I didn't buy my Outback here, but I do use their service department and it is outstanding. I was there last for a routine service covered by my warranty and it went great. JK also washed my car and clearly explained to me what they did to my car. Also, they explained what to expect next. I'm highly satisfied and will be back.

We originally went here for another vehicle..(nissan armada).....was very nice...but would not meet our towing needs...my research concluded this after looking at it .....my salesman was Shane Tucker.......we met with him on the first vehicle and was super nice and great guy to deal with....we had hit it off well and enjoyed the no pressure sales attitude he had....I hate being rushed or pushed....Shane done neither....which was great....we had a good friendly conversation on vehicles,business , and just a good ole chat about things in general....was nice to deal with a real person...."not a textbook company programmed salesman"......we did not buy the armada....but we did return and purchased the Ford f150 they had..everything was great ... taking care of the final paperwork was fast and easy also....which brings in Geri Maxwell , who was the one who finished our sale paperwork....ours was a little out of the norm purchase since this vehicle will be registered apportioned....which they have never done....she was extremely nice and very willing to learn how to do this type sale and paperwork...which we talked and made other contacts with d.o.t. to help out in doing so....Geri was great in our conversation on the process that most dealerships are unfamiliar with...in a nutshell everyone there at JK Subaru was great to deal with..... especially Shane Tucker and Geri Maxwell...thanks again.... We were driving from Houston to Boston and these good people bent over backwards to help us when our oil light kept flashing on and off. Their service dept was closed (late Saturday afternoon), but they jumped right in to figure out the problem. Thank you!

BEST DEALER EVER!!! Greg Chipman was so kind and held my hand through the whole process. He was straight forward and never pressured me into anything and gave me the best price! We drove 3.5 hours with traffic to purchase this vehicle mainly for the staff and the outstanding customer service. I had been working with several other dealers and was having trouble getting the things I wanted without the people being dishonest and feeling pressured. Despite the really really long day it was TOTALLY WORTH IT. Please if your interested in buying a Subaru and want honest, great customer service drive to Nederland Texas.

My husband and I are previous Subaru owners and knew when the time was right we wanted to upgrade to the Ascent. We worked with Pat Smith over the course of year before we were ready to order. She was always available to answer our questions, but never pushed us into buying until we were ready. When the time came for us to order, it was a simple and smooth process. We were given a fair price working with the management team, which was exactly what we paid when it was ready to be picked up. Pat has been an asset to helping us learn all of the great features of our new Ascent! We are loving our second Subaru and would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Stacey the sales rep. is great, he was able to find me an 2023 BRZ with the exact specs and color that I wanted. On top of all that, I got the car at MSRP and buying process was haggle free, quick and seamless. To put in perspective, I was trying to buy a Gr86(basically the same car) from Toyota. However, the markups was $5-10k above MSRP, if I wanted a specific color I would had to work with dealership outside of TX. The Toyota sales reps. also never mention any dealership network that they might have, or even bother to go through their system to help me find what I wanted. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I would strongly recommend JK Subaru. You can expect a hassle free purchasing process, transparency, and excellent customer's support before and after purchasing your vehicle.

Having issue with rear hatch alarm chirping. Can t open from inside or outside. Chirps constantly when moving car. Checked manual then called service. Lady said she d call my husband back as I am out of state trying to help. 30 minutes went by do I called again. This lady said she d check service dept. for someone to help. 30 more minutes go by so I call again. Explain to guy what was going on and what we were told. He checked service and since they close at 1, no one was around to help. I wish they had told me or at least let my husband know no one was available. Have had services done there with no issue but not happy with what happened today.

Excellent customer service. From thesalesman to the financing department,to the service manager. Everythingfrom finding the vehicle I wanted tonegotiating and putting down thedeposit was all done by phone. Whenarriving to pick up my car, everythingwas as agreed to, especially thefinancing terms. Was signing and outthe door within 45 minutes. Includingtest drive. Best of many car buying experiences.

We bought 2 cars from them in 6 months because Subaru's are great vehicles and JK is a great dealership! There was no pressure to buy nor to buy add ons. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. We're actually thinking of buying from them again in 2023 when our oldest gets her driver's license. I highly recommend stopping in!

The saleswoman was amazing and really earned our business. They really helped me and my wife out with ordering our vehicle and helping get the finance documents completed with my crazy traveling work schedule. BUT it was all down hill from there. They delivered our brand new vehicle unwashed with the dirt lines from the protective plastic adhesive and severely over-inflated tires. After that it was hit or miss, MOSTLY MISS with their service department. After completely botching our windshield repair and refusing to fix it, we parted ways with these clowns. I would not be surprised if this dealership is out of business in the near future. Bottom line... they DO NOT take care of their customers!Response: At the time this occurred, I did speak to someone who claimed to be Daylyn Turner. What a joke! This guy did absolutely nothing but believe the bold face lies his service manager made up to explain her poor customer service. For instance, she claimed my insurance company cancelled my first windshield replacement appointment and that is the reason they had a "B-Team" subcontractor do the work in the first place. This is very interesting since my insurance company had nothing to do with me making the appoinment and weren't even aware of the appointment because they had agreed to an OEM replacement and they were simply reimbursing me. Also, she scheduled a warranty vent fan replacement and then they didn't even have the part. Always excuses and lies when we drove over an hour for the appointments. At every level, this dealership's service and maintenance department fails to deliver.

This was my first time buying a car and I went all around the area. The people here didn't try to force me into anything. They were more than any other place I'd been to. Amazing customer service and made my car purchase so simple and efficient. Everything was explained to me in terms I can understand easily. 5 stars for sales ((Bilal is exceptional)but i have an issue with service - my ascent received an urgent safety recall. I called and got an appointment - but I asked them to either drop me at my workplace or give me a loaner car. She said they don t have shuttle service and they don t have a loaner. So what am I supposed to do ? Not go to work ? After dropping the car - what do I do - wait for hours ? She couldn t tell me how long the wait would be. More importantly there was no effortFrom her to help me out! Just left it up in the air!!! She could have at least said she would talk to the manager and get back to me !! But no such gesture! Hoping service department would improve or at least be courteous ?!

Walking in for the first time, talking to the staff about a car I bought used (not from them), I was welcomed with open arms. Everyone was very eager to help me and answer any questions I had, and I had quite a few. I felt like I had been a customer for 20 years with them. They were open and honest about my issues I had and explained my options even if it wasn't going through their service department to get the work done. Being my first Subaru I knew very little about them and I feel more than comfortable going back to them for any questions or services I made need.

Best car buying experience I ve ever had. No high-pressure sales like other dealers, fair pricing and friendly staff. We drove from Dallas for a specific car and I d happily make the drive again in future.

Service department is terrible. We had a good salesman when we purchased and were sold everything extra warranty wise you could buy but boy that service department is not accommodating at all. Salesman is gone now too so no one to fall back on about details of the sale.

EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!I honestly wish that other dealerships in Beaumont could go here to see how they should treat their customers. Jacob is AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, he spent time going over all the safety features, and technology that was in the car . The car was sold in a non pushy way. I felt that I was given a great deal for my trade, and they truly listened as evidenced by putting me in a payment that I could afford. On top of everything else the have a free maintenance pan for new car owners. I can not say enough about how great of a car buying experience this was. I LOVE my new Subaru Legacy!!!

I called a lot of Subaru dealers in the state. JK Subaru was the only one I found not charging a market adjustment or mandatory add-ons. Bilal was great to work with - very patient and not pushy at all.I would 100% recommend this dealership.

I didn't realize how frustrating was to buy a car, and because I am a woman, some dealerships didn't take me seriously, I felt mistreated. I was almost ready to give up until I got to JK Subaru. Their staff was super polite, they took their time to listen to my needs and more importantly my budget. It was so smooth!! And the car is amazing...a year and a half now, and they have a very satisfied client. Thank you!!

Had a very good experience buying our Outback here. The sales person Jacob was very upfront and honest, and a pleasure to work with. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They always meet and exceed my expectations when servicing my car while helping me keep costs down (except their contract detailing service- total thumbs down). They always help me keep my busy schedule by providing me a loaner or rental vehicle or shuttle service while they are taking care of my car. I love JK Subaru!

I bought 2 Subarus from JK Subaru. Blake Harrington was a phenomenal salesmen. There's no one else I would've wanted to help me through the stressful process of finding a new vehicle. He ensured I got a fair trade on my truck and had my new WRX ready for my as soon as I showed up. Hands down the best salesmen I've had the pleasure of working with.

I love my Subaru! I'm changing my review from a year ago. I'm still somewhat cautious of the leadership and integrity of the dealership however they have improved their customer relations. I'm still having difficulty concerning my previous Subaru and the sloppy manner in which the paperwork was handled. Therefore, my faith in their professionalism has not changed.
