I had a blow out at 6:00 am and I had no tool to get my tire down from the truck no jack nothing then the owner comes out tells me to back the truck up so he can help me be on my way...This man lalo was such a great man he saved my ass that day and didn't charge me a dime...Thank you very much Lalos Auto Parts if it wasn't for Lalo the owner I would of had to call the tow truck home. My family and I are very grateful thanks again.

Called at 4:30pm for a quote on a window motor for a 20 year old vehicle. I was quoted $25. The next day I went to get it and they said it was $65. I showed them the time on my phone of when I called. They didn't care. I went somewhere else and got it. I'm not paying that much for a part that old. And asking me who I talked to? It's a small business so how many people answer the phones.

Lalo and his team are amazing! They are fast and courteous and very professional. I have taken my car my son's car and my dad's truck too. And they guarantee their work. I won't go to another mechanic again.

Just got off the phone with them. Rude as hell and high prices. Call and see for yourself. Price is $400 for two doors. I said "seems kinda of high". He snaps back "what do you mean high? No problem, I'll keep them."I don't need your business either.

They are very polite and friendly as well as helpful. They had our part ready to go on a Friday afternoon right before closing time and I was little late due to traffic and i called them to ask them if I was late could I possibly still purchase my part and they where nice enough to wait until I had gotten there get what I needed to close. Very friendly people. I will use them again.

Excellent customer service by the owner who would have thought! Lalo is very friendly and accommodating he offered me a great price for parts to my vehicle compared to the competitors prices. Very satisfied customer for life. Thank you again sir!

I've been to Lalo's before, and while they were helpful then, I was upset to find that this time they were closed during their posted operating hours. No note on the door, or on their website, or on their outgoing voicemail message (not that they have one of those) . Found out that they were not going to be open at all today, after I waited an hour in the hope that they were just running late, from a competitor across the street. Luckily, that competitor had the parts that I needed... and cheaper than what Lalo's wanted for theirs too. Not sure I'll be back, since I cant rely on them to be open when they say they will.

Went there to buy a intake manifold looked at it said great how long would it take for you guys to take it off the guy said I don't know I asked him can you give me like a rough estimation doesn't even have to be the exact time he said no I can't because I don't know what part they're pulling off (not Rusty he's cool it's the guy with the messed-up teeth)???? How do you not know what part they're pulling off if you're the ones telling mechanics to pull off the parts?Also had a smile on his face when he told me that

This man knows everything there is about cars and trucks. When in doubt call lalo hes a great person and business man. His yards in natalia tx and this place is huge he has everything and if not he can get within a day or 2. Prices are very competitive and he stands up for his warranty and honors it! I belive he actually install parts for a price but all in all lalos if you need a part its worth the drive.

This fool ain't worth a damn! Stealing legally is this guy's game. He should be shutdown and jailed. I call about the process of my car and was rudely answered. I had to raise my voice to, I guess his son, that had worked on my car. Even after that static, I was polite but still was given attitude. When I raised questions about the engine work, they tried to make me feel stupid as if I broke my own car on purpose. I paid and left with a working vehicle but not for long. Its been 4 months and the engine is doing the same thing again. I'd suggest looking past this place and finding help else where because you're risking your money and car here.

Awesome place to buy parts lalo the owner is not only very knowledgeable but a great person himself. He would go out of his way to make sure you have the right part that will get back on the road and keep you there. Parts he wouldnt sell if he wouldnt buy them himself thanks for the engine and ac compressor for my truck price was good and the service amazing thank you lalo

On our way to visit family in Texas, a large chunk of ice came off the back of a semi and hit the mirror of my truck. We went to Lalo's the staff was nice and even though they did not have the part they were able to find the part I needed.

Recently went to the Natalia location and was more than pleased. The owner was very kind and helpful. His employees were very knowledgeable. Thankful to find a trustworthy automobile repair shop.

Bought a wheel airbag from them. Came in and very clearly it was NOT an insurance quality airbag. the cover was CHEAP Chinese NON SRS and could very well be defective later on down the road. when confronted about it they simply said to ship it back as if thats a normal occurrence. I've been in the automotive collision refinishing industry for many years and an airbag like this could cost someone their life down the road. its a popular thing to replace blown airbags with a cheap chinese cover. people get felonies for counterfeiting stuff like this. shame on the junkyard for not inspecting it prior to selling it. however something tells me they knew.

Seemed to be helpful on the phone but failed miserably in telling us part is in stock to find out on arriving it s not there. You re wasting people s time and money. My advice, make them pull it and lay hands on it prior to committing to showing up.

Good prices price match with other yard and have warranty on used parts and before they give you the part they make sure it doesn t have issues .

Would give negative stars. My father took in a vehicle just so they can mess it up more and charged for the horrible service and had to take it somewhere else to fix it on top of what they screwed up as well.

They had horrible service I waited for a hour before someone spoke to me then they took my money and gave me a broken part I didn't even know til I got to my mechanic that it was broken then when I when to return it they wouldn't refund me my money so after a argument they gave me a check to a bank that's far as hell. I wouldn't recommend this establishment

Worst customer service and staffing sold me part don't fit my car after i called to check if hey have it conform they do and it fit , Then i drove 30 miles to get there and 30 miles back home try but it on won't fit , Now i have to return it back drive back and forth 60 miles of course gas money is my lose , And by the way when you call they will give price and when you get there it higher price what joke .Do not buy or deal with them buyers beware.

first i call them they said they have the part for my car. when i go there they try to give me differnt part luckly i knew what i need. when i tell them i dont need that they got really rude if u go there. bunch of arrogant white people try to screw u becarefull

Needed a transmission for my 98 Mustang . Rusty , was really helpful . Found the transmission for $350 at Lalo's .
