If you need to know what is wrong with your check engine light just let O'Reilly Auto Part put this underneath your dashboard and they will tell you for free you don't have to go to the dealer for them to let you wait an hour or two and tell you what is not wrong with it O'Reilly will tell you what's wrong with it and it might just be because of your gas cap not tight

Pretty good place to go for auto parts and prices are pretty fair given the hike in prices on everything lately in the economy the only issue I had and which is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of five is I purchased a battery from them a year and a half ago with a three year warranty I had issue with the battery so I charged it up enough to drive the car to orielys and also brought my voltmeter so I could check the voltage before and while I was there I asked them to check the battery for me it took two of the workers to come out and try to check with their machine both of them argued that the battery was good so I tried to start the car to leave and the car would not start they tried their jump box and it would not jump it I put mine on there it also would not jump it and my battery was showing well below the voltage of a good battery so I was able to get the battery up to 12 volts so they could again try their tester and finally after back and forth telling them the battery was no good they decided I was in fact correct and they finally exchanged the battery but no hard feelings at the end of the day car is back up and running and I'm happy

Always the most helpful parts location I can call. Delivery quick for commercial and discounts with break down pricing, great prices and product help for the every day driver. Bryce & Keith have been great on First Call lines, while Monty, Jeremah, Mr. Curtis, Dylan and others have helped in many areas mechanic shops need most. 5 stars any day.

The staff were incredibly helpful in helping me locate the specific bulb I needed and Patrick personally came outside and helped me change my front lights. I highly recommend coming here

I needed a new battery today. They were if great help in testing my old battery & calling me to tell me it was bad. Had a friend take it in. O'Reilly's had the new battery waiting for me & loaded it for me into my client's SUV.Thank you for the assist.

My son was having issues with his AC blowing cold so I told him to stop in and buy some refrigerant. I have recharged my own AC plenty of times so I thought I knew what I was doing. When I couldn t get the connection to fit, we went back to the store where I believe the mans name was James that helped us. He came outside and we searched until we found the correct port to connect to. He helped me button it all back up and my son no longer had to sweat driving to and from school and work. In my opinion, he went above and beyond and we certainly appreciate the time he took to help us.

Wish I could say the customer service was wonderful. There were two young people that didn't know how to operate the computers so they spent a good part of the time that I was standing there yelling for some woman named Lily who was the only one who could get them into the computer. 15 minutes later when she finally comes out of the back looking like she just woke up she tells me there's no way to look up the part that I need and that I should just go dig through the bolts I'm not kidding.

Had to get my battery changed on Jan 20 and Stewart and his coworker were very helpful, was more labor than I expected having to remove the old battery out of the tray and remove the air filter to be able to get a wrench into it for the new installation but they were very helpful and professional throughout the process, would ve been a lot more headache doing it by myself
