car. I then called them as it was around six pm and they re supposed to be open. No answer! I called the next day and they pick it up later they say oh it s your tensioner. I asked why wasn t this told to me beforehand? It was fine we he put it on it just broke. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. To make matters worse, the person that worked on my car is no longer there after only a week. Not to mention I didn t let them touch it as I brought my own Mechanic who drove my car after they gave me a new belt and said there is nothing wrong with my tensioner. This has been such an ordeal for me! I beg you don t take your car here for service.

Everyone was so friendly from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Joe was very kind showing me the tech stuff in the car since I didn t have all that in my truck! The manager even came out to chat a minute and wanted to make sure I was happy with the car. The finance department gentleman was very helpful also he went through everything with me and explained the all the options. This store has the best team!! Oh and nobody made me feel like I was being pushed into closing the deal like some other places did

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like we mattered. Meagan was our salesperson and she was excellent. We looked at 2 different cars and she explained all the features for both. We decided on the Hyundai Elantra N Line. The whole process was smooth. We weren t pressured into getting something we didn t want. Meagan went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely keep her in mind for future purchases and refer her to friends and family. Wonderful experience.

Went in looking at a specific car after a bad experience at another dealership (not Hyundai) I was very skeptical due to my recent experience. I'm glad I decided to go to Philpott we were greeted by Jason Simon and he helped us through our complete buying experience and was a very smooth process. The Finance Manager Cory was great and helpful also when we got to the end step. We met the manager and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. No hidden extra fees added at the end or dishonesty like we had witnessed before. I thank Jason and Cory and Philpott for helping us get a car that had every single thing I wanted in it. If you are looking give them a try. They just moved into a brand new building and lot and they will be receiving their new EV soon (charger already installed in the lot).

This is my sixth Hyundai to own. Jason, Kevin and Josh were absolutely amazing to deal with. I have always had a fabulous experience with Philpott Hyundai. Their service department is incredible. Otis and his crew always do their best to get you in and out. We are super excited about our new 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and will always buy Hyundai. Philpott Hyundai is the best around. Go see them!!!

Had such a great experience working with Joe and Kevin. I've never felt so welcomed and relaxed when trying to buy a car. These two worked with me and bent over backwards to make a deal happen. 100% would recommend these guys to anyone.
