My battery died on me, was still under warranty, and it was checked, taken from my truck, replaced, and sent on my way with a courteous staff member

Helpful and friendly staff. Karianne is the best. Explains everything and very competent. Fast service as well. Takes time over the phone to make sure customer understands any issues they're having with vehicle. Would go back just for her.

Advance Auto Parts always seems to have items that I can't find at other auto part stores. If you need knowledgeable advise go to this store and ask for Carmichael. He's been in the business for quite some time and definitely knows his stuff!

Worst shop for auto parts. The refrigerant was not working. Don't take their recommended auto repair shop across the street called Auto/car correct which is a Money skimmer

Employees seem nice .. Not a lot of waiting around to get waited on.some items are more expensive than competitor's but they sometimes have what the others don't stock....

Employee not only told me where the jacks were, he came out from behind the counter and answered my questions. He knew about the auto parts they sold.
