My car broke down and the manager Dwayne was super helpful! He was very honest and explained the process every step of the way. The entire staff worked very fast to help get us back on the road and even tried helping us find a rental car in case they had to work on my car a little longer. They were able to fix our issue and get us back on the road and even called us the next day to make sure my car was still running okay. Overall GREAT staff, we d be stranded without them! Thank you Firestone!

4 times I ve tried to use this location and if you aren t able to leave your vehicle for 8+ hours I recommend going somewhere else. They open earlier than most places (7AM) so I ve tried being the first one there and was told it would be after 2PM for an oil change and tire rotation. I do not recommend this business.

I bought 4 A/T tires for my truck on 6-21-23 from Firestone on Nederland ave, Nederland, Texas. I had an appointment at 7am and got there before 7. I was the first one there when the top manager unlocked the door. At 7:30 my truck was still not being worked on, manager said the guy that does it hasn t come in yet, I guess they set their own hours. You could tell he wasn t happy about me asking. I paid $1400.00 for tires and road hazard. 8-9-23 I get a nail in my tire so I call Firestone to see if I can bring it in, he say s yes but they are busy so I ll have to leave it, no problem or so I thought. I drop my truck off at 11 am. I had an appointment with my colon surgeon at 5 pm so she could go over the colon surgery that is scheduled for 8-14-23. At 3 pm I was getting a little nervous about making the meeting so I called Firestone and asked them the status of my truck. Well that s when the manager got a tone and said they haven t gotten to it yet and that I didn t make an appointment. 4 hours for 1 nail, wow tough job. Thankfully I found someone who could take me talk to the surgeon. Just finishing up the surgeon meeting at 5:30 pm when Firestone calls that after 6 hours they finally got that 1 nail out and that they close at 6. Told them I can t make it before they close so leave my truck locked and I ll pick it up. When I got home something told me to look and see if the lug key was there, surprise, no. Glad I didn t have a flat on the way home. 7 the next morning I call and they said yes we have it, I guess they needed more than me, I go pick it up. Today, 8-11-23 I get in my truck and the tire that had the nail removed was showing 17 psi, wow. I took it to a place that has people that know what they are doing and low and behold when he put soap on the tire it a lot of nice bubbles. The patch was hanging on by half, great job Firestone. See pictures. What ever you do avoid this place and go somewhere else, I have to eat road hazard money because I wouldn t take a child s tricycle to them. Brain dead morons from the top down. Top manager is rude when you catch him in a lie, doesn t need to be talking to the public that s for sure. If I can prevent 1 person from having to deal with these people because once they have your money you re nothing to them then I guess the money I lose on road hazard will be worth it.

Every time I enter this store no matter what time of day the wait is always 3-5 hours. I drove down the road 2 mins for my flat repair. They jumped on it and didn't charge me. Will never use Firestone in Nederland,Tx again. The worker proceeded to argue with me saying that's just the way it is. Ok.

I came to Firestone with a lot of issues with my truck and Mike and the other guys there did everything they could to help me out and they did it with excellent service excellent attitude and didn t excellent job five out of five stars I would come back here for any service I had

I want to say that Dewayne went well over for customer service had no problem with him or the wait time for our car but issue was for the Firestone credit card had and paid it off but since I haven't used it in a while they closed my account didn't tell me when I called a couple weeks ago and also called Dewayne called this morning and made sure I had enough to do the work I needed for my car still no one said about the account being closed him and the other guy that was in there was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of definitely very well customer serviceService: Brakes

Went in for inspection and tire repair. Employees were very nice. Inspection went great, of course, but was told that one tire was repaired and the other nothing was in it, and that I should just buy new tires from them. After telling them I'd be back if I decided on new tires (to replace the ones I've barely had for a year, mind you) , here we are a week later and neither tire was repaired.Will not be back. Will find more honest service elsewhere.

They get one star because the customer service was good but they price gouged the snot out of me was willing to eat it at first, but then they added more parts. I pulled up the auto parts store they got parts from and showed the guy it was more than double the price they sold there premium OEM replacement for so he knocked it down but increased the labor to make up the difference go anywhere else and save your money.

Went to get new tires. After I initially left, I had to return to the store because my tpms sensors weren t working correctly and the tires hadn t been properly inflated. Once all the tires were properly inflated, one of the sensors was still not picking up. I was asked to drive around and bring my vehicle back in the morning. Showed up the following morning and after being told it would be a 30 minute fix, I ended up waiting nearly three hours just to end up being told unfortunately they can t fix it to go to the dealership. They blamed it on my abs light showing up. Yet when I brought the vehicle in, all of my sensors were working correctly. If a customer goes and buys new tires, the vehicle needs to go back to the customer in the same condition in which it was received. Further yet, they should make sure all tires are properly inflated and make sure all tpms sensors are back and functioning properly before returning vehicle back to the customer.Service: Tires

Make sure you get your lug key. this was the last place I had anything done To my tires and my lug key is gone. They said best they can do is put regular lugs on and it be hours.

They were do courteous & went beyond yo help me get my flat off my car after the lug nut lock got stripped. I was very concerned about successfully getting the lug off but they didn't give up. Put a new tire on aftetwards & had it ready to pick up when I got off work.

Avoid this place like the plague. This is the second time I ve walked away from service here because they try to upsell unnecessary parts and labor your vehicle doesn t need. Tried to get two rotors replaced, that s it. Three hours after my appointment time, they come back with nothing but a quote for nearly $1000 to replace my rotors, calipers, fluid and some other items, and wouldn t just replace my rotors like I asked. Took it to another credible shop down the road and got them replaced for $350 and my brakes are 100% working fine. I ll never step foot in here again.

I was set up with a cfna credit card through Firestone in 2019/18 bought tires for my truck, and recently had a friend borrow that truck for an extended period of time, he caught a nail and brought the tire in for a warranty replacement, a Firestone rep charged $66.60 to my account on September 22 2022, without my authorization, changed my name in there system to have my first name and my friends last name, because I had not used my credit card I had not thought to check it, that is until this month January 2023 when I needed tired on one of my other vehicles, I call to verify my account, and find that my credit card is over 3 months behind, this charge has ballooned to $180+, my credit limit has dropped from 1600$ to 600$ due to being flagged as a account no longer in good standing, and there's nothing cfna will do about it, this has now also affected my credit so unless you want your credit card used by someone else I wouldn't go to Firestone

Terrible service. Came in at 8am and scheduled a 3pm appointment to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Arrived on time, and waited over 45 mins before my car was even touched. The complete service took over 2 hours!! Took way to long for such a simple job. We will not be returning to this location.

Terrible customer service and lack of talent at this location. They only want to set toe and go, without actually taking the time to properly perform an alignment. After THEIR recommendation to purchase adjustable control arms I took it back to have it aligned. They've been aligning this truck for a year but couldn't get the camber right. I was told it would be 2 hours to complete but they waited to call me 4 hours later and 15 minutes before they closed so I couldn't ask them to redo the alignment. Per the technician on the phone, they were "afraid to touch the arms". The other tech that came and talked to me was very condescending and exclaimed that he was certified and he could "educate" me but not before accusing me of adding "10 inches of lift" and calling me a liar. Obviously trying to belittle me, I obliged and asked him to educate me and show me why they can't perform the adjustment, he decided he'd just give me a refund instead of just doing his job. This type of attitude and lack of customer service in the name of just being LAZY. Look somewhere else, the lifetime alignment isn't worth it if they don't know what they're doing.

Scheduled oil change for 10 am. out by 11. Even honored our expired coupon. Second vehicle we have had serviced there. Never disappointed. Thank you Nederland Firestone

Do not recommend. I sent my wife to them for an oil change and told them to specifically put Ford Motorcraft oil and filter on. They pushed her for whatever reason saying they recommend Pennzoil filter. Plus charging me over $200 for the service. Sad that you force a woman to do something that she has no clue about the difference. Hope y all sleep at night

I went in to get my tires balanced and rotated since I bought them there, so it was covered by the lifetime contract. They were able to get to my car right away which was great; most places close at 6 pm, and they stay open until 7. I took my daughters around the corner to Romero's for dinner while we were waiting on the car to get done. When they called to let me know it was done, I was informed that they found a nail in one of the tires, but since I used fix-a-flat to stop the leak, they had to replace the tire which had already been done. At this point I was a little irritated that they didn't call me to discuss this before obligating me to pay for a tire I didn't need, and I let them know this. The young lady I talked to, Stephanie B., said that I was right, and they should have called me first to discuss the problem. She took care of the issue, and I wasn't charged for the tire. I say all of this to give Stephanie B. the credit she's deserved. It takes maturity to admit that you made a mistake and even more to remedy the problem. I appreciated the ease at which this was resolved. Kudos to you Stephanie B.

I had to leave an appointment for an alignment after I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I called some place else and got in immediately. I've previously had good experiences, but taking in a vehicle right before a scheduled appointment without notifying me is frustrating.
