This place has always been honest and fast when I've gone here. I had one shop try to con me out of all new brakes, but I took it here for a second opinion. They showed the pads to me and let me know they still had some life in them. Had another shop tell me I needed new tire sensors when all I needed was my spare tire filled. Not making the same mistake again and just going here first.

Woke up this morning out of coffee and a huge screw in my tire. I went to Cy-Fair as soon as they opened at 8:00 am. I have never been here before i usually use the used tire shope across from Exyogen. I told the Cy-Fair guy I was walking to Sonic for coffee and i would be right back. When i got back, my tire was plugged, and let's just say for as cheap as it could get. I will go back on my lunch break to tip the guy since I had no cash. This will be my go-to place from here on out. Highly recommend!

I ve used Cy-fair in the past with no issues, but usually dealt with a younger guy that was behind the counter. We dealt with an older male wearing glasses this time. Today (10-23-2023 at about 1230) we went in there to get the tires on a new truck with 7k miles rotated and balanced. I actually said rotated, mount, and balanced. Apparently this was the wrong lingo and he gave me a look like I should know the tire lingo and corrected me by saying you mean rotated and balanced. Then he asked how many miles on the truck, I told 7k miles he made a face and asked if it was giving us issues. I said no, it s new truck and trying to prevent issues. Then he made a snide sound and said oook. About this time, the wife was fed up with his snide comments and looks. We left and went to Modica brothers. We will not be returning.

They saved me today! Not only was the price awesome for a new tire, they knew I was on a time crunch to get to my kids so they rushed my tire and getting me out the door! Won't go anywhere else from here on out! Thanks guys

They plugged my tire in LESS THAN TEN MINUTES wait time and did it for FREE!The people at Discount Tire had me at $500+ for two new tires because they can't plug tires and couldn't let me out of the bay with the tread I had on my tires.HIGHLY recommend them for speed, service and obviously price point.When I do get new tires, I'll gladly return here.

I will always be a loyal customer to these guys. They are really the best. I feel comfortable and confident going to them knowing that they aren't going to try to rip me off. They have always been straightforward with my vehicle's needs without pressuring me to make unnecessary purchases. They are always kind to my children as well!

Had a nail in our rental vehicle tire and they got us right in. It could not be fixed and we had to take it to the rental agency for an exchange but they filled it up for us, no charge. Thank you for the help and great service.

I purchased a new set of tires back in 2020. I also purchased road hazard for the life of the tires. I had to drive to Montana for work and had two of the tires fail before the expected time. I brought the set of tires back to the local Cy-Fair shop and asked for a pro- rated refund. The staff was helpful and gave me a decent refund. I will definitely be a repeat customer

I pulled up with not a single customer there and asked them to install & balance 4 tires. It took them just under 3 hours to install and balance 4 tires. One employee worked while 3 others sat around and did nothing. Will not be returning

Called them up and was able to pay for my tires over the phone and drop my car off before work(it was early and they were closed) and was able to pick it up when I got off ...(late...also closed)! They were very accommodating and had good prices! Customer service went above and beyond my expectations! Highly recommend!

Had to go to Cy-fair tire this morning, couldn't really afford new tires at the moment, Larry and everyone were exceptionally helpful! Very friendly and fast!

The staff is super helpful. I ve had great experiences every time I ve gone from tires to windshield wipers the guys at the front desk, Stefan and Aaron, were able to get me what I needed without absurd prices. Highly recommended!

David was great he new what he was doing did not damage my ram, tire are car in anyway. Checked all my tires and was done in a good amount of time. David was very nice impolite. I will come back!

I have utilized this shop multiple times for mine, and my family s, vehicles. The work is always done correctly and as quickly as they are able. The employees there have always been friendly, professional, and caring. I definitely recommend this location, and will continue to use them in the future!

Cy-Fair Tire Road Service provided AMAZING service. I want to give a huge shout out to Josh who swooped in like the Superman that he was because he definitely saved the day. I had a bad blowout on the freeway and it could have ended so badly, not to mention, I couldn t get anyone to help me. However, Cy-Fair Tire Road Service really came through for me and I will ALWAYS be grateful. Thanks again Josh

I had a great experience. Aaron and stefan at the front desk were a huge help. I had the wrong sized tires put on by a different company. They got me the right sized tires and found the best deal. They got my vehicle done super fast too. I would highly recommend this location and I will be coming back to cy fair in nederland when the needed

Can begin to describe the level of dedication these guys have. Stefan helped me so much, was refered by a friend after recently moving to Texas with my fiance and decided to take the hour long trip here for new tires from where we are located in Crosby. Let me tell you what, great decision. Called the day before tires were there and the change out was speedy and detailed. Prices were more than fair and I think yall have a new continuous customer in myself and my fiance!

Stefan just swept me off my feet and took me for a good time to get tires. I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable this man could be. I asked god for help with tires and here came Stefan halo and all to answer my prayers. This man is gods gift for tires. 5 halo rating all day.

Had a blow out on our camper while heading to Crystal beach, after we stopped a few places with no luck found this place they had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes I highly recommend them

Poor service and just down right rude to my face. I asked for conventional oil for my oil change and they put synthetic oil instead. When I went back to complain, some man named Larry said, "Better luck next time." Didn't even give me a refund. I am never going back to this place.

Needed new tires on my ride, called and got the quote over the phone. Very knowledgeable finding the right tire for my car. Great group of people at the Nederland store.
