Service was great. Only issue was the person returning my car or technician got dirt and oil on my seat cover and floor mat. I would recommend putting plastic over customer seat and paper floor mat. Thanks David Lewis

Got a flat tire while passing through the area and was referred to Jarvis. Very friendly staff and didn t pressure to buy more than the replacement (even though we decided to since we were going to be traveling a long distance). The workers who fixed our vehicles were very knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all our questions. Clean waiting area with coffee, water, and WiFi clean bathrooms too! Very pleasurable experience despite the misfortune of the flat tire. We only waited about 30 mins as well

The team at Jarvis was extremely helpful and quick- we were only there for about 30 minutes for a full set of tires. Their waiting area is comfortable and beautiful, with plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. Their services and products are very fairly priced. We bring all of our business and personal vehicles here from College Station and will continue to do so in the future.

My daughter moved from Oregon recently to Texas. Right before she moved she had new tires installed on her car since she had a terrific local tire store here in Oregon. When she had an un-repairable tire issue in Texas we were refered to Jarvis. They took complete care of the issue! No drama! Really nice to know that great customer service still exists in our world! Thank You

Not Happy: went in to have a Flat repaired, and left with $500 worth of damage, and no repair (hey, but it was "Free of Charge", LOL).3/22 - Bad Monday - ran over a discarded Sawz-All Blade in 6-month old truck, and tires with less than 8k miles on them. Swapped out my spare at work, and took the flat tire over to Jarvis, whom I've used in the past, with OK service. They took my Tire off the Rim, came back into their office and told me the sidewall was damaged, and I'd need to replace it. The Tires were Goodyear, which they don't sell, so I asked them to load the Rim and Tire up, and what I owed - they said "no charge, but come in for your next inspection". I then stopped at another local shop that sold Goodyear, and ordered (2) new Tires (I've always replaced in pairs). After returning to work, I noticed that Jarvis had damaged my Rim while removing the tire; my Rims are powder coated gloss black aluminum (2020 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss). I got back into the truck returned to Jarvis.Back at Jarvis, I spoke with the Manager: I showed him where they had gouged the coating, and into the base material, 360-degees around the face of the Rim. I said Hey, you guys have to make this right - it's a brand-new truck!". He acknowledged the mistake and said they'd take care of it; I questioned what this would be: he said they'd rework it, based on the fact that a new Rim was "$1,000" vs. a repair at "$200". He said this would take 2-3 days; I asked him "What am I supposed to do without a spare for 3 days?" This is where things went south: he became cavalier and smug about the issue, and basically said that was all he was willing to do, and it was otherwise my problem. Reluctantly, I told him to go ahead (based on the information I had at the time).Returning to work, I called my GM Dealer: they had the Rims in stock in Houston, for $433, plus a $50 core charge. I asked my wife to pick it up for me, while she was in Houston. I then let Jarvis know that a new Rim only cost $433, not $1,000 and asked them to just replace my Rim. They refused, and the salesman said they d rework my old one, and that "I don't do bad work" (he said this without a hint of irony, LOL). Later that day, I had my new Tires put on, along with new Rim, at Discount Tire (where I should have gone to begin with). Today, Jarvis called and said my reworked Rim was ready; I picked it up, the salesman asked if he could put a Tire on it, I said "No" and walked out (I went to another tire repair to have it put on, without incident). Here's the thing: cosmetically, yes, the reworked Rim looks OK. However, the base material was gouged several thousandths of an inch (albeit in what I d judge to be a non-structural\safety critical location). However, there was no material testing or certification done on the Rim, that I m aware of, so who wants to entrust their life, or their family s lives, to a safety-critical component reworked by some random guy with no licensure to do such things? It s not as if the base material was or could be repaired; they simply covered everything up with paint (cross-linked powder coat, cured on with heat). I went ahead and used it as my spare, intending that it is not used permanently, but that s beside the point. The other thing was the smug attitude. Yes, they made a mistake, but they didn t make it right they made a business decision to screw over a customer to avoid full responsibility. I ll never go to Jarvis again; this is a small town too hopefully folks will consider this cautionary advice (at the least) before working with Jarvis on, arguably, one of the most expensive personal assets that many of us own (and depend on). This review reflects my personal experience, with factual events (maybe it ll save somebody else a headache and dent in the wallet).

Came in for patch and plug with nail in tire. Husband cut off head to make it easier for them to fix. I was very pleased as wait not too long. And gentleman remembered me knowing I purchased extra road hazard warranty from last time I was there. So thank you for being so professional. And courteous. One thing note worthy. Another customer was there ahead of me. He walked to back to ask where the blaring bass music was coming from. All you can hear in the waiting area was boom, boom, boom, no music, no vocals, nor instruments. Only bass . It hurt my ears too, and apparently bothered him in order for him to ask the desk. I didn't say anything but inside wanted to speak up to agree with him. No where to escape from high Decibels but walk outside. Please keep ears of customers in mind. But overall very pleased with service. Thanks for the stress free smile. Thanks for being fast and courteous. This was one of the overall best visits in my 6 year history with them. I had all but decided to take my money somewhere else. Been insulted, lied to, ignored standing at the counter, and last time they broke my hub cap completely off without telling me. So this visit was what a good shop should feel like, except the blaring bass. Let's keep on improving. You did a good job.

Went in for an oil change and state inspection. I was told there would be a little bit of a wait because I had someone in front of me. They were upfront and honest about the wait time. They were quick and had my car back to me in no time. The guys are very transparent and straightforward while still being friendly.
